Yep....its been FOUR WEEKS since other customers, (or SOON TO BE X-Customers I bet....) that posted You Guys Havent gotten your Act together on posting YOUR CORRECT HOURS ON THE WEB PAGE and location map !! !!!YOUR Updated Web page, which states, your hours as 10am to 7pm ....AND THAT PAGE WAS JUST UPDATED 4 DAYS AGO....supposed to current, FRESH INFORMATION....???BUT YOU GUYS ARE STILL CLOSING AT 6PM....Sign on door ??? I watched 3 people come to your door AND WALK AWAY. !!!! LOL...YOURE NOT organized, you have misleading info all over the place .... ARE YOUR CELL Plans this out of sych too, and misleading ? What can we believe from Tmobile anymore.... ? ?...Whos On First ??? ? Now I get to drive ALL YHE WAY back to Stateline, WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME !! .....(plus it was pretty bad seeing all those other people throwing their hands in the air when they saw they wasted their Gas and Time too.... believing the Tmobile web page just FOUR DAYS OLD with BAD INFORMATION already.... wow...NICE JOB guys.....PROBABLY NOT going to come back, sorry just the truth...

I live Tmobile they have super good deals, Manager was awesome, I left and came back and was going to confirm the offer with the Mexican lady and she tried to scam me with a super expensive offer that I wouldn’t have found out if I didn’t talk to the manager first! Thank god I didnt fall into her trap

I came here at 11:40 on Saturday and the doors were locked. Website and map says open, window and sign on window says open…. Why are the doors locked? Weekends are my only time I can do this.

Please change your hours if you close at 6 why does it say you are open till 7

Awesome group of employees working here. Always greeted with smiles and hellos as soon as you walk through the door. Would recommend to anyone needing a new service or any phone accessory. Ive seen the managers, Ryan and Graydn, take the time to walk around the store and shake hands with customers and make sure all their needs are being met. Definitely a well-operated store here for Tahoe.

So I came in with an upgrade 2 weeks ago and due to my schedule I wasnt able to do a survey like the guy had said. Although, when I tried, it said it was expired. Sooo Im giving a review here because this person defiantly deserves a raise or something. He was very knowledgeable regarding all of his stock and new how to pitch a sale without being to pushy. :D Im glad I came to this T-Mobile on my way back to San Fran, and wasnt disappointed. Im not sure his name but he was one of the managers there and Im sure it started with a G. He gave me excellent service while I was there buying a new iPhone and it was awesome to have someone as knowledgeable about apple products help me there. We spoke for a while and I learned a lot. Very cool place. But a few things just to maybe improve on as a new business?1. Air conditioning was on but the store felt blazing hot.2. The associate wait time was a bit to much3. The in-store stock wasnt very good.Aside from those three things, awesome place, and AWESOME employees.

Bought a phone here. The guys asked me twice if i wanted to put the phone on a payment plan. I said no, I just wanted to but the phone. They rang me up and I paid. I’m not sure why but apparently they still decided to put me on a payment plan but told me the price I was paying was for the phone. I was the only one in the store with 2 people helping me so they weren’t confused, task saturated or overworked. They didn’t appear stoned or otherwise out of it.I’m not sure if it’s a commission thing and were being dishonest or not. However I got my bill and now T-Mobile wants me to pay much more than I was quoted. T mobile corporate would only tell me that they will contact the region manager to pass on my complaint, but won’t rectify the situation because I signed a receipt. The whole problem was that I signed a receipt that they told me was the full price of the phone while they coded it as a deposit.I don’t like to give bad reviews and don’t even like to do reviews. But when I think a company isn’t straightforward I feel compelled. I’d think it was maybe just a mistake but they asked me twice if I wanted to put the phone on a payment plan and I very clearly said no.In general I have nothing against t mobile as a company. I think they have a great product and the international cell service that works for me. However I can’t stand business practices like this at the franchise level, and the lack of any corporate attempt to rectify the issue I had. Be cautious of this place.

Customer service here is great! They really went out of their way to help me. I lost my phone while in Tahoe, I walked out with a new phone and they saved me some money. Cant beat that!Thanks SLT T-Mobile :)

Went in to have 2 phones lines BYOD added to my current account. Unfortunately the rep opened the two lines as a completely seperate account. So instead of having $40 added to my monthly total got a seperate bill for $180When I called T-Mobile they refused to fix the mistake, they said charges were valid. Immediately went to verizon. Its worth the $5 I pay more per month now, And still better coverage than T-Mobile. I

FINALLY a carrier that cares about their customers in SLT! Beautiful location, great staff and fun store envorment with many cool gadgets and demos.
