The guys working there are super nice. They will come and tell you things that should be done in your car, but they are not pushy as other businesses. I will definitely keep taking my vehicles there.

I took my vehicle to them for a general tune up, shortly after I had a misfire get worse and after bringing it in 3 more times each time they assured me its perfect to drive. Due to staff shortage this afternoon, Aaron was the only guy attending the station, there was already a customer before me, he attended the customer, provided him with the service, answered questions and any concerns the customer has, completed the transaction; got to right me as he said he would. Aaron was quick-fast-prompt-attentive when I got there, hes professional, sincere, helpful, showed genuine listenership and concerns, checked engine, oil dipstick, educated me the quality of oil for my car should be 5W-40, he was helpful in every way; and continued to give me full attention, focused on the issue of my car.Aaron got me going, I was on the road again, able to get home. Loved this place for a long time, but the last time I went in for an oil change I was told my rear brakes desperately needed to be replaced. I have a trusted mobile mechanic for that type of work and immediately had him come out to do the work since we were going on a road trip, after which he asked why I wanted them done since I had nearly 20% left. Nearly 20% is a LOT on rear brakes. As a single woman, I am always wary of the recommended upsells at these types of places, and wont be returning to a place I cant trust to be honest/competent in their recommendations.

I have been getting my oil changes here for a while because Big O tires has been doing a good job for me for years.For the first time in my 45 years I spent over $100 for an oil change. They have always matched a competitor coupon of $7-$10 off an oil change. Not today. Ill probably start going back to that competitor in the future.

We got great service on an oil change here today. They did an additional service we have never had done before. The fellow pulled out our glove compartment and cleaned an air filter behind it that we didnt know we had. They were fast, too. We were in and out in fifteen minutes.

My husband told me to go here for an oil change since Wal-Mart closed their lube service due to covid19. They saw that my car was due for an emissions test and licensing next month and offered the service. I found them to be more expensive compared to other places I have been for both services.

Went to this place to get my oil changed and I was very disappointed with the value my service. The person helping me did not inform me about my options for getting my oil change, but proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay double the normal price because my car would only take the most expensive oil. Then proceeded to tell me if I went somewhere else they would quote me the same price. I was also informed of a whole list of things needing to be replaced. Very expensive, Highly untrustworthy, I would NOT recommend!

They were friendly. However I was given several choices of oil. I have a high performance car so I choose the $69 oil. When I got back to pay the bill was $114! I paid and left but in shock for an oil change. I wont go there again.

Ive made my last visit here, and wonder if I will continue to trust Big O next door (owned by the same people according to the employees at express lube). Nickeled and dimed while I walked to Smiths, and unnecessary recommendations to boot. You may have taken an extra $20, but its the last time I spend a dime there. Too bad it taints over a decade of positive experiences at Big O next door.

Well first time and your crew/team was impressive. Called me sir when I pulled up, and showed me the waiting lobby. Met Manager Jerry, got 10% Merit Discount, tech Alex squared me away with new filters and showed me dirty brake fluid. Got the filters but passed on brake fluid flush, as I will contact Honda dealership and make them make it right. Lady mechanic asked if I was feeling okay because cold/cough or my 2 visits to bathroom, dont worry it was just coffee. Anyways will be back and recommend them.

We have been bringing my son’s 20 year old Honda to this store for the last few years for oil changes and inspection/emissions. It would have been more convenient to go somewhere else this year, but my son is so happy with your service that he was adamant that we drive across the valley and go to your store for his emissions. He is a bit attached to his car and wants it taken care of :) Thank you for doing such a great job!

The staff was very friendly and informative. I happened to be the only customer, so they did an oil change and brake fluid replacement in less than 30 minutes. The waiting room was clean and they cleared things with me before doing any new work. Very satisfying experience.

Eric and his crew took great care of me. They changed the oil, then asked if I wanted them to look at anything else. They didnt do anything without checking first, which I really appreciated. They also let me know when I need a tune up and about how long it would be for things like brakes and air filter. They were very fast and I was out quickly. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and water.

Shop was nice and clean, employees were polite and quick to come help me. Got a safety inspection done got the issues fixed and brought my vehicle back. I asked the employee when I pulled up to finish my inspection that I would also like to get an emissions done which the employee agreed to get done.They finished my safety inspection and came and handed me my paperwork (thank you guys for being quick!) but there was no emissions, and when I asked about it, they said they thought I didnt want it done, (which I can understand because I told them I didnt want it done earlier in the day.) but when I asked if they could do it, they said the person who just pulled up would need to get worked on first even with three employees there and that I would have to wait. I had other engagements so I decided to take off.Really my points are, these guys are quick and friendly and do a pretty good job. However, the employees didnt feel knowledgeable, (I asked what a brake balance fail meant and the employee didnt know). Also, that my request to have a service done didnt get completed and someone who came in afterwards was put in front of me, which was the worst part of a long long day.I ran a car shop once upon a time, and have some experience with doing these things. I did not appreciate having to wait for another person who came after me to get done. I most likely will not be going back.

I only go here! Especially when its time to do safety and emissions! They are super friendly and honest. There never seems to be a long wait time even when their busy. The waiting room was clean and organized. We enjoyed hot chocolate. I will keep going to this location!

Honestly I love these guys. Ive brought every one of my vehicles here since I got my first car. They go above and beyond to help me with my oil changes and checking out other issues that might arise. They are thorough and very concerned about every customer! They kick ass, and they keep me safe !!

They’re fast, but can’t actually get things done right. They screwed up my cars computer and couldn’t reset my oil levels or service lights. Charged more here than the dealership. Next time I’ll just go to someone who knows how to do it right.

A year ago it was wonderful, sadly today and all future transactions wont be. Havoline Xpress should be renamed to Havoline Upcharge Express to our wallets just so customers know that an oil change no longer includes the filter or enough oil to complete the oil change. These are now considered extra fees. Im sorry, but really your fee doesnt include the oil filter? Figure out a different business model to be honest with your customers as these customers are the lifeblood of business. You screw them you screw your business

Been a regular here for years. Some technitions are better than others..My favorite is John ( in the JeepWho unfortunately for us but good for him)Has changed to a different location) but I still do my business at this location. Always satisfactory.

I have relied on this service to maintain my car. For years, I have received top quality service for years. Last week I went in for a oil change. I was not shown my air filter, shown any of the other documentation that I have been shown, fluid levels etc. I went home and checked the levels myself. NONE of which were topped off. I am to disappointed to check the dip stick yet. I will not be back. I travel from Salt Lake City to get these services. I will not be returning.

First of all, outstanding service from Jerry the manager, and his crew! I needed to get my inspection done and my tags renewed, so I stopped by. They had me in and out in 10 mins. I have always valued the honesty and integrity of this shop throughput the changing of staff over the years. On the last visit they pointed out that I didnt require an oil change when I thought one was die. Their advice was really appreciated.

Fast and efficient. I always buy my oil and filter from Walmart and have these guys change it for $20. It is cheaper and seems to be faster. Im usually in and out within 10-15 minutes.

Sign says open but they wont unlock those doors till 8. Not sure what the confusion is with keeping that sign off till 8

Worst customer experience I have ever had. I went in for an inspection and emissions, turns out the upper radiator hose had a leak. So they didnt want to inspect it fair enough you dont wanna have it leaking in your shop. So I went home and fixed it came back and they did the inspection, failed me for wipers, rear sway bar, and mud flaps. Awesome you seriously couldnt have taken the five minutes to do a walk around outside of your shop when I first went in. I could have had it all done by the second time I went in. This just shows how lazy this shop is compared to other shops I have been to. Customer service means you take care of the customer the first time they come in. Not to keep dragging them back in.

I am SO impressed with havoline xpress. some issues came up with my car & havoline took FULL responsibility for it. john (the manager) was so kind, attentive & responsive—he even gave me his personal cell phone to make sure i was taken care of throughout the duration of my car troubles. chris (the CEO) was also also very considerate. although i did not talk to chris, he accommodated all my requests and responded quickly to my questions. i am SO impressed with these two—i will always be coming back to havoline, and will definitely be recommending everyone i know to come here. it means a lot when you know a business has your back through the good AND the bad!

They are awesome at what they do. Went to three different places last year to have my second turpentine belt replaced and none of them could figure out how to take the first one off to get to the second one. Spent 5 hours at jiffy lube with 5 employees trying to figure it out (even went into after hours), finally I got fed up and took it to Havoline xpress lube in South Jordan the next day. Took them maybe 20 min max to take off the first, take off the second and replace new belt and put it all back together. From then on I was sold to this place! They know what they are doing, very refreshing! They also noticed things werent put back together properly from jiffy lube and would have ruined my car, since nothing was bolted back. Not only did they save me time, but they saved my car. Im always coming back to Havoline xpress lube for any car maintenance. Keep up the good work guys!

Had a pleasing experience. Was served well by the gentleman who signed me in and got things taken care of for me.

I noticed my engine was running hot and I knew I was about due for an oil change so I stopped by for them to change my oil and top off my fluids, especially the coolant since my engine was hot. I asked for a full service oil change and went on my way. The next day I saw that my engine temp was still higher than it should be so I checked to see if the coolant was full. It was completely empty and had obviously not been filled, I looked at the service invoice which said that they had checked the coolant and marked that it was full which it was not. I wonder what other things they said they did but didnt actually do? Did my oil actually get changed? I went to autozone and filled it myself. I had issues with another Big-O location and decided to try this one. Not impressed, I will no longer give Big-O any of my business.
