Knowledgeable staff repaired my phone quickly and completely! Their storefront is tidy, with chic decor that uses the small space well. My only nitpick would be the smell of cigarette smoke, but that of course has no bearing on services rendered.

Phenomenal service!I had my screen replaced on my smartphone, and the guys at phone depot were able to get everything done in house, were completely upfront about how long ordering and labor would take and worked around my schedule to find a time that I could pick up my finished phone.I will absolutely be coming here first for any electronics repair that is beyond my skill level, and telling everyone I know to do the same.

Low key the best phone fix store in VT. I brought my pad in with a cracked screen and the home button was not working to Verizon first and they asked for 400 bucks. My friend recommended me this place and I gave it a try. The technicians are very professional and they explained everything to me. I got back my iPad back within 2hrs. Everything works perfectly now. My home button works again and they cleaned my iPad too so it looks just like new. The best part is they only charged for 80bucks. Definitely recommending this place to my friends.

I HIGHLY recommend bringing your iPhone here for any issues!! I threw my 8+ at a door...shattered the entire back. After reading other reviews I decided to bring it to these guys to be repaired. I was expecting to be quoted $200 - $300, so when he said it would just be $100 I was so happy! They repaired it within 24 hours & when I went to pick it up they gave me a complimentary screen protector because I cracked it a few months ago from dropping it. So nice :-)! When I got home, I realized it wouldnt connect to wifi anymore. I tried some things that youtube told me to do & it still wouldnt work. I took it back to these guys to get a new antenna installed. he quoted me just $20! He installed the antenna & tested it out & it still wouldnt work. He called me & told me that its most likely a Motherboard issue, which was an expensive fix & no one around here does that. Meaning I would have to purchase a new phone...Although it was my fault, I was bummed that I spent $120 trying to fix this phone & had to buy a new one anyway. I went in to pick it up & he told me that because he had to open the back so many times, he cracked it. SO (& this is crazy) he told me he was going to refund me the $100 i spent!!!!!! I was so shocked! He refunded me & didnt make me pay the $20 for the work he did to try & fix the antenna!! I always thought that anyone who worked with electronics - repairing, selling, whatever - were scam artists. Not these guys! Thank you :)))

I was driving home from work and decided to call the Phone Depot to check on pricing and timing for getting my iPhone X screen replaced. I was told after taxes it would be $125 and take about 30 minutes, so I decided to stop in on my way home. It was severely cracked and extremely annoying to use but Noah got a beautiful, perfectly working new screen on within 30 minutes for a very fair price and even threw in a screen protector and much needed case. I highly recommend Noah’s services at the Phone Depot, five stars all around!

Unimpressed. Do not take your device here. My husband and I brought our iPad in to have a cracked screen repaired. When it was returned to us, the touch pad for the finger ID didnt work. When we asked about this, the technician informed us that it was a software issue. The touch ID worked fine prior to drop off. While we insisted this wasnt a software issue, the technician told us it was. We went ahead and installed a software upgrade and even tried adding a new finger print. Nothing worked. My husband posted a review about this and the response was that we were informed that this issue could happen. We were not informed of this matter. If this is something that can and does happen with this type of iPad or any other device for that matter, then you need to have the customer sign an acknowledgement so there is no misunderstanding or confusion. You said that we misunderstood....how can we misunderstand something if it was NEVER communicated to us in the first place? The fact that they lied to us about this matter is unacceptable. They did offer a 50% any other service we may need in the future. Unfortunately, we wont be taking any devices to them as a result of this experience. The best response would have been to return 50% of what we paid back to us. If you want to ensure exceptional customer service, than there are some important steps that can be taken in our case and for anyone else who drops off their device.

These guys are great. The time between first contact and fixed (while theyre by appointment only due to the pandemic) was a couple of hours. Phone Depot is great. My phone was really messed up. I had taken it apart to replace a battery and broke something/s. Muhammad explained the damage and my options. He was willing to work on it, and probably could have fixed it, but the phone had been giving me problems for too long. They had a used phone similar to mine. I could walk out with a working phone backed by their guarantee, no learning curve, and no down time. Done.Everything about this experience was positive. 5 stars are not enough. Its a solid 10. Skilled technicians, friendly service, convenient location, on-site parking, traffic light for easy access, very reasonable prices, staff takes time to explain things (in plain English, to me, but they also speak Spanish and Arabic), comfortable seating (if they can fix the problem immediately and you can wait), or you can go next door for lunch or coffee. Phone Depot isnt a corporate behemoth. Its a small business and they treat clients like neighbors. No big advertising budget, just a lot of satisfied customers.

What a great experience! I called them at 10:30 a.m., was told I could come in anytime, that they would replace the battery in my IPhone 6s in 15 minutes. Went in an hour later, a friendly and knowledgable fellow fixed my phone in ten minutes $33.00.

My Mac laptop needed a battery. Small Dog said I would be without my computer for 3-5 days and they could not give me an estimate besides $200-300.
