Purchased a slice of a cookie cake here, I walked around the corner tried breaking off a piece it was hard as a rock!!! I turned around went back and asked for a refund she said im on the phone with the owner and they said no! I said ok well then can you replace it with a soft cookie? The owner said no! I asked how you can run a business and not value customer service? So I called corporate office right in front of her and they are sending me a gift card and also having a talk with the owner over this establishment. Horrible customer service and horrible professionalism! Most of all horrible cookies.
