Always good! The same great coffee with flavor all the time.

Most times they make good drinks. Sometimes they are flavorless or just not made the right way. Specially when I order the espresso with an extra shot, you know when it’s served the right way.

Went this morning after my workout because I felt like I needed some caffeine to help me get through my day. I usually order a coffee that has a lot of sugar and a lot of calories but today I wanted something good but with low calories and I literally had no idea what to order. I asked the guy at the drive thru if he can make a drink for me that he recommends that is good and has low sugar / calories and he did! As he handed my drink he explained exactly what he added and even told me he added cinnamon because it burns fat.Honestly, that was exactly what I was hoping for! The drink was so good that I can now enjoy a coffee without feeling like I am cheating my diet! Lol.Alfredo was kind and very helpful!Thanks Alfredo for making a delicious drink that fits well with my liking!

We tried the shaken oatmilk brown sugar Expresso and yes were in love.

I ordered a venti frappuccino, and they never called my name. It was all watery and they never acknowledged me, just left it on the shelf and never even bothered to call. The help was sub-par and i believe it was due to my light conplexion. Never coming here again.

Came here, all their machines were broken. And they ran out of all the ingredients. The drive thru guy was nice tho.

Does anyone know if this place is closed for GOOD? I tried going 2 days ago and yesterday too and they had signs at the drive thru and on the doors saying they were closed. I tried calling today to see if they were open but I just get an automated voice message machine! Is this location closed for good? :( It was the closest location to my job and the stuff was so friendly!

I got Starbucks around 11:30pm today and the workers were rude, messed up both of my orders after repeating it twice to the girl working. Asked for no whip for both, and they handed me both with whip and on top of that my mocha was melted. Never coming back!

Stuck in drive thru for almost half an hour

White Mocha was delicious but the service from barista Catherine was very bad. She will roll her eyes and give you attitude if you even look her way. Dont believe me? Try it for yourself lol for sure avoiding her like cancer

If you stop by like around 6am the drive thru is empty the Baristas are very nice. This starbucks is always packed during the day so Im a happy customer I go at the perfect time.

Worst experience ever they got my drink wrong 3 times and took over 25 minutes for 2 simple drinks I told them no ice they gave me ice I said no lemonade they gave me lemonade never going back

This is the worst place to be at. I was at Starbucks on December 2014 and hassled to buy something by the supervisor.I was like WTF, I was not even thirsty for anything. I have attended many Starbucks and never told or forced to buy something. I guess they are desperate for money. Thank goodness I dont go to that Starbucks on Firestone. The location really did not not look clean. In my opinion, I rather stick to Alhambra. Great atmosphere and a place where people are not forcing you to buy something.

This Starbucks is always clean and organized. The employees are quick to help you and get your order right. There is very good parking and enough seating area.

Out of pumkin spice 2 weeks before Thanksgiving! And not allowing tips at the one inside Target. Whos running these places? Former Postal managers?

Fast, clean and order was done quickly. Not crowded inside because most people use the drive thru.

I had a wonderful experience especially because as a nutritionist and how coach who doesnt eat sugar or dairy products or gluten the cashier he was wonderful we went in about 12 p.m. at the Southgate location off of Firestone and Im saying this cuz I wish I wrote down his name and he was awesome he understood my concerns and he advised me on the new summer tees but without sweetener and to get the most out of those teas he told me to get it with no water added because of the ice will just to dilute it anyway and Im that way Im not paying for water but Im paying 14 FYI this is all by voice text so I apologize for any misspellings and grammar errors have a wonderful day

On April 21 at 6:05 PM I walk there I was going to buy a drink I bought my drink I was nobody in line ahead of me and after me came to ladies I bought only a single drink The lady after me by for drinks and got her drinks before meand the other lady she bought on a single drink and she got her drink also before me. and ask whos the manager on the desk he says Im the manager I was like I didnt get my drink he says sorry the cup fall down and I didnt get your drink and I was looking at him the whole time and he was at the register not doing anything just bringing up customers . and he goes I give you your money back and I give you a free drink I was like no give me my money back and I dont need ur drink . that was my story . try to buy me for a drink

I would have given a much higher rating, however, Casandra, I didnt see her name tag I only heard them say her name, didnt ask for my name nor anyone elses and I ordered a few items so it made everyones day that much more difficult. The Barista warming food as well as making the coffee and whether or not it was for drive thru or counter. Hopefully her day gets turned around.... hoping for a better visit next time around.
