Great time they helped us get set up with phones an set up a smart watch to be its own line.

My wife and I went here a couple weeks ago to update my phone. While waiting we noticed something was wrong with our plan as she just updated her phone a couple weeks back. Brett was very helpful and got us the plan we needed and also got us upgraded to the iPhone 12. He was very professional, friendly, and personable. The whole experience was great and highly recommend this at&t store.

The store is clean and observing major safety precautions for COVID, so that our shopping experience felt safe. Very pleasant experience, and served very well. The technicians from Sri Lanka or the Philippines may be nice talking with you on the phone, but they cant help with local problems, especially if they have never been in the country and often they dont know how to help you at all, so they turn around and around, just sweet talking with you but not providing any help. It takes local, U.S. staff to handle the local problems! Its good that in the store the reps start with listening and believing your very unpleasant stories, then they know how to fix it.☺
