The store is clean and nice, but no one greets you when you walk in or while youre looking around. No one ever asked us if we needed help finding anything or if we were looking for anything in particular. Id give 5 stars on the fact that they dont enforce masks on customers. It says fully encouraged

Great selection, reasonable prices although sizes tend to run big

Went to this store today with my wife and 11 year old son. My wife went into the store while my son and I got a smoothie and a yogurt. After a few minutes of looking around the store we were approached by a woman who worked there telling us to put our mask up and we weren’t allowed to eat or drink in the store in a very rude demeanor. We are aware of the rules of wearing masks in the store which is no big deal but didn’t know we couldn’t eat or drink, so I went to the front of the store and looked for a sign that said no food or drinks but didn’t see one. I then asked the Kelsie(manager) that told us this rule where the sign was for no food or drinks, I was met with the response of either wear your mask or get out of the store and that she wasnt going to argue with me. Kelsie was rude and threatening along with very unprofessional. We will no longer go back there because of her.

I was not impressed by their customer service at all. I had a return that was past the 30 day return period, I was informed I couldn’t get a refund for the item so I had to look for something of equal value. When I checked out I pretty much felt like I was bothering the cashiers, and felt like a criminal. I had a receipt.. hello!!! I have to say I will most likely not shop here again, I don’t like feeling like I’m a criminal or a bother. Maybe that’s why so many people shop online nowadays, which is why retail stores close. What has happened to Customer service?

The store is very bright one might say too bright. I found the selection lacking in sizes many different options just very few sizes. The prices are okay but then again the quality is less assured. The staff barely spoke to me so I cannot raise them at all.

Very large store with lots of inexpensive casual to trendy clothing. Geared more for a younger vibe, but lots to choose from for anyone. Friendly staff, clean & organized. They have shoes, jewelry, clothing, belts & socks & underwear for men, women & teens.

Large store, large selection, and good prices. The clothes are very nice, I would say on par with AE and similar stores, but are priced much better. I would definitely recommend going in.

Its like a safari in there with all the tacky leopard print. Hideous. Only went inside for the entertainment value. There was a bumblebee yellow and black striped polo shirt that gave me motion sicken just walking past it. 2 stars because it was clean and prices were not bad, just the fashion is awful.

This review is based on an experience and not their products. I came in on Saturday, the day after Black Friday. On their website, they had a promo 20% off everything online and in-store. When it same to check out, I noticed the 20% wasn’t being applied. When I asked the cashier, she walkie the manager. You could hear the manager respond that yes the store was doing the 20% off, but that they weren’t promoting it in-store, and that if a customer asked, to honor it. While I am happy I got the 20% off, was surprised that the manger decided to run the store this way. Customers, make sure you check online promos and prices before checking out. Manager of this store, remember customers can hear you from the walkie.

Very nice clothing Priced Right

I recently had a fraud charge on my account from this store. My bank went and tried to recover these funds and I did receive my funds back. However, H&M disputed this and the charge came back out of my account. I will never be purchasing from this store again.
