These guys are helpful. I have three lines and a couple of phones from cricket. Definitely not the pressure sales Ive seen elsewhere. Price is good and service is good as I travel all over the US and Canada.

The staff in thus place is really nice. They tried helping me and gave me more than 1 option. They didnt try to upsell too much. I had to use the restroom and being 40weeks pregnant they let me use their bathroom.

I have been a Cricket customer for 5 years, now. I recently dropped a phone, shattered its screen, and needed to buy a new one. I located the Cricket Wireless store in S. Burlington, VT and went in for some help. The two guys working there were very helpful and knew the answer to every question. They switched my friend from AT&T to Cricket and helped me pick out and set up my new phone. I bought an Alcatel Onyx phone for less than $100 and it suits all my needs! I would return to this CW location for new equipment or help with my service. A+

The staff was nice.The coverage map in the store shows the entire state of VT as having coverage..not one blank spot. This is obviously an exaggeration but even 1 mile away where I live did have adequate coverage.

I recommended a friend to cricket and the sale rep said if I log into my cricket app and send them a referral after they sign up that I would receive $25 and my friend would receive $25. After doing all that they said sorry cant give you the credit because your friend switched from AT&T. I tried doing it again for another friend and same thing happened. I called the cricket sales rep and told him what happened and all he had to say was Sorry, I did not know and he laughed. So I recommended 2 people and never got a credit. Also when it comes to asking questions about the service or phones you have to speak slow for these guys because it takes them a while process a quastion or even know a awnser to.

Very disapointend with this guys,they promised theyre service works all USA,and it dosent work at all on West area,i was two days on that area with no service at all my friends and family cant get to me at all.And i was paying conecting fee for 3 numbers, $25 each one and plus $100 for first month.Ask them all thos info.. record them before you agrre with this guys,because they lie.I dont wanna deal with this company at all in my life,just because they lie. :(

Their sales rep literally fell asleep behind the desk while he was on hold with customer service trying to set up my phone. At one point he let out a big yawn and told me how sleepy he was. After his coworker woke him up, he didnt even apologise.

The girl was slow and complaining plus there stock of phones isnt as good as most stores I visited in the past in other states so I had to get a phone I didnt really want
