Staff are always pleasant. I go to S. Portland Redemption Center every time I need to return bottles. They are the ONLY redemption center I go to.

**COVID POSSIBLE EXPOSURE IN STORE 10/30/2020 LOCATION CLOSED**The store is encouraging spreading fear and lies about covid. There notice in the window says and accordance with Maine laws face masks are required. This is not a law. Is a recommendation by the government but it is not a law. This is very misleading and scares people. The management at this starbucks should be replaced. They need to put up appropriate and accurate signs about covid and state recommended guidelines. Not signs that lie about fake laws and encourage fear of your fellow humans.

Typical over priced, strong bitter coffee. Not impressed.

Starbucks is exactly as to be expected, wonderful. They are re polite, quick and accurate. I am always pleased when I go there. The drink is always exactly correct and I have no complaints. I would always recommend this place. Location in the Maine mall is excellent. Always the best.

I frequent this Starbucks the most of any in the Greater Portland area just because of its convenient location. Unfortunately, most other folks do, too, it seems. If youre planning on using the drive-thru, Id suggest going elsewhere, but if youre ordering ahead or staying a while, then its the place for you. Along the latter lines, if youre meeting up with someone to chat and have a coffee, its one of the Starbucks locations around thats conducive to that sort of thing. Its comfortable and youll never feel like youre being eavesdropped upon.

Busy place! But for a good reason, they make great coffee and beverages, I like the hot matcha with steamed soy milk. Yum!The prices are acceptable for a high quality coffee shop.Also, great durable beverage holding products.

For whatever reason, Google isnt saying if this is the Bucks in the mall (4 star) or the one outside the mall (Ill assume that one) which is the best Bucks Im Southern Maine, hands down.

I love this Starbucks. The staff is always, always friendly and on their game. I came in during a busy weekday to order 6+ drinks for my office and they were speedy, accurate, and genuine. Ive always had a great experience here!

Sitting in the Starbucks by the round hotel near the Mall, just to make sure you know which store Im reviewing. Becca the cashier was completely rude. She asked me what I wanted. I took my Visa out to use the chip method of payment, Follow the directions for me...(she may have said please) Then she walks away and Im looking, following directions like she ordered. Then I Iook up and over at her and she says, Did you want a receipt? Seriously, alright. I get the drift, move on lady, right?...now she tells me something from the back counter where shes making coffee. I have had better service from a gas station, a lot better!!! My flat white is frothy and about half as good as I usually have made there. The store is filthy!! Tables dirty. Crap all over the floor. They didnt have any raw sugar out, so she did fill that. Becca then stood there and chatted with a friend for 5+ minutes at least. Ive been here for about 12 minutes and not one thing has been done to clean this place. This kind of service and dirty store will not keep business, not to mention my coffee gets 1 star. I come here all the time, not usually this time of day during the week. The manager needs to pick up the pace in this place. Im not happy.

The staff here are so friendly and patient with customers and the wait time isn’t that long unless it’s around the time of people getting out of work or lunch time, but aside from that, definitely one of my favorite coffee shops!

There is a million coffee shops in New England but Starbucks is one if the better ones..

These guys keep up with the massive mall crowds like pros. Excellent team work, and theyve always gotten my order right on the first try.

Starbucks is my favorite place to get an ice coffee drink. That being said, they have become much less consistent over the last year, and it seems every barista has a different definition of what is the right amount of Carmel to put in a macchiato. Still, service is friendly, and overall much prefer them to their competitors.

10/10 staff is friendly knowledgeable, and drinks are tasty

As a former starbucks partner,I was a little unimpressed by my two visits to this location today. The barista who on bar wasn’t connecting with customers and was not following standard for the recipes.On another note, when I came into the store a second time, about a half hour later. My girlfriend and I ordered a Trenta Passion tea and a Trenta ice water. Not only was the wrong size made for the ice water but the barista on bar (the same one as before) didn’t put ice into the water and instead I had to ask (which honestly didn’t annoy me).What was frustrating was that when I asked for a little bit of ice - he dumped the whole thing out, put an excessive amount of ice into the cup and then filled it with water.I don’t see myself returning to this location, especially with two others in such close proximity to the mall, despite the convenience. The atmosphere inside this particular store was subpar at best and that’s why I’m leaving the rating I am today.

I went there on last Friday and Oder was 3 small icecoffce and 2 banana cake but they were charged $50 dollars that overcharged I never paid like this before I was calling the store and the customer service to let they know and I hope they can fix it for me but they didn’t help and handoff phone when I still share with them about the mistakes that’s not nice and good for business and for customer service 👎
