They steal packages. Careful if you have women’s clothes they seem to like those best.Shipped out a friends stuff for her, and they swapped the box.Also found out a bunch of my Amazon returns never shipped. Even with the recipt the items I packed must of been taken out.Sad thing is, these are not uncommon complaints for this location.

Terrible customer service! Especially by who I can only assume was the manager. I stopped in to drop off a package to be sent out that already had a prepaid label attached, so I just asked to get a receipt of them accepting the package. This pot bellied elderly man told me I could take a picture of the tracking number (which I had already done). So I explained I wanted them to print a receipt for the package showing it was accepted. He told me they dont do that. Well I know for a fact you can, as I have many times before! So I asked why they wouldnt do that. His response was, You can go to UPS directly down the road, they are open until 4....I am at a loss for words with this experience. Maybe he was having a bad day and felt like being lazy? So needless to say, I will not be using this location ever again.
Manager was not wearing masks AND they charge $5 to print a shipping label. UPS stores are independently owned and other stores charge the standard 10 cents per page, even for shipping labels. Total racket!

I actually had a really good experience at this location. I saw there were a bunch of negative reviews however this is quite close to my work so I wanted to try things out.I needed a very specific stamp for work since Ive been having hand pain with signing my name and information on my audit sheets. I was looking for stamps on the low but met with the gentleman who works there and he was great through the entire process. I was given a call next day to come to the store and check out options and placed the order that day. It was about a week or so and the order came in.It is EXACTLY what Ive been needing since theres name date title etc. that must be included on my forms. When I went to pick things up he even showed me how to add the ink and general care etc. The only bad part was the price (which isnt a store specific thing but a corporate thing so not much they can do) however it wasnt bad enough for me to cancel the order and well worth with the quality and something so customized!
They charged me $5 to print a shipping label for a prepaid mailer. Literally one sheet of paper, $5. Never been charged for that before, anywhere else, sending files/receipts every single week, from across the country, to the office. Couldnt print at the hotel because their printer was down. The older gentleman working 9/25/20 at 5:30 PM has a pretty unfriendly temperament. Tried to cheer him up when I left with a thanks, have a good one and literally got a grunt. Use any other location.
I dont know who on earth is writing the positive reviews for this store. It must be the owner and/or his friends. I had to ship a package via UPS and was forced to go to this location as the one I usually went to shut down. I was shipping a package for my work and asked for a receipt. They said no. I could not believe it, who doesnt provide a receipt when shipping a package?!?!? I explained this was simply so I could provide my employer proof the item was shipped. Again I was told no, and he was HOSTILE to me, acting like I was asking for something outrageous. He said something about not being required to provide a receipt and said to go somewhere else if I didnt like it.Make no mistake, this place sucks. I hope UPS reads these reviews. I will do my best to never ship via UPS again if I can help it because of this store.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I went here to mail a letter and just needed a stamp. There is a 5 dollar minimum for not just credit but also debit card transactions (which there is no good reason for this).I had less than 20 dollars in my account so I couldnt go to the atm nearby and the employees couldnt make an exception for my 55 cent transaction that I need to mail my tax refund application so I guess I will wait longer for money I desperately need. Really spreading the Christmas spirit of goodwill at this location.As a former worker of a UPS Store of 3 years, just avoid them. They are too expensive and depressing to work for with policies that continually screw over their customers for maximum profit. I hope this place goes out of business because I can tell the people who work here are heartless.
Saw the horrible rating, but didn’t read the reviews and thought I’m still going to go because I all I need to do is drop off a package and get a receipt... The older man with white hair and an attitude refused to give me a receipt. I am not going to leave my package somewhere and not have a receipt proving that ups is in possession of the package. Very poor service for something so simple, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Excellent customer service for 30 years! Had a business mailbox with them for years & received nothing but fantastic service!! I only ship from this store because the service is so great! Pat always has me in & out in no time!
My experience at this store was beyond terrible. I went to this location to drop off several packages and was greeted in an unbelievably unfriendly and unprofessional way by an older male (you couldn’t refer to him as a gentleman)who I found out later through UPS, is the owner/manager of this particular UPS store.I first asked to if they could print off 30 shipping labels and the older male told me that it would be $5 per label. I saved $145 by going next door to staples and printing them off there.Upon my return to the store the poor treatment continued, at times I was even treated to second hand cigarette smoke while the older male was taking smoke breaks in the back room where all the packages were stored.I could go on about my experience but really, there is no need.The customer service at this store was like a parody of bad customer Service, that you might see on a sitcom or sketch comedy show. At times I wondered if I was on a candid camera show?The bottom line is that this man has NO business dealing with the public in any capacity and is damaging the UPS brand Immensely.

Excellent service. The staff is always going overboard to help you out and save money. I get copies, envelopes there as it is so convenient. Easy to park.

The worst service I have ever received!! This location was listed as an authorized delivery location for a package I was receiving and the owner refused the delivery. I contacted the store and he basically told me I was out of luck and it would be returned to the shipper, so I contacted the shipper and they said not to worry I could pick my package up from the customer care location the next day. I then receive a call from the UPS store and he tells me he will have my package for pick up. I thank him and the next day when I go to get my package the employee has me sign for it give her a copy of my license and then tells me I owe them $5. I say no shipping was already paid I am just picking this up. The owner comes out and informs me he did me a favor by not having my package sent back to the shipper and is charging me $5. I said you did not do me any favors if you left it at the customer care location I could have just picked it up with no additional cost. He then told me he would be calling another UPS location I use frequently to have packages delivered to so I would be charged a $5 fee there as well. The owner of this store is extremely rude and very unprofessional. There are lots of other locations in the area and I would recommend using any place except this one. DO NOT HAVE YOUR PACKAGES DELIVERED TO THIS LOCATION! I have used many UPS locations and have never been treated so badly.
WARNING: If you ship a package to a UPS Store and the UPS Store closes, then UPS Corporate will leave you hanging and take absolutely no responsibility. UPS Corporate claims all of our stores are independently owned and operated and then attempts to dissolve themselves of any responsibility if one of their stores closes and packages get lost or need to be redirected. Yes, its true the stores are independently owned, however, this leaves the consumer with no options and does not prevent UPS Corporate from stepping up to the plate. Yes, this is in the fine print, however, this distinction is not made clear to consumers. This is exactly what happened to me - I shipped a package to a UPS Store and the store permanently closed on me. I called UPS and they essentially told me it wasnt their fault and that I should have closely monitored the store to make sure they were still open before I shipped the package. I found the statement odd as it implied a high failure rate among stores.
Very rude staff. I send out very important docs and asked for a receipt which every FedEx and ups store typically does and the old man didnt even acknowledge me. The other UPS stored are fine

I have been using this UPS store for my business for over 12 years. All of my needs have been met, and exceeded at this business. They offer a wide range of services that I have needed over the years including notarizing documents, helping me with changing our business mailing address, and sending special packages. Always a pleasure to go there.

Went to ship a box. They dont allow you to use your own ups account. They charge $5.00 just to print ANYTHING. The woman that was working there provided HORRIBLE customer service and almost threw a fit when I wanted to tape my own box myself. I have never had such a poor experience with UPS. Avoid this store!
Attempted to drop off pre-labeled box. Was told they could not print receipt and they would not scan it into system, advised to go to hub which does not open for another 1.25 hours.CSR did not seem to care whether or not that inconvenienced me, will definitely go elsewhere.
As a small business owner with an ecommerce store, I have been to UPS Store locations across the country to ship customer orders using prepaid UPS labels. I have never been to a UPS Store that they did not scan my shipping label into the system and give me a receipt for tracking purposes. Never. This is standard operating procedure and not sure why this is a non-starter for this location. The clerk who helped me couldnt have been more rude about it. I would never visit here again.

Came in with my own box, own tape, and label already printed. Figured I could just whip the box together and tape it up real quick on the big tables they have there. Nope. Made me go outside to the sidewalk, in the dark, in 15 degree weather to package my box. Was incredibly shocked at how rude they were, not to mention ridiculous for making me go outside, other customers in the store we’re also shocked at how rude they were to me by the looks on their faces. Have been to this location to ship other packages and always thought the staff was less than happy to help me, but this time takes the cake. I manage a local retail business and service would absolutely not fly. If the staff does not enjoy interacting with customers maybe they should reconsider their career choices.

I had an one-of-a-kind experience at this UPS location, when I couldnt get in because the front glass door was locked, lights were on inside, nobody was at the desk, the time was 4 PM, and the store was supposed to be open till 6:30 PM, and any phone call to that store was being redirected to a auto-voice. Im not gonna come back here again.

Just like others said, refused to give receipts. We were told to take our package outside the store & take a picture out front as a receipt, wow! We took our $400 return to another UPS store, never will visit this store again. Ridiculous & a bit shady.

They do not let you tape up your own packages in store. Why? Because they want you to pay their ridiculous prices for tape. $7 a roll or $1 a strip. If I reoccuringly came in with packages needing to be taped I would understand, however I have used this store multiple times and always come in with my packages ready to go. They also refuse to print receipts for prepurchased labels. Every other UPS store prints receipts no problem. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!! Unfortunate because I work a half mile away. Poor customer service, if you ask me.
Ive been twice and did not get my package mailed either time. The people running the desk are not well versed in modern technology (printing off shipping labels and using credit cards). Bring cash as there is a minimum charge for the use of cards.
I love dropping my Amazon returns here. They make my transaction quick and easy and there is always no issue in getting it to Amazon for a quick turnaround.
I would give it zero stars if I could! Owner was very rude, and refused my packages. The store is listed on the UPS website as an access point, where you can have your packages delivered. Just before Christmas and because of this man not honoring his UPS store contract, I had to hunt down my packages unnecessarily. The UPS customer center near by, knew all about the owner and stated he was a jerk and should not be a representative of UPS. Do not use this store!
One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I tried so hard to give the old man here the benefit of the doubt, but he is one of the most miserable people I have come across in a long time. I went to another ups store just to see if its a company wide issue but its not. These folks are just plain miserable with themselves. If I believed on prayer, I would pray for them. But since I dont, Ill just leave this review to steer others away from this particular store. ups is a great company. This store sucks.

Wouldnt let us finish taping up in store.hD to go outside and do it.then when we returned said perfume count be sent because of alcohol in contents said it was custums.next time said old cell phones count be sent even though was told first time they could.Pat the one we talked with first 2 times and last time he said something to woman helping us and thats when she came back and said couldnt ship it.not happy with store.wo t be using ups.went to FedEx and bad excellent service

The man who owns this UPS store does not have any cares left to give. He bounced my package delivery and I had to pick it up from a different UPS location, adding 3 days to the transit time. Apparently he does this to most peoples package deliveries. I can also concur with the other one star reviews about the attitude and customer service.
Im not a person who normally rates places publicly, but just have to say WOW, what an unpleasant and unhelpful gentleman working behind the counter here. If I could rate this store zero stars I would, just because of this person. Drive out of your way to the Auburn street store if you can.
