Matt and the boys will take care of you. I manage a mid size fleet and dont employ a mechanic. I take everything here instead because they can turn it around so quick and get you back and rolling. I operated with no spare trucks for 3 years and these guys bended over backwards to make sure I wasnt down.

Always friendly, easy to get along with and made sure I understood everything in detail that they did to my vehicles. Matt and Teresa are the best.

Expensive and mostly just not good quality product, but they are cheaper on brake shoes and drums. The company isnt very well to employees and could care less for their customers recently they have switched most of truck light brand products to grote. There isnt no problem with Grote itself but they did carry both products and Grote was cheaper at the time but now its got a price jump from eighty cents to a dollar forty on certain products. Which for some customers that buy ten to twenty of these lights at a time are more than likely not going to be satisfied with the new pricing. The employees at the counter do know there parts if you need to find a part they are almost indefinitely able to find a part for you.

Good service knowledgeable and helpful staff

Dealt with them through a dealership service center. Needed a new driveshaft for my pickup. A dealership service rep drove the full hour to get a new driveshaft made, told them to make a new driveshaft, and instead, they took the old driveshaft and put new ends on it, despite specific orders otherwise. This cost me 4 days in repair time. Apparently the dealership has never had a problem with them, but I wouldnt use them again if I didnt have to.Once I actually got a NEW driveshaft fabricated, it was incredibly bent. Apparently no attempt was made to balance it at the fab shop. I had the dealership send it out to get balanced and they said there was absolutely no way it could be balanced and that a new driveshaft would have to be sourced. At this point, I threatened the dealership after being without my vehicle for more than a month due to FleetPrides ineptitude and magically, I had a brand newish driveshaft the next day.If you value your time, just dont.
