I had an oil change and a glass chip repair. Both were done well. The young man who did the glass repair was amazing! The only reason it is not a 5 star review is because they forgot to turn off the maintenance light so I will have to go back.

Came in with my car and that was leaking transmission fluid. They topped it off so I could ride back to northern Utah for free. Cameron was very helpful, he also checked other fluids and topped off my coolant and windshield wiper fluids. A good bunch of guys at this location

If I could give the best review ever this would be it. Has problems with a new car and originally wen in for emissions and came out problem free and so so happy. The employees are all so friendly and helpful and even took the time to explain what they were doing:) Will definitely be coming here whenever I need something car related!

Kept me waiting for over 3 hours for an alignment, even tho i went there the day before and told them about the problem i had with it, about 20 days before i went and asked for the same service and by the end of the day my car still had the same problem, when i tried to get it fixed AGAIN in the same place, they told me i had to wait 1 hour, came back after that hour and my car wasn’t even been looked at. poor costumer service, not even an explanation of why was it taking so long.

Great and comparatively quick service. Went for an oil change but thought its little pricey than others but then with $15 coupon it came down to what others charging for the oil change. They did a good job.

Not all locations are created equal but this location is wonderful. Their staff is friendly and sure to greet you in a timely manner. They don’t over sell you on everything but for sure advise when necessary. The service is quick and i like that they pull the car around when its done.

Dropped in for an unscheduled emissions test. Right away I was taken care of. I was in and out faster than a fast food drive thru. And they had my decals, saving me a trip to dmv. Friendly, fast, proffesional.

Very impressed with the staff and the service! Everyone that helped with my car was SO kind! They cleaned my windows and topped off a bunch of fluids for me, as well as changing my oil so fast! I didnt feel pressured to buy anything, but they did inform me of possible things to upgrade if I chose. I really appreciated their informative approach rather than pushy sales tactics. The quick and kind service was appreciated and I think Ive found a Jiffy Lube Ill be returning to time and time again. Id recommend them!

18 year old daughter got a new car and she brought it in for an oil change, nothing else. We told her to get the basic service, since the car being new, won’t need anything else. The manager saw an opportunity for easy $$$ and charged her 84.97. We sent her to our local jiffy lube because we thought she would be treated fairly. Time to find a new place to get oil changes on all our vehicles. This experience was at location #3740 in South Jordan on April 2, 2021.

The guys here are really nice and talk you through everything, they’re genuine. They always send you off kindly as well. Not all locations are equal but this one is great.

I took my car here for emissions testing, it took almost 90 min (after they started working on my car). They almost gave my air filters to another customer and got my license plate number wrong on the form. They tried to get me to replace all the fluids in my car (brake, transmission, oil, coolant) and my tires, even though I had just gottenmaintenance done the month prior. I only wanted emissions testing. I would avoid going back here.

Pre-purchased 3 Full Synthetic oil changes. The Pre-payed service included up-to 5 quarts and all I had to do was pay sales tax. When it was time to settle at the counter, the sales tax was a little over 6 dollars, they charged 22.00 extra since my vehicle requires 6 quarts. Thus eliminating any saving from the Pre purchase.

Went in for emissions test and on the spot renewal, and was legit blown away at how fast they were. Literally, I think I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks for being so fast! Going to the DMV would have been hours and hours longer.

This store is amazing. Between the management (Austin and Taylor) and there awesome multi care techs (Josh and Bert) I was able to get back on the road and get my emissions passed off after they fixed my car. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Really great service! They did a quick and accurate job.

Slow as the grass grows. Short-staffed, a 1.5 hour wait… employees not making anything better…. Geesh! —> Pro-tip: Rotate the tires first then adjust tire pressure.I am sure that there is a managerial issue at this location since they have been playing g this time for at least a couple of months. When I got home I felt like I had to make sure that the oil filter was on right and they had put enough oil in. I just can’t trust them.

They insisted that my battery be replaced in addition to my alternator, which I knew probably wouldn’t be the case as I had recently gotten a new battery. AAA came and checked my battery on site and it was at 100%. The kid who checked me out at the register also must have been new, which was fine, but he just did not seem to know what he was doing.

They were so caring when the tow truck brought my car in! I was so stoked to work with such awesome people! The service took a week, but that’s due to them getting parts from all over the place and parts being out of stock, overall wonderful experience with this jiffy lube!(:

I had a question about my bumper popping out to see if they could fix it. It was like that when I bought the car and I had no idea. I got a weird look, I said it wasn’t my fault and it was like that when I bought it, they said “it’s okay, you’re a woman.” That made me feel stupid to say the least.

I appreciated the friendly service at this location.

Great customer service, they will suggest maintenance items but won’t push for things you don’t need or would rather do it yourself. I started coming here for oil changes and then It became my go to location for tires and general maintenance. We damaged a tire when we hit a puthole and they replaced it under the road hazard protection plan, no questions asked which is awesome!

Brenden gave 5star service. He was assertive and helpful.

They did a good job with making sure I’ll have enough oil to last me awhile for my long distance drives before a need a oil change. (my car did start to smoke, but I learned later it was due to some spilled oil they had to clean up and it wasn’t any damage done. So if that happens check to see if it was some spilled oil before assuming there was damage like I did. I’m a bit embarrassed about it.)

The service and concern for quality were great. But when it came time for payment, I was in for a shock! I had purchased a prepaid oil service, and when I presented the coupon for payment, they pointed out that the prepaid coupon only paid for up to 5 quarts, and my car took 6.5 quarts and so I was charged for the additional quart and a half. I was very disappointed in that process. I will probably never use the prepaid coupon option again.

The entire crew is excellent! Great customer service, very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very fair prices, for quality workmanship and product. I take all my vehicles here, highly recommend them.

I drive all the way from Taylorsville just to have my car serviced at this location. The management is very knowledgeable and very professional.

It was way better than my last experience. It felt like the did what they were suppose too. They put the sticker in the window for the oil change and went above and beyond to clean my windows and such. I am glad I gave them a second chance.

All the guys here were very friendly and professional. They were laid back but attentive. I felt comfortable talking to them and didnt feel like they were pushing anything extra that I didnt need. 10/10 will come back again.

They are always so helpful they put air in my tires and are so friendly.

On essentials, Jiffy Lube always does very well, but sometimes, like yesterdays visit, they forgot to put the oil change sticker reminder in my windshield, they forgot to reset the time for service reminder in my odometer and they didnt raise the tire pressure to 35 psi, even though I asked if it had been done when I paid. Now I need to take an hour of my time, go back and have them do these things.

Took my car to get serviced a bit early because the breaks or axel would whistle loud. They suggested a break fluid flush which was about $99. As they worked on it they found the problem with the fluid cable. Runs like a champ now! Can be expensive and make sure to already check what your car does and doesnt need as they will always suggest things that are not always vital. But they offer good service.

I could not say worse things. Took in my car because I needed one of them repaired because one of my tires kept getting low on air. They told me both of my rear tires needed to be replaced. Quoted me $523.90. I took my car in to Les Schwab and they repaired my perfectly fine tire FOR FREE. this place will try to take advantage of you and steal your money.

I Wouldnt let them work on my car if it was FREE! It cost me more Money and Time to fix what they did to my car here.We took in a Ford Taurus for an oil change. They told us the cabin air filter needed to be changed (it had leaves and debris on it). They wanted $55 to do it.I bought the part for $6 and did it in 10 minutes myself. WHILE doing so, I found out - They smashed the old filter back in, with all the leaves and dirt still on it! I was blown away that they didnt at least brush it off.The worst part was, they ripped the cord for the windshield wipers while checking my air filter, so the windshield wipers dont work. Add another $20 for the part, and another 20 minutes of time fixing it. Im scared to think what they might have done while changing the oil. I will NEVER be going back to this location.

I hate this jiffy lube. They are constantly trying to upsell you on things you do not need. I went in for an oil change and they tried to upsell me on brake pads because they “looked worn”. Get this - they replaced my break pads less than a year ago and I rarely drive. Like less than 10000 miles a year. They also charged almost $100 for an oil change. I will never be going back to this place. So ridiculous.

Had a check engine warning light a couple of days after service at this Jiffy Lube. Went back and they found mass air flow sensor fault caused the problem. Techs checked all the connections to the air filter housing, as they had replaced the air filter. Then they cleared the warning light and it has not come back.Was very pleased with the response of the techs to make sure the system was tight and not contributing to the mass air flow sensor fault.

We were greeted and helped promptly even though they were fairly busy. The chairs in the waiting room were placed 6 feet apart and all the attendees were wearing masks. Although several people were waiting, the service for emissions only took about 20 minutes and we left with our car registered also. Friendly and professional service - we will be back for sure.

Smooth service - even though quite pricey. Only issue was I had requested an engine light diagnostic to be run when they did the oil change. When I came to pick up the car, they had forgotten to do the diagnostic. When they did, they showed me the error code but didn’t know what it meant (camshaft sensor). Kind of defeats the purpose of running the diagnostics.

DON’T GO HERE! If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife went in and was completely taken advantage of. They charged her $142 for an oil change on a minivan. We can get an oil change at the dealer for $25. So sickened that a business would take advantage of someone during already hard times. Despicable. They should be ashamed.

Always fast! Be sure to do a walk around your vehicle any time you go to a place like this. There have been multiple occasions that they didnt put the air filter back on correctly. Recently, the undercarriage plastic was absolutely demolished. Honest mistakes, but good to know while youre there than when you get home.

I have been coming here for years for emissions & inspection. You cant ask for a service to be more professional, FAST and have better customer service than this Jiffy Lube!

I was apprehensive because they only had two bays and it was right when everyone was getting off work, even contemplated going somewhere else to get my emissions and oil change. But I told them what i wanted, they worked quickly on the other cars before mine and got to mine quicker than I ever expected, I was home before dinner was ready. Fun group of guys

My emissions was due on my car so I went in and was treated great right away, they held the door open for me, offered me coffee or hot chocolate, and was done with my car in about 20 minutes. I paid and they held the door for me again to get to my car. Awesome service!

I had the emissions inspection performed on my car. They also checked the fluid levels and other items on my car. The price was reasonable. The service was fairly quick.

I usually dont write reviews but this one needs to be written. On a Sunday morning the alternator belt on my Mini Cooper, snapped and was lost somewhere, I took my car to Jiffy Lube and Taylor was so helpful!! He said those cars sometimes require a special tool fr the tensioner but he said Ill see what I can do His determination and willingness to help with a positive attitude showing me that he was genuinely interested in helping me really makes me want to come back to that Jiffy Lube. I hope someone in higher management reads this because Taylor and his team:Braxten and Brenden deserve to know how professional they are. THANK YOU GUYS!

Super good and quick service

We had a flat tire and originally took it to jiffy lube to get it patched. Jiffy lube said that the patch was too big and not repairable AND that a 2nd tire was also leaking and unrepairable. They tried to tell us that we needed to REPLACE 2 tires and spend $200+ doing it! I then came to les Schwab and he them look at it. They fixed the one tire, and after doing many tests, said that the 2nd tire never had a leak! They patched it for FREE! My mind is set. Jiffy lube is dishonest and tries to take your money; and Les Schwab is very honest and never tries to up sell you. After having many great experiences over the years (with multiple cars) with both Les Schwab and jiffy lube: DONT GO TO JIFFY LUBE.

I like this location. They’re quick, respectful and got my car in and out. Not to mention that this location is almost always busy so it’s impressive how fast they work.The only down fall was the guy that talked to me was SOOOO monotone. I forget his name. But I wanted to fall asleep while listening to him go over my car recommendations..

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Just read a few reviews and you will know. This place is a joke. Went for an oil change and they pulled out my air filter and told me I needed to replace it. Didnt want to pay for them to do that. On my drive home my car seem louder so when I got home I opened the hood and they didnt attached the manifold that goes from the intake to the air filter. It was just laying there! To make it better a mouse had taken up residence in my filter box. When I tried to attach the manifold it is clear that they broke something. I will be reaching out to the owners to get them to pay for a new manifold and a refund. I will tell you all what I find out. In the mean time go to another Jiffy Lube this place is a joke.

Won’t be back! Pulled up to completely empty bays. Probably 8-10 guys just walking around. The kid that came out told me it would be about 20 minutes—before they could get to my car!I had my wife stop by for the top off “service” they offer. She got home and told me she was about a half quart low on oil. Then she said, I don’t think they put any oil in. Sure enough, I checked and the oil was still low!

Ive been coming here for years for oil changes/new tires/tire rotations & have had mostly good service. Yes, they almost always try & upsell but theyre not pushy about it & I find their suggestions more informative than anything. Id say steer clear of the rock chip repair as this repair can actually cause a window to crack (read the fine print) & just get a new windshield if a chip turns into a crack. Was surprised to see all the negative reviews but I guess most people dont think about leaving good review for a place like this.

I love this place! I have an older Honda. So you never really know when its time to upgrade. My daughter uses it for work and school. The fun outgoing Ast. Manager Brooke has been right on the money. She also has a older Honda and appreciates the value. Brooke had to send us to AUTO ENHANCEMENT to unplug something, she called ahead and told the problem and threw on a % off. When that was done she personally set up time so she could finish the rest. Brooke know people and she knows our time is important. GREAT MANAGING SKILLS!

Lucas and Daniel are just saints i always enjoy their service and my car always runs like a dream after, one time another kid did my oil change and my car was completely empty I think his name was austin or something anyway he very careful and only get a service done here if Lucas or Daniel are available

After having my oil change I realized they didn’t include the mileage sticker on my windshield. Not a big deal. Then I noticed a big marking on a chip they asked me to fix (they fixed it for me last time I was there and I refused to get it done again), still not big deal. I opened my glove box and everything flew open because they forgot to place the stoppers. I really wonder about their work under the hood if they forgot so simple things. I’m never going back to Jiffy Lube.
