Im kinda young looking plus I dress like a starving artist from Brooklyn. I asked them if my 5 year old could use the restroom and they wouldnt budge. They said it wasnt for customers. It makes me think if I dressed differently maybe theyd respond differently? I think its pretty heartless of them to deny a kid to pee. They get no business from me and I will not refer to them to anyone.

We have frequented this store multiple times and have had little success finding matches for our tastes, for whatever reason. What *has* stood out for us - consistently- is the less-than engaging, if not unfriendly staff. A dramatically different experience from any other local furniture store. Thus we find ourselves disinclined to shop there.

Was in the market for a leather couch and went to every furniture store in Burlington area. I worked with Lisa Miles at T&C and ended up buying a great sofa from them.Ms. Miles was very knowledgeable and helpful. She spent a lot of time with me and answered every question. She treated me very well and never pressured me. I literally went to their stores six times to investigate this couch before purchase.If you havent shopped for furniture lately, there are only three types left in the local market- junk, custom hand-made and middle ground decent. I did not want junk and I could not afford custom- so I was looking for that illusive decent piece. Lisa Miles was so knowledgeable and honest about all their leather products that I quickly found some well-made couches that fit the budget in their inventory.If you are looking for that perfect piece of usable furniture that wont drive you into years of debt- consider Town & Country. I am a very picky buyer and they won me over 100%. Lisa Miles and their delivery team did a stellar job on every level!! The couch is absolutely perfect and I will buy more furniture form them in the future. I highly recommend Town & Country if you are a working person looking for robust furniture, good value and exceptional customer service.

We went in looking for a very specific item. The staff was very helpful and we ended up going through several volumes of catalogs to try and find a matching item. Although we are unsuccessful the staff were great and all of the furniture that I laid eyes on him while in the store was absolutely gorgeous.

I was walking by the store and walked in just before 5 and some lady came right over to me and I told her I was looking to look at some sectionals. The first thing she said to me was they are closed. It caught me off guard so I just said goodbye and walked out. I work in sales as well and I would never say that to a customer even if we were right at closing. I will never go back to a place that clearly didnt want my business to begin with.

Really nice store high end furniture and they would be doing better had they hired me as part of their sales team but they let a good one get away

My boyfriend and II was on the hunt for a sofa/love seat combo for our new condo and decided to check out Town and Country. Upon entering, there was a woman sitting at a desk who said hello but not much more. We were browsing a few sofas, (standing and looking, feeling the material) and the woman asked my boyfriend to take his keys off his belt loop you need to watch your keys, sir. She didnt offer us much help in the way of picking out any furniture, just more of a reprimand for having the possibility of scratching the furniture. Its also funny, because all of their fake food laying around is spilled food or stuff that has been knocked over - I guess to indicate the durability of the furniture. Just make sure not to stand anywhere near anything if you have a set of keys in your pocket. Wont be returning.
