I could tell right off the bat that this was a good company, an honorable company and they have much integrity. You could tell that treating people the right way was their priority which in turn makes for best business the American way!!! Thank you down town autobody. And the price was the absolutely reasonable!! They are honest punctual and the bodywork they did matched perfect with the rest of the car. it looked like nothing had ever happened. There is no doubt I will refer this company and use them again and again. I highly recommend them.

We will definitely be using them again in the future. Not only did they fix my wifes car on time but they also spent the extra time to clean the interior/exterior as well as clean our foggy head lights making our car look nicer than when we had bought a couple years ago.

These guys are great. I brought my car into the fine folks of Downtown Autobody after hitting a shovel on the freeway. They did a great job on the damaged bumper, and got the car back to me quickly. The car was damaged at their facility, however, which I thought at the time was going to be a nightmare to deal with.However, the staff was honest and upfront about the mistake and took care of me again, in the same quick, accommodating fashion, at a time that suited me.The detail and paint work is great, and I would recommend them for body work to anyone based on their personable, family attitude, the quickness of the work done, and professionalism. For a small shop these guys really have a good thing going.

I will never go to anyone else. Their work is simply the best and they treat you like family.

We first went to Downtown Auto Body was back in December when a Ford F250 introduced itself to the side of our Tundra in a parking lot. The back, drivers side of our Tundra was pretty beat up. I wish I would have taken pictures because it had several large dents, scratches, and a strip of white paint from the Ford. We took our truck to Downtown Auto Body and they had our estimate done the same day we took it in. They repaired our truck quickly, and made sure that the repairs that needed to be done to make it a safe, functional, sexy truck again were done correctly. We really felt good about the work that Fernando and his crew did because they didnt cut any corners and our truck looked amazing after they were through. Not only did they do exceptional body and paint work, but when they returned our truck to us, it was completely clean inside and out. Picking up a clean, repaired truck was amazing! Now, we wont go anywhere else, even though it means driving to Salt Lake from Logan.

They are really good at what they do. Really skilled people. Fernando is very friendly and helps you with all his technical skill.

Downtown Auto Body is the best body shop in Salt Lake. I’ve had my car repaired there in march this year, and the service was beyond my supposition. The staff is professional, friendly, and repaired my car to look just like new. I would recommend Downtown Auto Body to anyone who wants a timely, experienced work done at a very equitable price.

My husband and I were in a recent hit and run. Well actually it was more of a bump and run. The car behind me taped me and it left a 3 inch dent and a 5inch scrap of paint. I took my car there to get a quote and was told that for $1500 I could get if fixed. Are you F$%king kidding me???? $1500? Thats way too much. The shop wanted to charge me for an entire new car door - but my car door wasnt damaged so . . . ? My husband got out of their as quick as possible. So instead we took it the dealership ( our car is only a few years old). We got an estimate, and they were willing to fix the dent for $65 and touch up the paint with buff for less than $300. Now thats a deal. Stay away from this place.

The staff is awesome. Someone backed into my new SUV in a parking lot at work and didnt leave a note. They fixed my bumper that same day. Id highly recommend and will use them again. They even explained everything they fixed to me.

Amazing work

I found this store through Groupon. I hesitated to go there since there werent a lot of reviews, but it turns out to be the best decision Ive ever made. I went here to fix dented bumper, scratches on headlight and paints. I already went to several other body shops, but this store offered the lowest and unbeatable quote. Also, they showed me the back so that I can see how they would fix my car. The moment you talk to them, you would know they have the best customer service and honest people. I highly recommend this store!

These guys did a great job on my dodge challanger which had a dent.These guys did a satisfying job in few hours.Downtown Auto Body are Polite and helpful.

The staff is extremely friendly and they care about doing a great job.

Bought a Groupon and they wouldnt honor it. It took almost a month of going back between and forth between Groupon and Downtown Auto Body before Groupon gave up trying to contact them and just gave me my money back. Terrible communication and customer service.
