We had a tire blow Saturday night and the tow dropped out car off at Walmart. The auto care center was closing and they scheduled us Sunday morning at 8am. The next day comes and we arrive early, but there is a line of about 4-5 people in front of us. We went inside and told the woman (Regina) that we had an appointment for 8am. She said it didn’t matter and that we had to get to the back of the line. We did and waited about 45 extra minutes to even be checked in. I waited inside and listened to her continually tell people that stuff was broken - they key machine, the water fountain, etc. I know they were short staffed but it wasn’t really busy at all and she was snapping at everyone. The actual mechanics were very nice and didn’t have any control over our experience. Will definitely not be coming back here.

Gaery was a lifesaver! We were traveling down 77 South heading to the beach when our travel trailer blew a tire. We put on the spare, but were worried that it wasnt in great shape. Even after hours, Gaery stayed to look at the tire, and sold us another spare tire. Truly went above and beyond! Great service! Great guy. Thanks a bunch

Do not go here! They put my husbands tires on his car wrong! Then just said oh we are sorry it was a new guy that just transferred from the dairy dept. He should not be working back here.😡

I visited this Walmart Auto Center today and what a breath of fresh air -stark contrast from the one in my own neighborhood -Nitro Marketplace in Cross Lanes. Everyone was very courteous and professional. They were packed (nine in front of me for tire tire rotation and balancing). I got an oil change as well; and there were a couple customers ahead of me for that also. It took about 1.5 hours for both. Josh, the person who rotated and balanced my tires, spoke with me personally- again, very courteous and professional. Answered questions and took time with me. The overall experience was absolutely wonderful from the receptionist to the cashier to the mechanics. They even vacuumed my car out. I must say this was a very good experience; and I will continue to go there for my car servicing needs as well as shopping. I shopped while I was there so the time passed without notice. In fact, by the time I had completed my shopping, and went back there to check, my vehicle was ready to go. I had only to be rung up. The difference between the Nitro Marketplace and the RHL Boulevard location is night and day.

I will never under any circumstances take my car here for anything ever again. Bought 4 new tires and also purchased road hazard on all 4. 24 hours after buying new tires I came out from work and my front tire had 5 lbs of air in it. Took it back over there obviously assuming the tire would be replaced....wrong. They put a plug in my brand new tire and said it was my fault, I obviously ran over something! Nothing was in the tire and it was leaking in the tread and around the valve stem. They broke 2 of the studs that hold the lug nuts on by torquing them as tight as possible. Then preceded to overfill my tires by 20-30 lbs!! Im lucky my tires didnt bust on the way home. Take your car somewhere, anywhere else. We spoke to the manager, especially after one of their techs got up in my husbands face and cursed at him!! And you guessed it....management did absolutely nothing!!! These people are completely incompetent and I wouldnt let them work on my daughters bicycle!!! Plan on multiple trips and repeated incompetence along with unwillingness to ever admit they did anything wrong if you go there for anything!! Im so disgusted I wont shop at Walmart for anything at this point. I refuse to frequent an establishment who obviously care less about their customers!!!!

Older dude wasnt sure what I was talking about but the other employees of the center got it taken care of, wasnt very busy very fast and easy job.

Went in for the pit crew oil change. Waited about an hour. Went to pay and had to refuse upsells for about 10 minuites on the headlight cleaning claiming it wouldnt pass inspection (car did pass) after oil change was done i pulled around front to check the oil and filter. Oil change was done properly.

Crappy service, takes for ever. 45,000 mile warranty applies to nothing. Pay a couple extra dollars save a few hours and a headache by going somewhere down the road.

TOTALLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! RUN AWAY!4 hours of wait for a normal oil change!! and they didnt have an oil filter to replace!!! the total was $78 for an OIL CHANGE?!
