Marshall was the only one working when I went to the Zagg store to get my screen protector replaced. Even though he was busy he took the time to make sure I was taken care of. They didn’t have the screen protector that was on my phone so he put on another brand but since I was going out of town for an extended period, Marshall put on a temporary solution and told me to come back for the full replacement at no cost. Great customer service experience!

When I went in, they didn’t have the screen protector my wife wanted. But they were able to offer a different screen protector and even offered a coupon discount to make up for not having what we originally wanted. Super quick, very friendly, great service.

Got a new screen protector that just wasnt working at all in the mail. They were able to reinstall very quickly. I would say having to pay $8 for the return was not great maybe thats because this was a franchise location. But overall great service from this location.

We have used the Fashion Place location several times, and have never received this level of service. I will always use the location at The District Megaplex.

The young lady working paid attention to each of her customers. I was 4th in line she acknowledged me when I came in and she talked to each customer as she was helping them.
