I just got off the phone with a female who has no tact or knowledge of her job in customer service i signed up for two phones there with insurance n now i find out this guy gave us the chinciest phones they had my phone was stolen n these boneheads dont remember the make n model of my cheap phone buyer beware

I went in just wanting the phone. We already have an existing line and pay for it Every month.So I should just have to pay for the phone. The gal there tells me I Have to pay the activation fee as well. Why its already Active?New SIM card, comes with the new phone, so I have to pay to activate THAT SIM card.Nothing I wrong with the one I have, the phone is just broke. Now this phone is as new as Christmas. Didnt have to pay then. Just take the SIM card out of the Old phones put it in the New phone and its good to go. Gal insists that I pay for activation. Long story short, we leave with no me phone in hand, drive to Walmart pick what ever phone I want, just happened to be an AT&T pay as you go phone, put the old SIM card in and it worked fine.I will never pay for activation a cell phone again. I can see if my number wasnt an Active one. But mine is.Wont go back to that store.
