Poor customer service, not even worth to stop by for coffee👎They need to implement alot of things, specially bathrooms checks.And train their baristas to be more attentive.

I was a little disappointed when going there after seeing their photos online. I was hoping I had found a coffee shop I could sit down and enjoy a good iced coffee without any of starbucks weird after taste (blech, but I havent found a good replacement yet so on I suffer). But most of all I was disappointed by the fact that dont do iced coffee with sweet cream. So instead I tried the caramel frappe and honestly it was diabetes in a cup, it was so sickeningly sweet. I gave them 3 stars because I havent gotten tla chance to really give their menu a try, but in all honesty, Im not sure Ill be going back what with all the troubled individuals approaching you to beg food outside their front door, and especially so, once I heard from staff, said individuals have a tendency to get violent with customers.

Their guava pastry cold or warm is a must have. Personally, I enjoy any of their frapps but my favorite is the Mexican chocolate frappé because of its chocolatey and silky texture.

LOVE THIS PLACE. If for no other reason, their Café Cubano coffee...which is no ordinary coffee.

Best coffee youll find in South gate. My personal choice is the Cafe Cubano. Thank you guys (staff) for doing such a great job when making a cup of coffee for me to enjoy. Im just sad that they dont make a bigger cup.

I visited Tierra mia coffee yesterday at 11:15pm after a concert, with my wife and 2 other friends, and there were 2 ladies that had a really bad attitude when we ordered our coffees and asked for water, I want to think that they were tired of a long day, but still its a business and they offer a service, the employees have to know that.These 2 employees were rolling eyes, doing things as if they were obligated to do their work.We went to Tierra Mia coffee, because we wanted to have a good time with my friends, when the clock hit 12:00am another employee asked all of the customer to leave, he said because it was 12:00am, because the schedule says they give service till 12:00am meaning that if you get there before 12:00am they have to take care of you.

This coffee house serves Latin-inspired coffee, it also provides a perfect little hideout to chill. Coffee was OK, and parking was ample for its capacity.

The drinks were good but the costumer service was really bad. I work in a resteraunt business and know how annoying costumers can be and extra nice where I go. So I’m always extra nice but the cashier was very rude and showed no acknowledgement of myself and gave attitude when I was just asking for an adjustment (adding some milk) in my drink. Then I had ordered my muffin to be warmed and repeated it Nicely to make sure the remember and they said ok. I recieved my muffin cold and when at the bar i asked them to warm it up one the girls gave major attitude and just through the whole bag (like the big bag full of. Muffins ) to warm it up. IT WAS NOT BUSY we and two more people where the only their and should not have been treated so much like a nuciance. To add to that the bathrooms were Filthy . I work in the resteraunt business and when it’s litterally so slow we have to clean or touch up the bathroom . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Tierra Mia is such a welcoming place. Their workers are all such friendly people. The orders are taken quickly and they even help out in giving suggestions if youre unsure of what to order. I was happy with how fast my hot chocolate was made and it tasted great ....the place is cozy and awesome to relax, study or chat with a friend. I definitely recommend!

Love this place. I stop here whenever I get a chance and get me their Horchata frappuccino. They a li do have other frappuccino flavors including Mazapan, bean and rice, coco loco, Mexican chocolate. These especially awesome with the hot weather. A must try.

This would be a 5 star location but I saw something that I didn’t approve of and well hence the removal of one star. I was in line looking at the baked goods, was going to order one when I saw a gnat flying around. Told the cashier, they opened the case to try to get it out but that was all that was done. The drinks are delicious though but if I’m being honest will think twice to come here now.

I would recommend the honey vanilla tea latte both hot and cold its the perfect consistency of sweet and tea!!!

I brought my fiance here. He loved it. It does remind me a little of a Starbucks layout, but the coffee is so good. The only issue I find is the parking. Definitely worth it.

The short haired girl at the register was super nice and helpful. She guided me on what I should order and mannnnn she did not disappoint. I dont typically order frappes because they usually taste watered down. Nope! Not the case here. I highly recommend the Chocolate Mexican Frappe because it was absolutely delicious. It literally hit every taste bud. Im in love with Tierra Mia. I also ordered the Honey Vanilla Tea Latte, man oh man, it was so loo delicious.

We got lucky and beat the rush crowd. I had the chocolate mocha mexicano, it was delicious. The people there were pleasant, they answered our questions and our drink was ready quick.

They make you put on a mask. I told them I can show my v card and told me they don’t care. I asked for a mask and they had none.

The coffee and tea here is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve tried a variety of drinks here and they were all delicious and well-made. There’s nothing like a vanilla tea latte to relax or a cafe Cubano to wake up. I like the pastries especially the tres leches muffin which they very kindly offer to heat up for you. Even during these trying times, the staff manage to create a welcome atmosphere while keeping customers safe through social distancing, wearing masks, and even offering sanitizer. I would recommend this place to everybody that loves coffee and amazing staff!

I tried the Chocolate Mexicano its delicious!!! Plus the beverage temperature was great, they offer kids temperature, not too hot. Theres no drive thru which is very inconvenient but its delicious

Some girl at the register tried to tell me green tea doesn’t contain caffeine?? My muffin was stale.. and the frappes came out really runny. The quality is not there.

Horchata frapps from here are the best! I miss the piña colada muffins they used to sell. They have good blended drinks here. Parking is limited.

I see why so many people are fans! Their horchata latte is genius. The staff are friendly and can help you decide which drink is for you. They also have a mouthwatering almond croissant that is a must. Service was quick! Their shop was clean and tidy. Will definitely be returning.

Very clean and quaint. Really nice interior. The drinks are delicious. Although the young lady didnt add a drink I ordered, the gentleman applogized several times. They were sweet. No worries. The only issue is the location and parking. It is in a very busy intersection and best way to get to it, is through the alley. Few parking spaces.

Open during pandemic for pick up. Social distancing enforced. If youre looking for a great do of coffee, got chocolate, frappe, and warmed up muffins this is the place for you. You cant go wrong with Choco mexicano or the orchata either cold or hot.

Im willing to drive from Orange, CA. If you want very good coffee with flavor, ask for the horchata cafe or horchata blended. Ive had both, and both are awesome. The best idea horchata flavored coffee. I think that they have other coffees too but I have not had a chance to try them yet. If you like sweets get a Tres Leche Muffin. Its like magic how perfect they make the muffins. 👍👍Sometimes I ask for an extra expreso shot.

This location is chill. The cashier was a really cool girl and seemed really happy to be working there. The parking is good too but when I went it wasnt too busy so theyre was a few spots open. The coffee is amazing! Tierra Mia will always be my top coffee shop. If you want a premium coffee with high quality you need to come here and forget Starbucks.

Unbelievably good coffee, lots of options (I went with the daily brew, an excellent Peruvian medium roast). Staff is incredibly friendly and courteous and knows their business. Worth the store if you are in the area, the only bad thing about it is the location is hard to get into if you arent familiar with the area!

I LOVE this place. First of all, the COFFEE, the COFFEE is simply delicious!! Its SO smooth and theres no bitter taste that I sadly find at many other coffee spots.

Nicely decorated to radiate a calm homey atmosphere, my cashier was friendly, and my chai latte was great. (They recently switched to a spicier mix yay) Ive been to another Tierra Mia Coffee and this location upheld the same quality. So like, it should be your go to if you have the choice!

Came in today 10/02/2020 to get 2 cups of tea, and I was going to get 2 bread but there were flys in the in bread cabinet in top of the bread. The cashiers told the I guess it was the manager and the only thing they did they turn off the light from the bread cabinet trying to take them out. And then they turn it back on.... selling bread with flys that’s is some nasty thing really disappointed from this place.
