I went in the store today and had the absolute worst service I’ve ever received anywhere. It was a young guy and girl and they were so rude to myself and numerous other customers. Somebody spilled their drink in the mall and asked for some paper towels to clean it up, so he gave her 3 paper towels and handed her the wet floor sign. When I was told they “weren’t allowed” to make my drink I was looking at the menu for something else and the girl at the register told me if I’m not ready then I need to move so she can help someone else. After getting my drink the guy yelled to everyone in the store that “we’ll be closing in 5 minutes because we’ve been there all day and need a break. And anyone in here just hanging out needs to get out” this was at 2:30, on a Sunday. When the mall opens at 11 on Sunday. He then walked over to the two girls sitting at a table to say that they need to get out now because they need to close. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had here or anywhere. Next time I’ll just to go Starbucks.

Menu is hard to understand and when my wife ordered a Strawberry and Cream drink, it had cookies in (she’s allergic to gluten). We tried to ask about it after but the employee huffed and threw the drink into the sink a few feet away, where it predictably exploded, making a mess.

I love the mugs and I have a bunch at home. This little shop is a good place to grab a hot drink in the mall. Id say they have the same set up as other coffee places in the mall but they have seating.

Typically I love the strawberry supremes I get here. They have been off the menu for a while but some of the employees still know how to make them. Today I made my order and the guy behind the counter seemed as if he knew what I was talking about. He told his co-worker how to make it and I waited. I was delivered a purple, grape-looking drink and I told them that whenever I order this, its a chocolate brown color. He took it back and apologized after some confusion. He returned again and the drink tasted of oreos and coffee, no strawberries. I had left and went back into the mall area before realizing this. I returned to the store and explained that it tasted like oreos. The employee explained that this is normally how they make it, and I honestly dont believe that because I have gotten it many times here and it has never tasted like oreos. I am kinda disappointed with my visit here today and the lack of customer service skills. If you dont know how to make a drink, just say that. And I honestly dont think that I should have to pay for something that I didnt order, especially considering how expensive the drinks are.

Good, friendly staff. Not as harsh as Starbucks. Great chillers, lattes, and hot chocolates. Although, recently discontinued a repeat customer program.

I work in the mall and my coworkers and I go there everyday. Everyone that works there are always smiling even if theyre super busy. Great mix of all cold and hot drinks. Good job guys!!

I Came in wanting a frozen hot Chocolate 😋 Instead I got a Chocolate Avalanche, It was so good and the people were so friendly. My new favorite drink is the chocolate avalanche I recommend going here any time you want a great drink!

Gloria jeans coffee is good, however, when I nicely asked for whipped cream on my drink I was told very rudely that they could not do that just because the drink contained some hot expresso. I think that this was ridiculous especially when I am paying for an $7 overpriced drink. The straws were also too small for the cups.

Good coffee but if you get something that sounds like a proper name it will cost you 8 bucks.

Amazing drinks. We always stop here when we are at the mall. The chiller drinks are so good. Wish there was more than one store in Maine

The coffee/drinks are very good! I have been on more than one occasion though where the staff behind the counter arent getting along and its obvious.

I really, really wish there were more of these. A lot of times I go to the mall only for them. The chocolate caramel avalanche chiller is the best. Everyone that has ever helped me has been great too.

Cashiers there always seem friendly. Coffee is made in a timely manner and I havent encountered an incorrect order yet which is always a plus for anywhere lol. Good coffee and good environment.

Not what they used to be 20 years ago thats for sure. Im pretty sure the 2 culturally confused children making my drink had no clue what I was talking about as they say literally couldnt pull their phones out of their hands...

Overpriced is all that I can say. Its ok coffee and all the straws are the same size which is way too small for anything bigger than a regular. Not a well executed strategy on their part.

Im a sucker for the frozen coffee drinks, especially with espresso. Pricing is about the same as Starbucks, maybe a little cheaper. I think they have better tasting and a better selection than they do too. The line and wait is about 10x less too!

I don’t think this place is in business anymore but they used to have the best frozen drinks in the Maine Mall. Always a calorie laden frozen coffee or some type of snacks. They reminded me of Starbucks today.

I really so prefer their coffee over Starbucks. Chai lattes are bomb

Every year we spend a weekend in South Portland and multiple times a day we stop in. We go to Gloria Jeans instead of Dunkin for our coffee fix whenever were in the area. It makes us wish we had one in our town.

Very poor service. 5 girls behind the counter and only one cashing a line of customers. Their constant contradictions of each other shows poor management and training. Not worth the one star.
