I was driving to pick up groceries with my baby in the car. As I was driving I heard a noise as I was half way to the grocery store which was only 2 miles from home. However Ritchie heard my car making noise at the light in front of his shop and told me my exhaust was dragging. I was so worry because I had my baby in the car. He told me to pull in and he will take care of it. I was so grateful! Him and his lovely wife made a nerve wrecking experience calming. He replaced the piece I needed and I was back on the road. I truly appreciate what they did for me and highly recommended them!

Ritchie was referred by my brother (who is a mechanic) as the only person he would trust. Richie took my car immediately when it died. 2012 Hyundai Veloster stalling and then not engaging into gear… Richie diagnosed and repaired the problem first time when I’ve heard horror stories about dealerships not finding this particular issue. Judy at the desk is wonderful… I highly recommend D&R Auto Care and will definitely be using them again…

My truck literally broke down in front of this shop how convenient! But not convenient for my pockets he charged me $600 for an alternator which went out on me 3 months later! I’m not sure if he replace it or Just did a temporary fix

Use caution dealing with this shop. I brought my vehicle here due to the good reviews but at least in my experience they were very misleading. Shady repair shop. The man had my car for 2 months and a couple thousand later never fixed my car. Paid rich for nothing literally. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy and I am also now looking into taking my dispute to court. Please avoid this headache for yourself would give negative stars if i could...update my vehicle was never fixed if you want to get screwed and give a scummy dude your money for free knock yourself out bud

If you have tons of money and dont need your car fixed right away. then hey knock yourself out Champ.

I have taken all 3 family vehicles here for service, from tires to oil changes, a/c, brakes, etc. Work is high quality and you can trust what he tells you needs to be done. Was told by PEP boys there was a A/C problem. He tested the system and everything was 100% fine. He tested AC unit temp and pressure. PEP boys who knows how they made that call.

Richie has the old fashioned business ethic, of insisting you be satisfied with his work, no matter what he has to do. I have brought him my personal vehicles and he fixes things I didnt know were broken, at a reasonable prices. Yes he is not the fastest, quality takes time. He even took a vehicle off the lift, so he could fix a flat tire on the ambulance I was trying to get back into service. He even donated his labor to help us repair the door and fender on an ambulance that had a mishap when a tow truck backed into it.

Rich is great guy . Hard worker .Talks to you without talking down to you . Lets you know what problem is, what kind of cost etc. Plus he is a New York Giants Fan like me .. makes him best mechanic ever !!
