Bull moose mill creek was kind enough to order and sell me a broken PS4 controller just to offer me store credit back like I would buy anything but my original purchase. Whoever is in charge over there could have easily plugged in the controller to see if it was suitable to sell however Im out 50 bucks because no one wants to double check their merchandise. Sick.

Awesome store. Ive bought online a number of times but this was my first opportunity to visit a location. The one I went to was formerly a Blockbusters store, so that gives you an idea to size. Records, DVDs, CDs, books, toys, games, novelties - basically anyone should be able to find something they would like. There are both new and used items. Real friendly staff. Walked out with a lighter wallet but also a nice bag full of stuff. Definitely worth a few hours to look through the inventory.

Very diverse and substantial offerings of books, vinyls, CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and video games. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store layout is well executed.

Very nice workers! If theres a scratch on a preowned CD, they do whatever they can to make it right (including giving it to you for free if they cant fix it with a buff or replace it). Also nice ambiance and it smells great when you walk in.

Very big! About the same size as Salem, NH andBooks 📚, Blu-ray 📀, DVDS, video games, VHS, collectables, Baby Yoda/Grogu, kids section, movies separated by genre, seats to 🪑 sit at and vinyl. Friendly service. My son let his facemask slip down and he was politely reminded to pull it up. My daughter 😊 smiled when we pulled into the parking lot. Enough room to park. Facemasks required. Movies as low as 30¢. My friend found a Sea Monkey 🐵 kit, like the ones advertised in comic books, and almost bought it for a young family member.I recommend this Bullmoose.

Great place for new and used anything. This is my secret spot for books and just general variety. I like wandering around and day dreaming about spending more money once I have more.

I love finding new/used book stores to wander through. I went here specifically to look at the books; however they also have a huge selection of dvds, records, cds and video games. The book genres were nicely labeled and arranged by authors from A-Z. New and used books were intermixed and pre-owned books were labeled by a sticker on the outside of the book making it easy to distinguish between new and used.

Very good selection overall. Being a fan of horror you often dont find a great selection of movies but they really do a good job. The staff I talked with was knowledgeable and even made some great suggestions.

Bull Moose is an awesome place to shop & I just received in the mail my order of A Quiet Place part II in 4k today thanks a lot & Ive been shopping online with Bull Moose for a couple years now & nine times out of ten everything I buy comes without damage I highly recommend the Bull Moose crew for everything & I mean everything & last but not least getting Bull Moose points to use towards any item depending on how many points youve racked up thanks again

Very helpful folks.Because I had back surgery and it is hard to walk i was thrilled to get help from two staff members to find the two titles I was looking for (which were found).

Always worth a stop. Theyve got everything here, of course CDs and movies, but also a ton of fun retro games, books, board games, and all sorts of things. One of my favorite sections is the bargain book section, where you can get a book for just 50¢. I also love looking through the section of musical cast recordings, Ive found some real gems in there.

I spend way too much money here and I love it. The CD and DVD mystery bags make for great movie nights.

They have everything my kids (and I) need for their favorite games.

Great variety; but I haven’t had the best experience with them because they will say they will give me 0.33$ for a used game when they sell some used games at 50$ people their are kind and pretty helpful but they don’t have many games for the ps3/ps4. Really would like some better pricesThree stars

Bullmoose is one of my favorite stores in general, let alone in Maine. They sell movies (Blu ray, DVD, VHS), music (vinyl, cassette tapes, CDs), video games (almost all platforms, old and new), action figures, books (comics included), toys, and board/card games.This location is my favorite because they seem to have the perfect blend of all available product with a heavy emphasis on comics and board games. The staff always looks like theyre having a lot of fun, and the sections are easily navigated.Do yourself a favor and sign up for their rewards program. You earn points toward buying used items.

I just called Bull Moose Mill Creek to ask if they took albums and was informed that they do. I told the person on the phone that Id be there in less than 10 minutes. They said OK. Ill see you then. Drove there and when i got to the register the person told me that he couldnt take them because they had no room. I only had a stack of 30 albums. I told him that i had called 1st and wasnt told that over the phone. He rudely repeated that they had no room and turned around and walked off. Piss poor customer service. Thanks for nothing.

Bull Moose is the place you go to on a day off when you need a little retail therapy. Employees are super helpful and really nice, go check it out you never know what youre going to find.

Nice selection

Ive bought quite a few dvds from these stores and THREE of them have been faulty in the last month. They were all inspected by an employee as per usual and I took their word. Try to watch the movie and find the disc is not only pretty scratched but also has some kind of mark in it. Honestly Im upset but I dont have the receipts so thats on me. Personally I feel like the quality control is on a downward spiral for these stores. Ive seen broken toys and damaged trade ins. Very disappointed.

Mill Creek is a really close second to the Scarbrough store. Easy access from downtown Portland, close to Taco Trios, and a nice spacious layout.

I have been coming to Bull Moose since they started down in the Old Port oh so many years ago. I absolutely love this place to get anything pop culturesque. Thank you for being what you have been since the beginning, the best.

Bull Moose is just a fantastic group of stores. They have an outstanding selection of movies, video games, books, and even board games. The prices are very competitive to Amazon, which is a rarity for brick-and-mortar stores nowadays. The ability to sell your own movies and books to the store for credit is a nice touch.

Great location!! Easy to get to!!! Amazing staff!!! I prefer this store over many other locations, Im always finding what Im looking for and I still seem to always walk out with something extra!! When I needed help or suggestions the staff where on their a game to make sure I was satisfied!!! Everyone there works so hard and its always very nice and clean I think everyone there deserves a raise!!!! These are the kind of people I would like to see every day!!

Love this store its my Kryptonite. Im in one of the locations at least once a week. They have a great selection of movies whos is great for collectors like myself and I know that I can always find what Im looking for. I also find the staff to be knowledgeable and down to earth. Plus its nice being in a store where the staff is passionate about the products and always have solid recommendations or just to have a good conversation about music, movies, TV shows books or games.

So many great movies, music and little accessories you wouldnt find anywheres else. Very relaxing vibes! And if what your looking for isnt in the store the employees are very accommodating to helping place your order right to their store.

As far as bullmooses go this one is near the top of the list. The thing that I think is particularly remarkable is their turnover rate in terms of their stock. The shelves and their content is ever rotating. Very large book section, if you go there for reading material. They can service all your media needs, good or bad.

I don’t speak English good and thay were vary mean to me.

Great variety of books, videos, music. Many are pre-owned so discounted. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Could be a quick trip or spend an hour. I tend to lose track of time there.
