I have many pieces of Pompanoosuc Mills furniture now and I know they are going to last a lifetime and not need to be replaced. Excellent craftsmanship and the sales people in the South Burlington store are SO knowledgeable and always have helped me design pieces that work in my home.

Annie in South Burlington and Nick in East Thetford are a delight to work with. The furniture is beautiful, timeless and quintessentially Vermont. It’s expensive and you get what you pay for. Sam is awesome too. Our daughter needed to replace a dining room chair we purchased when we were first married 35 years ago. He remembered us and the custom stain we used. Customer service personified.

Didn’t even make it through the door. Got there a little bit before 10 so we were waiting in the parking lot. Not sure if it was the owner or an employee but he came right up to my vehicle and smacked the hood a few times and told us we would be towed if we didn’t get out of one of their designated parking spots. That’s one way to lose a customer
