After a bad experience last time on 8th of October I was contacted by the facility acknowledging an honest mix up. I went again today for a tire change . Warren was amazing in his dealings and the experience was more like it used to be before last time . Warren is a real gentleman and amazing ability with treating customers and trying to understand their issues. I would just give more than 5 * if there is a way to do it for folks like Warren and his honesty and sincerity

I have always received good service at the Goodyear in South Plainfield. Warren was the one who has serviced my vehicle the past couple of times & always explains thoroughly what needs to get done & why. The other staff members, like Pete, Tony (just to name a couple), also keep me informed & are accommodating with my appointment changes.

The best service I’ve ever had! No matter what crazy thing I throw at them they always get the job done, and they’re always very upfront about the work that gets done every step of the way. The whole team is amazing, they are definitely looking out for their customers. Highly recommended.

Tony was very helpful. He would always recommend the right part and service so the repair will last for a long time. He keeps your hard earned dollar in mind. Warren was very helpful too. Pete was great! I came in to make an appointment for service in preparation for a long road trip. He brought up my service records for the past six months and said his mechanics would check for needed repairs or service. I could have not felt more secure in their servicing my vehicle. Thank you.

Warren Issacs is the guy to go to or any tire needs. Extremely polite, friendly, and very professional. 10/10 I enjoyed my experience here as opposed to other tire companies.

I have purchased tires and had other services done here for other vehicles. In all cases I’ve had positive experiences. They are honest, friendly and they stand behind their product. Recently I had a rim issue and instead of trying to do a repair they knew wasn’t going to work they were honest about it and gave me a price I couldn’t beat for a completely new rim. Yes, tires and auto maintenance aren’t cheap but here you really get what you pay for.

Went to the store for a flat tire, they didnt have the same tire but tried to upsell me more expensive ones in the store (and tried to persuade me to replace all four). I asked them to give me a copy of the quote but they were unwilling to do so. It is $1200 for four tires. I went to another auto service and they only charged me $900 with the exact same tires and alignment. Overpriced trap, All BS, buyer please be aware and never come here for any service

BUYERS BEWARE!! I went to this Goodyear recently as I had a flat. I was told that they could not fix my flat and that I needed new tires. I was also told that I needed both rear tires replaced because they were completely worn out. I was also told that the front two tires were pretty worn out as well and that I should look into replacing them as well. I felt a little suspicious as my car only has 33k miles and my tires should last at least 50k. I then went to two other places and was told that flat could be patched and that my other tires were in decent shape (6 30 seconds of an inch.... 2 seconds is the legal minimum). Again be very careful when going to this location!! Looks like they are out to rip people off!! Very annoyed!!!

Didnt use them for my new tires, i felt like he was over selling me as a single mother over $1200 for 4 tires, charging 25 bucks each tire balanced another huge fee for mandatory alignment... i only went in there asking about getting one tire replaced

This is about the fourth or fifth time I have brought one of my cars here. I always have a really good experience. The prices are really reasonable, the people are always super nice, and the wait times are never too bad. I will continue coming here as long as the experience doesnt change. One of the better tire places in the area.

There service manager are well known in there explanation on what is going on with my vehicle. They do try to make benefit me for finding discounted parts. Automotive technician there are very skilled at find issues with my vehicle. I’d recommend everyone to check there vehicle for any and all issues they have because of the trust and knowledge that they provide.

Such a great team here! We found had a screw in my tire on my GMC Acadia on Christmas morning. They fixed my tire the following morning while extremely busy with other appointments without any issue/delay.It was easy to make the appointment onlinevia their website, great communication at drop off and at pickup.Thank you to Robert and his team for helping us. They also helped me address an alternator issue while I thought it was a dead battery, the prior month. Thanks guys!!

I took my car for an oil change. The person called me and said there is oil leak and wanted to know if I would be interested in a diagnostic test for it. It would cost me 1/2 hour of labor for it. I asked him to do it. He comes back and says that it might be the seal on the motor. I asked him if that is the only issue and can he guarantee it? He was not confident. Since he was not confident, I asked him not to worry about it and took the car out after the oil change. I noticed that the service engine soon light was not off even after the oil change. To my surprise, he replied that is a separate service and would cost me $100 only for that diagnosis. Then, I pointed out that my power steering fluid was also not filled. He again replied there is an additional charge for it.At this point I had enough of it and decided to go to the nearest automotive shop and purchased a can of steering fluid for $5 and filled it myself.It was a total waste of money going to this place. They dont know what they are doing. Also their response is not friendly. Try to avoid it and go to a place where they know what they are doing.

Everytime I come in here it is usually on a Sunday and have nothing but great things to say about the service and staff! Tony the advisor is professional and extremely friendly. He is always willing to help me regardless of the magnitude of issue I have with my vehicle. He is always honest I trust him. Good service

Went in yesterday at 2:50 to get my tire changed, didn’t have an appointment so I expected to wait for a bit. However, they didn’t even touch my car until 7:00, and I got the car back at 7:30. They’re meant to close at 7:00, so it’s almost as if they didn’t even plan on doing the work that day but I was never told anything. It’s unbelievable that I was sitting there waiting for almost 5 hours for something that takes a half hour. Many people came in much later than me and got serviced before me. Hopefully they at least did a good job changing the tire, haven’t had much of an opportunity to find that out.

Ive received adequate service from almost everyone here except for the portly older balding man. Twice Ive been kept waiting at the front desk for >5 minutes because he was playing on his phone in the back room when no one else was staffing the office.In addition, his attitude towards me and some of the other customers has been patently condescending, and it doesnt help that after all these years hes still the slowest person imaginable on a computer during checkout. Do union rules allow him to just completely not give an eff? Every time I see him I want to punch him in the throat, so Ive decided to just stop coming here altogether.

The guys that work here are nice, except one who seems a little grumpy. Overall, they work nicely with you and hear you out! We got our new tires installed here. Scott was very nice to discuss all the best options with us which helped in the decision-making. We will continue to go here regularly for alignment checks and tire rotations.

Went for an oil change and serpentine belt change. After 4 hours I walked in with the guy (I think Tony) saying he was just about to call me. Yeah ok. His favorite phrase is I dont even know. They said they could not change the belt and I got my car back with one of my rear tires missing two lug nuts and the two that were attached were not on properly. I called and they said they couldnt help me out because the paperwork said they didnt touch the wheels. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HEAR I DONT EVEN KNOW!!!!

Bob, Store Manager is very supportive and customer centric person. I had disappointment with one of the staff member’s misbehavior and for that Bob not only just apologized but also fixed the issue with the flat tire. I really appreciate the support and help Bob has shown towards customers.

It is always a great experience at Good Year when getting an oil change or for any small problem I may have with my car. Everyone is wonderful and attentive especially Dane. Thank you!!!

Worst service I got 3 different inspection reports from this place 1 st time they said tire recommended 2nd time there reports are clear without tire change and 3rd time I changed oil there I went with appointment still they didnt touch my car 6 hour after six hours I went there and I asked about inspection and they said everything is clear and good so I asked them about my last records how it changed so they dont have any answers and they said we need more time to inspect your car and after 6 hour they didnt even change oil they just reset oil meter and gave it back to me after 1 week I had problem in my car and I bring to my mechanic and there was no oil in engine and now I called them and thay said your mechanic is trying to make money on me you should go to Honda dealer they will do it free.....so they want me to bring my car to Honda which has no oil in it which they suppose to put and charge me.....great service Goodyears I wont go back there Im going there from last 3 years but not anymore thanks Goodyear

Superior service. Came into Goodyear for a noise under my hood. Had no appointment. The associates were very helpful. Found the problem told me they would be able to fix it and gave me a ride home so I can be with my family. This was my first time dealing with this facility but it will not be the last.

Had my car for 3 years with no alignment issues, I replaced the tires and did alignment at Goodyear and not even 2 month later my steering wheel is crooked. AVOID GOING THERE

My family and I have used this location for last five years and service has always been great. We usually drop our vehicles off because they tend to be busy. I do recommend them to family and freinds.

I went to this facility to install a right axle to my truck they installed it and I left I drove a few blocks and my truck was making noises and not balanced I returned and found out that they put half an axle in and told me they would order the entire axle they said it was safe to drive when the piece came in they installed it iit ran ok for two months then there was a rattling noise from the front right side of my truck where they did the repair they looked over the truck and they said it was the cvt and that i might want to get a new vehicle or just drive it like that I took it to Nissan and did a diagnostic Check on my truck and it was fine. No issues with the Cvt I then took it to another good year who said that I need a new right axle and ordered a new one under warranty I am very upset the way I was treated and i feel like they knew exactly what had to be done but was lazy to do it again for the third time and the part to suggest I get rid of my vehicle because of cvt transmission when it was diagnose by a dealer that there is no cvt issues really upsets me more

I had planned to drive to Alabama this spring and had the brakes and rotors replaced as well as an oil change. They completed work sooner than expected. Would reccomend over speed service oil change locations like grease monkey. Thank you Yamar, Russ, and Nick.

Bunch of clowns working here. I came here early for my tire change appointment only for them to say they didn’t buy the tires beforehand and that it would take an extra 2 hours. Giant waste of time, go somewhere they take your business seriously

AVOID.......Too expensive for the service they provide. Staff arent expertise, just ok with basic stuff like oil change. Very unprofessional when they break your hood holder clip and tie it with zip tie and not tell you.

Had all of my tires replaced recently. Price was on par, not too high, nor too cheap. Their turnaround time is a bit on the higher side. But to compensate that, they also drop and pick up back if you live close by.

I would never suggest anyone to go there.I replaced my tires there, later when I went there for rotation without doing the job they said job is done.Moreover I asked them to check my brake which was making noise, they said nothing is wrong, later I found brakes had major problem.I suggest Just find an alternative place
