Dr. Koppel is great!! Ive been going to him for years and hes phenomenal. I even tried other doctors but his place is perfect. Not to mention they have the handsomest dog Dallas in the waiting area!

Been going there since I was a kid. Absolutely amazing wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my eyes!! Not toMention the staff is so friendly and helpful!!!

The staff here is very friendly and they make you feel like family from the time you walk in until the time you walk out. Dr. Koppel was able to work diligently with my son, making him feel comfortable during his first visit, and it was quick! He did me and my son at the same time and I was able to get my contacts on the spot. Kevin is amazing as well, he recognized my mother from a previous visit and made her feel very welcomed and comfortable while she waited for me.

Dr. Koppel is a wonderful doctor. Before he examines you, he gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. He really puts you at ease. The staff is very friendly & they go out of their way to make your visit there a pleasant one.

I absolutely love this place! I recently decided to ditch my other eye doctor and try someone more knowledgeable and with more experience. Dr. Koppel was fantastic. He was very informative throughout my eye exam. He gave me tips on how to take better care of my lenses and dry eyes. Not once has a doctor recommended daily contacts to help my dry eyes, I am so happy he did because it changed my life ! He also has started me on an eye drop regimen which has been so helpful.Brandon was another ray of sunshine :). He welcomed us with a warm smile and friendly greeting when we arrived. After my eye exam he took the time to go over not only glasses options but even my insurance benefits and how I can achieve the best discount. I appreciate that, usually people don’t dedicate time to help with that. I was only there an hour or so but I felt at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience, I will be recommending all of my friends and family there !

Was scheduled for an exam on 10.18.17. I waited approximately five minutes before being taken to the back to begin the process. The entire staff was remarkable and friendly. Dr. Koppel was thorough and great. I have found my new eye center.

I called and got an appointment the same day, first eye exam ever, new patient and had no wait at all everyone was super kind like no other place i have experienced, everyone new what they were talking about and assisted one another it was an extremely healthy and knowledgeable environment. The Doctor was very kind and patient with me and it being my first eye exam and all. She knew exactly what she was doing and was so helpful. I loved it and would recommend to everyone

If you are Hispanic, do not go to that place. People are racist. I went to make myself some new glasses and for the mere fact of not speaking English they did not want to give me the order of my glasses. They are arrogant people and discriminate against people. I had to call the police to power to be delivered.

From the minute I walked through the door, the staff was nothing but pleasant. As it was my 1st visit, I was pleased to be registered right away. Wait time to see the doctor was only 5 minutes. My doctor, Dr. Fasman, was amazing and informative. I would recommend this eye doctor to everyone.

This past eye appointment granted me the choice of new frames and a Mrs.Benjie helped me quickly and effectively choose a frame that I really love, going to pick them up tomorrow!

Although Dr. Koppel did a thorough checkup for my eyes, but his prescriptions not only didnt target the real causes but also made my conditions worsen. The place is very commercialized, they will try to sell you all sorts of supplements, remedies, and gadgets, etc.., that are out of your own pockets and with poor to none scientific/medicinal data.

I recently had a small eye procedure done, and I needed to have a follow up and get a new pair of glasses. Dr. Koppel took care of everything beautifully and made me feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, I will definitely continue to be a patient of his!

Doctor was great, just didnt like the fact that the lady selling the glasses/frames actually makes you come back the next day to get your prescription to purchase glasses. I insisted to get the formula and she said we can either mail it to you or you can come back and pick it up tomorrow. REALLY!!! It only takes a few minutes for the doctor to write down the formula. Now I have to go out of my way again at lunch time and pick up a prescription that should of been handed to me at the first visit in the first place, very annoyed.Its like its a marketing strategy to make you purchase the glasses at their facilities.

I have been going to Dr. Koppel for years. I love their service, Polina was very patient and so helpful.

Dr. Koppel spent enough time to do all posible exams. Gave me prescription and a trial pair of contact. I tried the contact for 2 days and realized that I cant properly see or read. Went back to doc and asked if i need some other exam to verify why I cant see with this contacts. Dr. Koppel just asked me what my prescription was earlier and changed it on his prescription copy without verigying or doing any other exam. So dont risk your eyes...

Everybody was great at my appoinment. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful, I didnt have a long wait for my appt, Dr Fasman was very professional and thorough, and Polina helped me pick out a great pair of glasses. All in all, a very good experience!

My father recently suffered a stroke, which has affected some of his motor functions. However, every time I take him in Dr. Koppel and his staff are so willing to be accommodating and go out of their way to take care of him.

Will not ever come back.. very uncomfortable environment.Pros: Doctor did all the usual eye testsCons: If you are going use your insurance to pay for your glasses it will take them THREE WEEKS for them to have it ready.Sales team are very aggresive and rude.. pay up or go f yourself is basically what goes on here.
