The men who moved us were very careful, courteous, kind and professional from beginning to end . They worked very hard but never complained. Every time I called the office the girl was always pleasant and helpful. This is a top notch company. I would definitely use them again and highly recommended them to anyone moving.

I recently hired Two Men and a Truck to move some furniture within my own home. I was so impressed with the crew that came to our house and moved some major pieces. We had two bedroom sets to be switched around along with various dressers and nightstands etc. If my husband and I had to do it by ourselves it would have taken us the better part of a Saturday. Our crew of Levi and Austin did it all in about 10 minutes! They were very courteous and professional, making sure to be careful of our walls and our pieces. In addition, Becca in the office was very helpful in relaying the information about charges and she followed up to confirm the booking and clarify everything that was being done. I was super impressed with Two Men and a Truck and would recommend you giving them a call!

Hiring a moving company was one of the best decisions of my life. Two Men and a Truck were fantastic from the time I scheduled the move to the day of and even after.I noticed a few day after the move that our printer was leaking ink after the move. I reached out to the office staff and without any hesitation or question (other than make and model) they are replacing the printer.

Ive never used movers before, but this changed everything. They were so wonderful! Gentle with all of my items, kind and considerate, extremely hard working. It was in the teens outside and snowy, but they protected both floors from mud/snow. Nothing was damaged! Fabulous experience, highly recommend and MUCH cheaper than expected/estimated. This is a follow up review to my first one, when I outlined all the problems I had from damages to my apartment to it costing me over 1700 dollars more than I was originally quoted. They had the nerve to send a automated response like they actually cared. Guess what, no follow up, no phone calls and my apartment still has damages, most unprofessional company I have had the displeasure of working with.

This is the Third time i have used TM&T, Chris Quiboloy and Jamal Baldwin were outstanding ! It was cold with snow and salty mess, they rolled out a blue carpet protector and moving pads to protect the home carpets and flooring. It was amazing to see these two young Men work so quick and efficient ! Nothing was damaged or wet in the move. No one should ever move on their own !If you choose to use this service you will not be disappointed, and most likely you will never move on your own again. I have had the occasion to use two men and a truck many times over the years and what prompts me to commend them is my admiration for how professional and competent they have become. Their skills at wrapping my keepsakes and protecting my furnishings where reassuring. My crew was personable but focused on doing a quick and professional job. I particularly appreciated the training and mentoring that I witnessed as they brought a new person to their Crews. I was quoted a cost based on hours of work and distance and my cost was 40% less than quoted. I recommend two men in a truck particularly Quiboloy Jackson and Dabney who were my crew and the staff in South Bend Indiana.

Loved working with Tina, Cory, and their team for our commercial move from Indiana to North Carolina. They were awesome to work with! Tina got us a quote the same day. The movers came ahead of schedule to look around and delivered boxes for us to pack. They loaded the truck quickly, communicated with me the entire drive, and unloaded the truck quickly! We hired two men and a truck for loading services only. I only have “pros” for this company (the one based out of south bend, IN). Correspondence with Becca by email and calls were informative and very friendly. The movers arrived on time, calling about 40 min beforehand to alert us of their pending arrival. Three men handled two heavy safes from the basement to the truck, plus a large toolbox. They also carried heavy dressers. They were safe about the work, were prepared with the right equipment for the job, careful about my property, and they were efficient and FAST. That about sums up everything I’d ask of a moving company loading up my stuff. Fair price for the work. Highly recommend this company.

So, I didn’t realize that you had a Senior discount, no one asked me!Clearing that issue, mistakes do happen and they have potential to be fixed. And that’s exactly how it happened for me! I thought I had the best two guys on 7/22 but the next move to my second apartment in the same complex (don’t ask, that’s even a longer story) I had two different young men and they were Great also. My bed is King size Amish made and hard to take down (that’s what I thought), anyway the bed got bumped and now it’s fixed and I’m going to be recommending this moving company to everyone I can!

They were courteous, made sure I knew the procedures. I had to change how long they held the items three different times. They accommodated the changes for me, wrapped everything well, and when there was damage (not caused by them, just old furniture) they did try to help me fix it. They arrived on time, texted and called me to make sure we would meet them at the right time, and did the job very fast. I was very, very happy.

I cannot state enough how happy i was with Two Men and a Truck on my recent move. I was lucky enough to work with Becca who set everything up for me. There was no hassle at all. She communicated with me leading up to the day of the move. On that day, Gavin, Justin, Nathaniel and Kamai showed up and had everything loaded in a flash. The took the time to carefully wrap what was needed to ensure that nothing was damaged. When we arrived to my new home, they were done before I knew it. Two Men and a Truck did a fantastic job moving my parents, who are in their 80’s and lived in their home for almost 50 years, to an apartment. They were very professional and understanding of the challenges involved with elderly clients.I have used them for my own moves as well and would highly recommend them !

We used their junk removal service. The price was fair and their office staff was great to work with. The two young men who came to the house were polite and efficient.

I had a terrible experience with Two Men and A Truck. My movers, Mr. Baldwin & Rohl took less than 3 hours to complete my local move (1.7 miles) and even joked that we have to pay only $3 extra ($277.70 - $275) after the deposit of $275. We even confirmed with him and he said it was okay. But later on I found out, they deducted an extra of $277.70 dollars. I had few boxes, around 16 and a bed, TV, table to move. For mattress evaluation they charged 75 dollars extra which they hadnt told and I would have taken the mattress myself if I had known that charge. I practically feel ripped off as it shouldnt have been 552.70 dollars for moving these (the initial estimate was 366.70 dollars). Most of the charges werent explained before making them. I dont know whether they stopped their truck midway, had lunch and made it 3 hrs, but be very careful about these movers, Baldwin and Rohl. They dont communicate clearly where the charges are at least when they make you sign.

Exceptionally terrific movers, friendly and flexible - accepted last minute add ons to the order. Picked up goods at one location and delivered to 2 locations 90 mintes away. Front desk was most helpful.

I used this company b/c they came highly recommended. The general manager, Christine, was the most kind woman to work with. During the move we unfortunately had an issue with the apartment complex manager and Christine handled it with the upmost professionalism and care. She made me feel special during a hard and stressful time. The movers were caring, professional, and hard working. I cant stress how wonderful these movers were!

We hired two movers to help us with moving some heavy furniture into pods. These guys were super nice and very helpful while getting everything done quickly. Best of all was that there was a math error on our bill and they could have over-charged us, but their office personnel caught the mistake, called us to tell us about it and fixed it right away. Its rare to find such trustworthy businesses and Id strongly recommend them!

Their moving team worked hard and took care of everything. Any doors that had to come off, they put back on. Anything that had to be disassembled, they reassembled. Ive give them 6 stars if that was possible!

Amazing! I had no problems at all. The office was very nice and answered all the questions I had. They even sent someone over to help estimate how much I had to move. The moving team arrived within the time that was stated. They went over the paper work and explain any questions that I had. Very nice and caring. They took note of the fragile boxes and made sure that they were handle with special care. The team loaded the truck properly, managed to get everything inside [ I had a lot of boxes] and strap down safely. At the new place, they asked where I wanted the large items and even moved them when I had changed my mind on the placement. I will be calling Two Men and A Truck again when I move again.

I had these movers scheduled on a Monday to move some office furniture to another office. My time slot was 3-5. At 450, the movers hadnt shown up, so I talked to Jennifer in the office. She said she checked dispatch and everything was on schedule. I gave her my cellphone number and asked that she pass it along to the driver. By 6:00, no one showed up, so I started driving back to Lafayette. Around 7 I get an email asking me to contact the moving crew. I talked to the movers. They had not received the message from Jennifer and they had been trying to contact me. The mover said he would contact his boss (Frank) and he would contact me that evening. No call was made to me. I called in the morning around 8 or 9 and talked to someone who said the manager (Frank) is out of the office doing dispatch and that he would call as soon as he got in. I called again at 10, same story and no call back. Finally, I started calling every 15 minutes or so around 12 until 2. All of these calls went unanswered. After the last time I called and no one answered, I immediately called from a different number. Someone picked up. Jennifer doesnt do her job well. Frank is a coward who refuses to talk to a customer when they are upset.

The crew that came out to move our items were very professional and my wife and I felt they went above and beyond to ensure that as customers we were satisfied. There was a communication error between the office and myself mostly my error but, the office staff came up with a quick solution to solve the problem that worked out for all parties involved and we were able to complete the move. We had a problem with closing and called in the early a.m. to cancel or reschedule until we found more information out but we were told that there would be a 200 dollar cancellation penalty fee so obviously we kept the appointment which is going to cost about $250 to move four items we just hope that closing falls through in the early near-future ... another thing I would like to mention they say they will be here between 11 and 1 p.m. it is now 1:21 and Im still waiting I know I will never recommend this company to anyone it would be cheaper and less hassle and wait time just to pay a few friends lesson learned I will write more once they get here and see how they do..... The two guys that came top move me changed my review from a one-star to a five-star they were so laid-back very easy to work with and made the whole process a good one even though I disagree with her cancellation policy especially when situations like ours a rose the two guys that came to help me that day made all the wrong seem right

They charge starting when they leave their building, not when they arrive to the moving site. Movers were not prepared. They were very inefficent when moving items. Could have done the job about 20% faster. The crew they sent argued about how to maneuver items. One of them seemed to completely not know what they were doing. Some items were damaged. E-mailed photos of damage to office and they never responded. They automatically charged our card without discussing damage. Terrible service. Do not use!!! You have been warned.

Terrible experience with these guys. Used for daughter to try to save some stress. First of all, they were over 4 hours late on the pick up side when we had a deadline from a closing. Then they brought the wrong tuck so another hour to swap it. Very slow. Much standing around. Took many many hours to load one box truck and most was pre packed other than appliances.Charged a LOT to hold the load overnight.Showed up 4 hours early on the other end (before House was even closed). Took an extrodnary amount of time again to just unload a box truck.Tried to charge 500 dollars more than the quoted amount (they charge by the hour, and that appears to be even if they are not doing anything). Was able to settle within 80 dollars of the original quote.The problem did not seem to be the “guys” but the management just messing up the schedules, not communicating and just making mistake after mistake. Keep a SHARP eye on the clock and the bill if you use them.I’ll use pods next time. Not worth the stress.

I wish I could give 0 stars! They are the worst! Arrived late, damaged the walls at the pick up location. Were very rough with boxes, banging them down the stairs. Arrived late at the drop off location and delivered 90% of my furniture damaged. Scratches in bookcases and cherry wood dining room table. A busted TV stand that they attempted to hide the damage but it fell over after they left. My dresser drawers no longer stay closed and the corners of every piece of furniture are damaged and missing pieces.CANNOT PUT OUT A STRONGER WARNING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.If Damien and Antwon show up at your door - WATCH OUT!

Working for them was confusing... on craigslist and indeed they claimed a rate of $15-19/hr. Which is false advertisement and kinda just wrong. Also they dont give you information about the job... like the hours for example. Nobody told me that they could work laborers for 16 hours each day..... not bad management though and not bad workers... they just need to explain their pay and hours better though... before people show up for orientation. They dodged around both these questions over the inital phone call.
