Its always a pleasure going here. We like the mom and pop shops but BAM has the series we read and the cool gadgets and games to match. We only go every 6 to 8 weeks but we always find something to bring home. Found some great coding books this time for our 6yo. I love that they also sell vinyl, too.

I love bookstores in general. Books a million is a solid bookstore. They have a decent selection. In particular they have pretty wide array of books on foraging, rock hounding, and identifying trees and so forth. They also have books covering tons of other topics.

Books and books and books. Awesome. Where most book stores are closing in, these people are picking up the slack. I would recommend this place over all others .

This Books-A-Million is right across the parking lot from Macys and right next to Tuscan Table. The book selection is quite good, including plenty of manga, the layout is attractive, there is a nice little cafe, and the woman at the checkout was very pleasant. My wife and daughter also liked this store quite a bit, so well be back!

Books are expensive, no way around it. But the place is well maintained, has a Joe Muggs inside, and smells amazing. Theyve got toys, games, some dvds, and some exclusive packs and whatnot. And a good quarter of the store is manga.

I was impressed by the layout and how organized and clean the store looked. Friendly service, especially when I was selling used books. I think I received a good price for my books. Coffee shop available. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking, though, the parking lot is in need of repair. Decent childrens section. Assorted knick knacks for sale.I recommend a visit.Update: Sunday evening 🌆, January 2021; Still a nice store. Two entrances. Older comic books for sale. Limited video selection.

The pricing always scared me off from buying from here, but after I got a membership and started collecting Funko Pop products I realized the pricing is tolerable with the membership. So many discounts its silly... not to mention the Funko Pop selection is phenomenal. And theyre about $2 less than most other Pop locations in the Portland area.

Absolutely love it there but they are quite pricey!!! I met an awesome woman who worked there and we shared some of our deep experiences in life She was so kind and helpful!!!

Who doesnt love a good book and they have a great selection of books and more, incense, novelty items, etc.

The space is clean and orderly, the staff was helpful. I just did not find what I was looking for, ... a book on what i need to know to prepare for retirement & financial planning for retirement.

IM COMING BACK TOMORROW. Books-A-Million had everything our party was searching for. The service was very helpful and they have a self-service desk like at a library which was so convenient. Records, tabletop equipment, merchandise, and most of all BOOKS.

Great big store, lots of parking, and tons of deals and discounts. I got 7 books and 5 of then were marked down, so I got those 5 books for less than $30 combined. The other 2 books were new releases and on par with online prices. Im not sure if it was just for Black History Month, but there was an African American history section which was great. The staff was also very friendly.

This place is huge compared to my local 1 here in NC. On our road trip I visited this BAM 3x! I loved it!

I honestly used to love this place, but the service, book selection, and quality of experience have gone downhill. Im mostly annoyed that theres constant pressure to join the Book Club membership despite the fact that I repeatedly say Im not interested. As an avid reader, I love book stores and it isnt *terrible* here, but there are much better local stores in town a few miles away.

I loved it! The workers were so nice and the manager was very helpful! I am very happy with the amount of my little pony merchandise they had. I got so many books and toys. I am so happy! I am getting a book delivered to my house in over a week, I am very grateful.

I always spend too much money there but the front end staff is awesome!

There has been a yellow puddle in front of the urinal since when the place was Borders, about 20 years ago. Im not joking

Something for everyone, at good prices.

Not a regular book store, an in your face left leaning, revised history, anti capitalistic propaganda store disguised as a bookstore. No problem because I dont have to go there again. Customer service is non existant, shut down the lights 18 minutes before closing. Go there if you have to, but good luck finding anything you want. I used to love shopping there. Bookstores can be an amazing opportunity to explore the joy of reading and learning for anyone, especially children, but this place is an indoctrination shop.

Great book store and decent pricing.

Me and the wife love going there getting our books great place and lovely atmosphere. But theyre online services is something I would not recommend to use. Its one the worse Ive use. Youll never if your books are back order, I couldnt track may order and the online helper is a robot. I would suggest going in or going to another book store if they dont have a book you are looking for. Just dont order a book from them online.

The staff was very helpful finding something that I could not find.

The store seems thrown together. Nothing seems to be where it should be. Its almost as though 4 different people, using 4 different approaches to organization, arranged the merchandise without consulting each other or with any consideration of a uniform layout. It is not like it is difficult to put books together by genre, then alphabetical by title (with the exception of books in a series which should always be grouped with book 1 of the series - this will also tend to keep titles by the same author together within the genre) and then non-printed merchandise can be arranged as dividers between genres. And put seats throughout the store please. Some of us have multiple injuries or conditions that require us to be able to sit down as needed during our shopping experience. For goodness sake please increase the air flow and cooling in the store! Wearing a mask in a warm/hot store while in pain and sweating profusely is not a good time.Why have you made the comic book section smaller and smaller over the last 6 or 7 months? There is less to choose from and that is displeasing. The comic books and graphic novels are a fantastic way to get our kids reading. Please increase what you carry in the comic book and graphic novel category.

This was my first visit to the store. Was very impressed with the staff and for what I went in for (Funko Pops) they had a big collection and a large variety and was very hard to norrow down what I wanted. The store was very clean and it wasnt crowded. I will be back to visit this store again in the future..

Lots and lots of books-wide variety- very pleasant, helpful employees. Wish they had more full Homeschool curriculums especially the tested and true like Abeka or Alpha Omega or Horizons. But they do well with other categories.

Love the bargain books section, and all employees are very helpful and pleasant! Also parking is easy near the entrance, and theres plenty of space to spread out and not feel crowded inside.

I could spend all day in there, perusing all the different sections. I went in looking for a gift for one person, and ended up getting multiple gifts for people and a few other things. The store is neat and clean and easy to navigate. Great selection of funkopop too!

One of the few remaining expansive book sellers with a physical location to browse. A great selection of all genres can be found here, with a nice mix of board games, kids toys, and other goodies to buy. The store itself is clean, easy to peruse, and reasonable in its pricing. Well worth taking a visit.

No one working on the floor to assist me in finding what I was looking for. I would have to wait in line to speak with a cashier for assistance. I left without purchasing anything. No sure if Ill be back.

We almost never leave the store empty handed. Theres a great selection of books and the discount book section is great! Take the time to go through any books on the discount racks. They also have a surprisingly good selection of vinyl records. Its not large but we have found some random gems in there.
