My wife was visiting her Mom in So Jordan and was going to leave to drive back to St George her tire pressure light came on late in the afternoon. Called the SO Jordan Big O guys were great. They said come on down and they would take a look. They pulled the tire off didnt find anything the nail we seen was very small and didnt go all the way through they asked if we had aired it up before we came in and i said yes so the guys pulled it off and put it in the tank took a second look and found a very small leak. Fixed it and didnt charge her a dime wow very cool guys your the best!! Thanks for taking such good care of my Wifes car.

Made an appointment on a Thursday to get my tires replaced for the following Monday at 9:00 am. I received an email confirmation of my appointment and the tires to be installed. I arrived at 9:00 am and was treated as if I had never even made an appointment. The tires I ordered were not even at the location and I was sold tires I didnt originally want. I was then told that the service would take an hour. After making an appointment the week before, my truck wasnt even taken into the shop until 45+ minutes after I arrived. Not sure why it just sat there if I made an appointment and was told work would take an hour. After 2.5 hours, my vehicle was finally done. Wont go back after this experience and I would encourage you to do the same.

Three words:. THESE GUYS CARE ! Like no other about the customer ! That became especially apparent on a recent visit to the oil bay. Three guys that served me SO WELL that I dont know if Ill ever get that kind of service again ! Raphael, Luigi & manager Aaron went even well beyond A+ in service ! With Aaron leading the charge, the three gladly (and I mean gladly) put back together my muffler, separated from the front pipe and replaced a hanger that had come loose ! The whole car now runs so much better because of their efforts ! Didnt take long, but to me, its the little things that matter in customer service !

These guys are awesome!!! We dropped in with a screw in our tire (without an appointment). They were slammed, yet they accommodated us anyway... and with kindness and professionalism! They were experts on TPMS systems and we learned a lot. They went above and beyond to service not only our bad tire but all of them and sent us off with a wave and a smile!We loved this place and will definitely be using them in the future!

I cant count how many sets of tires Ive bought here including the one in the photo. I stopped in today when my dash flashed a message that a tire was almost flat thinking I must have picked up a nail somehow. They found a 4 to 5 inch long crack in the rim. Within 15 minutes a new rim was ordered...old tire remounted....and loaded with enough air to limp home. The counter staff and shop guys are always professional here. Big O....especially this location....has us as customers for life!

Honest and there to help more than sell you ketchup popsicles. I thought I needed an alignment. They checked and said all was good. Just needed a tire rotation. They didn’t upsell or lie and adjust the alignment and charge me anyways. They will always have my business!

Jayme did a great job looking online to find the right tire for me. He gave me information I needed to know and was able to get me the tires I needed for a snowy trip, quickly. I am cheap and didn’t want to pay a fortune for tires. He helped get me tires that were cheap and what I was looking for. Great experience.

Scam artists. Their oil changes are NOT from big o. Was quoted $ 69 on phone and charged 96. Of course they told me after work was done!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

While I did appreciate quick service in getting tires that were not in stock to the store on the same day, the associates tried to sell me all sorts of services I didnt need while my car was in the shop. They claimed I need to replace my rear brakes (theyre fine, I just checked a couple of months ago and they had plenty of pad left and are performing fine), rear rotors (also checked a few months ago, theyre old but also performing fine--rotors dont need to be replaced unless theyre warped, which means the car shakes or pulses on braking, which is not happening), brake fluid (I fully bled and replaced my brake fluid just 4 months ago), and rear shocks (they said one is leaking, which may be accurate, but again no issues with performance). I was oversold on the phone about how far the wheels were out of alignment, although the vehicle has driven more smoothly since service. It still pulls just about the same as before however. The price quoted online was almost $100 less than the actual price because of hidden fees that were not disclosed until time of payment, making it hard to compare prices accurately with other shops. I chose Big O because of past experiences where I was treated honestly and fairly at other locations, although I had never bought tires from them. This experience was beyond disappointing. I will not be returning to this location again, and am hesitant to do business with Big O at all in the future. The honest service I had in the past was nowhere to be found here.

They are nice enough, but over charging for tires. They wanted $100 more for a medium quality tire than the best quality tire at another place. That is a huge difference.

We came in and needed to have a hole patched to make it to a wedding dinner by 5 in Salt Lake. They were already super busy, but they fit us in right away and had it done in 15 minutes. Exceptional service at this location. Thank you so much!

Not one employee wearing a mask including manager and owner. Also dealt with a Bait and switch scam. I ordered two tires and made an appointment online and sent husband to get them. He arrived and the manager asked if he was the one with the online appointment which my husband cursed but then I got notification the manager cancelled his appointment When he arrived. He told husband hed take care of him. He put all his info back in computer but didnt ask what tires he wanted so husband assumed he was putting on the two he ordered. They proceeded and came out to say he really needed two more but they had to order two more in. They processed our credit card for $488. The tires hed ordered online were $67.99 each. Husband asked to see or get an invoice and was told they couldnt provide one because order was still open. The manager rattled off prices really quick and it still didnt add up so husband still had no idea what tires were on the car until he got home. When I asked how much itd come to he told me what happened and we went out to look and saw two completely different tires were on. We Looked them up on big os website and saw they were on 106.99. Total dishonest switch and bait. Later we both came back and talked to store owner who didnt apologize for manager but defended actions and no apology. We I insisted they fix it and they did but very bad experience. Dont recommend

I went in and they said they did not have the tires I wanted and could not get them until Monday at the earliest. Called Big O in West Jordan they were able to get them in 1.5 hours. I considered another company before calling another Big O. I dont understand why this location could not get tires in today but one only 2 miles away could.

I went to Big O to buy a set of winter tires. They quoted me a good price, and so I came in the next morning to have them put on. They informed me that the TPMS sensors in the wheels I bought werent the right ones for my car (understandable), so I would need to purchase new ones. They quoted me $90 a sensor. I happened to have my laptop, so I checked the price for new ones at the auto part store next door - $50.00. Even with their install fee of $25 a tire, they were still overcharging $15 a tire... I wasnt very happy about this, but they did lower the charge.The following day, I had to go back and have the TPMS light reset on the car. I walked in, and there was only one person working the counter. He seemed more interested in answering phone calls than helping the line of customers waiting to speak with him. I wont be back.

I shop exclusively at Big OTires for all of my tires and mechanical needs. They always treat me with respect, are honest about what car repairs I need, and charge hundreds less than their competitors. My car always runs and sounds better when I leave. Thank you!

Update: This was two stars, but after the reply from Big-O, I emailed them like they suggested, and NO response. I dont like people trying to seem like they care when they really dont.Original: I asked them to take a look at my tires and see which ones really needed to be replaced. They replaced the one I knew was bald, but didnt say anything about the one that was cracking from being old. They also didnt say anything about the bent rim that should have been caught if they would have actually looked at the other tires.

They have always been really nice and have fixed an air leaking tire at no cost. They are honest and do not try to get you to have services that arent needed.

Made an appointment to have a flat tire fixed. Walked out after 90 minutes of waiting. I understand the flat repair is free and a way for them to drum up business, but I will definitely be going elsewhere for any of these fixes after this ridiculous wait.Update: Decided to give them another shot and have some work done. They work seems good and it was quick.

They have been our trusted auto repair center since we moved to South Jordan.Recently my water pump went out while traveling in Arizona. I am super disappointed with Big O. I had a trailer that the whole tire came off. I was 45 minutes from home and didnt know what to do. I noticed people were inside of Big O even though they were closed. I stopped to ask if they could help me. The employee went to ask his boss who was the manager and apparently he said no. I was close to being stranded as I didnt have a spare. I guess since the system was shut down they couldnt do any transactions. I said I could pay cash for a tire. I could get it on myself, I just needed a trailer tire. Nope. The employee apologized and said he was just a tech and his boss wouldnt even look at me when he walked by got into his truck and left. I understand they technically didnt do anything wrong because they were closed. I just thought maybe they would make an exception and at the vary least help me find a place that had them.

These guys are really awesome. Inspected my cars starter for free! Was upfront about not fixing the issues there, but I really appreciated them doing that.

Went in to get some service and they helped me out but when it came to the bill the price they said it was going to be was padded heavily by fees that were not disclosed to me. When I asked about why the total was so much they said they were just sales tax. Well it wasnt and that is illegal to hide fees and say they are sales tax. If it was collected as sales tax then it needs to sent to the state and not kept for other fees. When I saw it on my bill and asked them not a few minutes later they wouldnt even take them off and said that I had already signed for work so there was nothing I could do about it. Hope they like credit card disputes because dealing with customers like this has to generate a bunch of them.

This location has been amazing for years! I still come to this location when I moved 20 minutes away because they always take care of me. Chris, Cruz, and Jamie dont overcharge, they only fix what needs to get done, and are super personal. They remember little details of my life, which means a lot as a customer!! Ive never had any issues with their tires as well.

Update: After a year of driving on the brakes it has never been the same as before. There has constantly been a loud squealing sound every time I hit the brakes. I have taken it into multiple shops to see what the issue is and every person says my brakes are fine. After a year of just putting up with it, I had to take it into the dealership for a different issue and decided to have them just take a look at it. I guess Big O Tires decided to install metallic brakes unbeknownst to me. Ceramic brakes are obviously a lot quieter and this is why I have been experiencing this. They also said the shim kit was missing. I dont know if this wasnt installed when I got my brakes done here. The prices were fair here, but just know you are getting what youre paying for.Update: I took the car back in again and this time they were able to fix the issue. It shouldn’t take 2 times to solve the issue. Both times somebody drove around with me. Maybe there was a disconnect. But I feel like you should confirm the issue is indeed fixed before telling me it’s fixed. Would have saved me a time and hassle or bringing it in again if it had been done right the first time.I took my car in and got the brakes done on the front end. After about a month it started making weird clicking noises every time I would brake.... called them and took it in, a guy drove around with me so he could hear the sound which he did hear. They called me the next day and said that they tightened everything up and that was the issue, but the problem is still there. I also asked them to take a look at the suspension, which they said they did, and told me that nothing was wrong with it, but the problems and sounds are still persistent. I would not recommend this shop. They don’t seem to care about fixing your problems at all.

This is the Big O location nearest to my home. The techs are always nice, punctual, and honest. They will communicate and suggest options before they begin work. Prices are very competitive with other local businesses. Will always support local business before I resort to dealerships.

This Big O Tire store really lived up to their consistent 5-Star rating. We had an small issue with the lug bolts on one wheel with was very uncharacteristic for Big O Tires high quality work. On top of the fact that the issue wasnt discovered for over a year Chris (manager of the South Jordan store) made a special effort and paid for the repair, and we now live 520 miles away from South Jordan, Utah. We will continue to be loyal customers of Big O Tire.

Staff was friendly, although a little salesman like. I came in mainly for an oil change as well as tire rotation while there. Ended up getting alignment and filter too. When my car was “done”, after an hour or so, he said: oh everything but the oil change. That’s done next door and they’re 45 min out. I was not told this up front and was very disappointed in the customer service regarding that. I waited another hour next door. All this for an oil change. I probably won’t be back any time soon.

I have been doing business with this location for years. They are under new ownership and things seemed to be running a lot better. I went in and got some new tires for my 4 Runner. They entered the mileage wrong on the ticket and now the Carfax shows that my vehicle has inconsistent mileage. I called in and talked to the manager Clint he said he would fix it but it never happened.Update: It took a couple of weeks but Clint got my mileage fixed with Carfax. I changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Clint had great communication and let me know what was going on throughout the process.

Big O has great tires, Needs to improve on there SERVICE.

Out of the blue one of my brakes stuck and there was burning smell. Googled places to take car and Big O had great reviews. Took car there first thing in morning and they immediately took my car back to investigate. After a lot of major problems the car was repaired. I was informed of any additional costs as issues were discovered. They were more than fair with the labor costs as it took over a day to rectify. Extremely happy with all the staff who were friendly and informative. Big O Tires will be my go to shop for all services offered.

Great Big O location. Took my car in because I though I needed to have a window motor replaced. Turned out it was just gummed up. They simply cleaned it out and didnt charge me.

I took my car in the day after the first snow and two days before Thanksgiving — talk about busy! However both the gentlemen working the front desks were very kind and patient with every customer. I was primarily in contact with Cruz and he was super sweet, even on the 4th call when he recognized my number! I have been taking my car to this particular Big O tires for a couple years now, not just for tires but for all my car troubles as well.Just the other day something broke and I got stranded. I called them up and they were very helpful in helping me get a tow truck. After they took a look and found the problem they did everything they could to try to fix it as fast as possible and save me money as well. They quoted me one price but when I went to pick my car up they said they were able to find the parts I needed for cheaper the. Initially thought and reduced my overall bill. I love it when mechanics are honest and really trying to help us out.The staff were all super friendly and courteous.They are quick to getting you the answers you need.They are great at answering your calls and calling you back about any updates on your car.They dont just do tires, their business name is misleading.They are great people with great service. I will continue to take my car there.

Went in and talked with Chris Conrad about tires for my 2017 Camaro. Chris was able to locate the tires that we felt would work the best for me. Chris called me the following morning to let me know the tires were on their way to his store and to bring over my Camaro to get the tires installed. By 11 A.M. the tires were installed, alignment completed.As always Chris and his crew gets the job done. I have taken my vehicles to this Big O for over 20 years. Chris is really great to work with, reliable and honest. Thanks Chris ! The tires feel awesome.

They are not transparent. Neither the store before doing the work nor website indicates there is a $21 per tire labor charge. I had a very minor alignment issue and they called me about it, but were not clear that the value was on the edge of the acceptable range (-.05 steer ahead when the acceptable range is -.05 to .05. They told me the steer ahead was -.05 on the phone, but didnt say that was in, though on the edge of the valid range). This led to an $80 alignment (which is expensive for an alignment, but that isnt the problem, the lack of transparency that it was on the edge of the acceptable range is the problem).Spend your money somewhere else where they are transparent. Costco is probably a better option. Youll get a better tire, the pricing is clear and upfront, and they include a hazard warranty (which Big O charges you $15+ per tire for).

They took great care of me and my car. Ive been going here for years and they have always taken great care of me, even when the staff has changed. They present me with clear options and I dont feel like they try and push me into anything. They give me candid advice and I love that. They do the repairs quickly and keep me informed. Such a great place.

After getting my alignment checked and corrected, I noticed that the before and after report was folded so that when I was paying for the service I had to ask to see the full report. There were 2 red areas where they informed me couldn’t be corrected under the fold! If it can’t be corrected - why try to hide it from me?! Trying to hide things like that is the kind of behavior I’d expect to see out of a 7 year old. If you’re looking for honesty I’d suggest taking your car elsewhere.

I know I can trust the South Jordan Big O Tires to let me know what is wrong with our vehicle. We moved here in 2003 and have been using and recommending them ever since. I price shopped three different places by phone. While on the phone for an estimate with Big-O, Cruz was knowledgeable, up-beat and friendly. He gave me many options which made it easier for me. That made me want to give them my business. Once we were there, the staff took care of us within a reasonable time frame while we waited for an alignment and new tires.

Had to take vehicle back for some work they that was not done totally right. A few kinks but ultimately they took care of us. I have been going to this shop for many years and they have been great.

I never leave reviews, but wanted to take the time say how much Jayme helped me. I went in to have hubcaps placed on my rims (the tires have to be removed to do this). Big O Tires did this, as well as an inspection, free of charge. Acts like this go a long way and I will be a returning customer for sure!

I came as they were closing with a ten inch tent spike in one of my Kevlar tires. They took it in immediately and put a patch on it as quickly as they can. While waiting an associate or manager explained some winter tires for another vehicle I had. When they finished, they brought the car around and told me to have a good night. Nice patch thats held up so far and they did it for free. Ill see them when I need a new set for sure. Friendly and fast service.

Our go to tires shop is the South Jordan Big O. The guys there are great. They have rotated my tires for free for years even when I hadn’t bought my tires from them. Now it’s the only place we purchase tires for all of our vehicles.

I had a paper warranty that I brought into them one time they acted extremely put out. I unfortunately lost my papers with the warranty on them and they wouldnt cover my tire. Discounts tire has been SO much better! This experience did happen in 2014 hopefully they have improved and actually have a paperless tire warranties by now.

The level of customer services here is astonishing. Very friendly, caring and honest people working here. I came here a couple of time in the past. I brought my $100,000 car in here. Its was the price that I was concern about. I can bring it to a more expansive high end place. But I know this place will take great car of my car . Turn out at the end of the service. I got it scrotch-free. They will have my tires/brake/wheels business here for life.

I was buying a used car and they did a whole list of inspections for me. I walked in, no appointment, and walked out in just over a half hour. The best part, they did the entire inspection for free! Definitely coming back!

These guys are great.I stopped in this afternoon to have things checked out and repaired since I had a tire that refused to hold pressure for very long. I couldnt have asked for a better level of service. The communication level was on point keeping me updated on time frames, explaining the findings, and then taking me into the shop to show me exactly what was causing the issue.(cracked rim)Not only was the customer service and communication commendable, but they also showed a fantastic level of integrity. They could have easily tried to take advantage of the opportunity to try and sell me a whole new set of rims( $$$$$) or replacing just the one($$$) but instead they offered a solution to repair the damaged rim without having to take out a second mortgage on my home, they had me back on the road in no time and my credit card never left my wallet. I highly recommended stopping here if you are in need of tire services.

The guys in there make you feel confident that youre making the right choice. There is a night and day difference between the Walmart tires that came with my truck and the new tires I just purchased. Its like riding on four little dream skates lifted by winged unicorns. Very happy. Woke up on a day off of work all excited to do stuff and was devastated when I found my tire flat with a nail in it. I thought my day had ground to a halt. Took it here and they patched the flat for free and were done within a half hour. Will absolutely use again
