Im not sure what it is about this place, but Ive yet to feel the least bit comfortable in this place. I guess I got spoiled when I went to Moses downtown Charleston location. Maybe itll get better in time...

Picked up a part that was ordered, easy in and out. The parts guys were very nice and answered my question.

I stopped in for an oil change to me Joe Holland is filled with nice people who love to laugh and get there job done right. In fact I stop here fairly often for parts and the salesman are very knowledgeable on materials and parts. If I need information for anything I do to a vehicle I will be sure to keep Joe Holland in my mind.

Their service department is terrible. They over charge for parts and labor. I dont think the mechanics know what their doing. I bought a car from Joe Holland so when I had a problem I took it to the service department and they had my car for a month, charged me 2000 dollars and my car still had the same problem. A noise in the front end.

Very helpful trying to get touch up paint for my Touson.

Appointment recommended although even with one, service isnt guaranteed. Wait times can be long but with the right insurance, or warranty, they can provide you with a rental. Service is alright.
