I called the day before to see if an appointment was needed. None was needed I explained the noise i was hearing. I dropped my car off the next morning. By 3 i was given the diagnostic. The next day my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. The pricing was reasonable for the service needed. The service was professional and courteous. The only con was the fact i had to leave my car overnight and i had to find a ride to work at 4am. Next time i will be prepared for that Otherwise i will use this business again in the future and recommend.

I was driving and my tire light came on. I wasnt too far from meineke so I called and spoke to Chris I explained to him what was going on and asked if he had time to check my tire for me. He told me to come down and he would check the tire. Not only did he look at my tire, he discovered that I had a nail in it so he patched it and didnt charge me anything. I was so grateful. With everything thats going on in the world and in my own life, simple acts of kindness like this encourage me and help me to know that there is still hope. Thank you Chris and the staff at meineke. I think I speak for a lot of women when I say going to a car shop can be intimidating. You never know what you’re going to experience/if you will be taken advantage of (sucks but it’s a reality). My experience could not have been more opposite! The fellas were friendly, timely and honest. They explained what I needed and what I would be charged for and I was in and out within the hour with a fixed exhaust and no more rattling! I’ll definitely be back for any repairs I need down the line!

I cannot begin to fully describe the degree of customer care and attentiveness the employees here, extend to their customers. A couple months ago, my first visit was due to bad brakes and they were able to provide next day emergency brake repair and replacement within hours of me dropping my vehicle off. Chris and the mechanic (whos name escapes me unfortunately) provided estimated costs, options for the repair and careful, yet expedient work as well as updates and even helped with a ride back to retrieve my vehicle from the shop. They were nothing short of professional, diligent and kind in the matter which cemented my confidence with them, as well as them being my go-to for any future maintenance or repairs.Even now in October for my second visit, they were able to squeeze me into a packed schedule for a quick oil change. During this, they discovered a small problem I was oblivious to while attempting to change the oil and without hesitation, offered to fix the issue AND complete the original task. The service was completed in under an hour and I was able to pick up my car that same day. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and courtesy and am happy to have ever found this place and its incredible staff.

My mechanic Eric was quick and efficient. Super knowledgeable and got me on the road in no time. I have a long commute and needed an oil change and brake light replaced and I was still on my way home in time to beat the traffic!

Had my car towed here for an estimate on how much itd cost to get the car up and running again after Hurricane Ida did its damage. Long story short, they started repairing my car BEFORE letting me know of the official estimate AND getting my approval to do repairs on the car. When I got my car towed back, it was not in the same condition as when I brought it to them. The rear seat wasnt mounted and general parts from inside the car were left lying around. I normally dont leave reviews but what happened here was too unprofessional. I normally got my oil change here, along with a tune up just back in late July, but this is the last time Im doing business with Meineke. I recommend you bring your car elsewhere as well.

I feel comfortable and content taking my car to this place. Hoping they always maintain this level of customer service and honesty. Something I liked about them was that on one of my previous visits, there was a weird noise coming from my Subaru. They admitted to not being sure where it was coming from. I visited three other random mechanics which all told me it was something different... which then left me with no choice but to visit an expensive Subaru dealer. But the point is- I would always go to this Meineke because they’re honest and additionally they’re not pushy regarding the services they recommend upon inspecting the vehicle. Much appreciated.

I brought my car here about a month ago because my check engine light came on. They ran diagnostics and said I needed to replace my fuel injector and also needed a tune up. I got everything recommended done. Before this time, I had only dealt with them twice for a broken mirror and a muffler replacement (both experiences relatively normal except for lack of communication). Once my car was done, I drove it home (about ten minutes away give or take) and parked it until I had work Monday. I drove to work, but when I returned my car was shaking violently. I choose to tow it back so they can fix the problem they created. They admitted to not installing the fuel injector correctly. They “fixed” it again. Two weeks later I was back because my RPM just kept jumping while trying to drive, I brought it in for them to fix it. The next day they called and said they couldn’t find any problems, so I came to pick it up but I couldn’t even get 5 minutes away before it started with the same problems. I came in Monday and demanded a mechanic drive with me so they could see what I was dealing with. They saw and let me know they thought it was my transmission, and that honestly there was nothing they could do. My issue is when they ran their first diagnostic, they found nothing to be wrong with the transmission. So all of a sudden, after admitting to installing my fuel injector wrong (which after I brought up the mechanic said they didn’t do it wrong, they just forgot to hook up a certain part), my transmission which had no previous problems is now the issue? Why wasn’t it diagnosed with the other problems. These people are not credible and do NOT take responsibility for their wrongdoings. Genuinely very upset they didn’t offer a refund or even an apology. All they did was try to act like they fixed it but didn’t really try until I came back the third time. They told me they took it on a long test drive to diagnose the problem, the drive was four miles long. They are not credible and if I had went somewhere else, maybe I’d still have a car.

This is the best Meineke in specific, me and all of my friends go here with our vehicles to do muffler deletes, fixed exhaust hangers, finish straight pipes, anything you can think of along the lines of welding, just know these guys will get it done. I think 5 of us already have gone here and we will continue to recommend all of our friends and anybody looking to get good exhaust work done with quality welds and great prices.

Excellent service! We had a tire blowout on a trailer we borrowed, right before their exit on the highway (luckily!). Without any tools being in the trailer to change the spare, we slowly drove off the exit looking for a gas station and then found this Meineke. We pulled in to see if they can help us change it and without any hesitation they did AND it was free of charge! The whole circumstance took no less than 10 minutes from breaking down on the highway to getting right back on it. Felt like a pit stop compared to other places! Fastest service weve ever had. The guys there were very friendly too and we spent the few minutes talking about all our cars. Definitely recommend this location👍

Amazing how generous a person can be. Came here for a oil leakage turned out from the previous oil change they didn’t screw in the oil filter properly. My car was making a hymming sound when I accelerate. I made a appointment at this shop. The technician was able to pin point the noise my car was making was my right rear wheel bearing. Was very busy and had to wait a looooong time for a five minute job! I felt ignored! I told them when I got there that I needed a battery and they said it would take an hour I was there more than two hours. Because they sent out to the auto store two blocks away for the battery. Had I known about the auto place they sell n install them for FREE I’d have gone there. Workers were very nice n professional and I went to Meineke because I had my brakes done there in the past n had a good experience so I didn’t know about the other auto place. When I was about to leave after waiting sooo long then Steve said hold on a moment and the worker appeared so I let them do the job. Now in the end I find out I got a CHEAP BATTERY! NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT! Only good fir 18 months!That does me nooo good nooo peace of mind!Well now I know that Meineke just does brakes n exhaustsReceived a call from Henry to come back n they would replace the battery for a better warranty.Was very happy and got a three year warranty instead! My transmission unexpectedly died last week. I had my car towed to Meineke at the recommendation of my cousin (I forgot I took my car there earlier in the year for my inspection). I dealt with Mike, who is very kind, thorough and professional. After checking things out on his end, he was informed that my transmission was no longer in warranty. I did my own research regarding my warranty and he suggested that I contact my dealership with the information I had. Long story short, I ended up having my transmission replaced at my dealership. I informed Mike of the details and he encouraged me to have it done there too..LOL.. He answered all of my questions regarding what type of work would be done and what the cost wouldve been if Meineke did the work. I was very impressed with the level of transparency and customer service. They will be my go to repair shop if I ever need them again! Thank you!

The guy up front was very nice. However I was there for 5 hours. I needed brake service. Went in at 8 am and at 10 am nothing was done. He told me about other things that needed to be done which I didnt ask for or would have been able to afford getting done $1800 dollars worth of work. I did not know they were going to check all of this. So after I chose just the brakes I wasnt finished until 1 pm. I was the second person there and all others were done before me. I personally feel if I wanted all the other information I would have asked for it.

Nasty winter day, flat tire on Rt 287. They took me right in and put on spare for very fair price. I needed a new tire but their price was much hire than tire store back home so I passed. I understand they dont specialize in new tires.

I had a quick fast and friendly experience here. The people were great. The service was great. I got my exhaust and flex pipes fixed. Pricing wasn’t bad. Would recommend. Very cool people. I was in and out, told me it was going take 45mins but it took less than that. Thank you!

The guys that work here know what they are doing and always (personally) keep me up to date and what options I have with the repairs on my car/cars. Ive never had any issues with repairs done from this shop, and the repairs hold up pretty well. I have gotten pretty good values from them, and Mike in specific that works at this shop seems to always do his best to keep a pretty smooth business flow and is always willing to work with you. Also the guy that works as the clerk is always friendly and keeps it professional.

As pleasant as the customer service was, I have to give a bad review because none of the employees wore a mask. We still are in a pandemic. I can not trust this business to care for my vehicle when they’re not concerned about the health and safety of customers and themselves. I did not see signs up implementing the wearing of face masks either. They were more concerned with not getting my car floor dirty with their paper mat than of concerning themselves with wiping down my vehicle and also entering my vehicle without a face mask exposing themselves and myself to this deadly airborne virus. I will not be returning to this place of business in the future until safety procedures are implemented.

Im shocked at how honest, decent, and affordable this shop is. I came here for a second opinion on my Fords exhaust leak after my dealership quoted me $2,200 to replace the system.... Mike at Meineke called me quickly after I dropped my car off and explained everything really clearly for me. He told me they could save most of the exhaust system.. PLUS, they noticed my license plate bulb was out and helped me with that. He then quoted me LESS THAN A QUARTER of what the dealership quoted me. I was shocked but also realized how I was being screwed over by the dealership. So thank you to MIKE and the Meineke mechanics for being honest, helpful and kind. I will absolutely be coming back for all my car troubles/maintenance.

Transparent and no pressure. I got a much higher quote for brakes and rotors from pep boys and honestly they seemed like they were trying to sell me. Mieneke quoted me a much lower price and didn’t put any pressure on me.

Good experience. They are very professional and shown me what to do and what not to. I took my Hyundai Sonata 2013 with the detailed analysis from Hyundai dealer. I saved around 400$ from the estimated quoted by Hyundai and that’s obvious when we do outside company service centers.The person who attended my car has good knowledge on the items and he explained and shown its current condition of the parts and what to charge and what not to do now. That made me delighted.Overall they know how to handle their customers happy. Not greedy to snatch the money from customer by replacing all the silly things for the sake. For example when I asked for my ac cooling is low and looking for a maintenance, the shop manager told me that ‘if it’s not necessary and getting little cool, you wait until next summer because winter is near now.’ These kind of words will make customers happy and will get a feel that they matters each penny of the customer.If I want to say a con for the sake, the wait time is little high to attend the car. Not because they are sitting idle but they are busy with other customers. So I’m ready to wait 🙂
