I was involved in a not at fault accident and after doing days of research on all available places in the Salt Lake Valley I chose to go to Valley Collision to get my car fixed. I was not disappointed! Andy is amazing and very professional! He and his team did an amazing job fixing my car and made it look better than the day I bought it. I have a 2014 VW Jetta SE that used to be right hand drive and has a different engine then it originally did, this made some stuff difficult but not as difficult as the other persons insurance made it for them, they had them order parts from like 7 different places, but Andy and the team at Valley Collision endured and kept me in the loop for the entire process! They even offered to pay for my rental car if the other persons insurance decided not to anymore! I would highly recommend using any of Valley Collisions locations to get your car fixed, they are amazing!

My experience with Valley Collision was a great one. I was a walk in appointment and had my estimate completed within two hours. Andy is on top of things and was great at communicating and providing updates. The repair itself was a simple one but nonetheless they did a great job. I highly recommend Valley Collision to anybody who is needing some repairs done.

Andy Rose was so helpful navigating my sticky situation with a badly beat up car and little money to fix it. Although the repair was too expensive for my budget, his professionalism and customer service put me at ease throughout the entire process. Really felt like I had the coveted guy in the autobody industry. Go to them for piece of mind and from what I could see around the shop, very quality work.

The office guy was really nice - very responsive. We dropped our car off at the end of the shift and the person who entertained us was really nice. The work was done professionally and they cleaned our car before handing it over. My only concern was how much gas they used. We had 1/2 tank when he dropped of our car and when we picked it up, the empty tank light was on. We have an old car but we take it to Honda who writes down the miles at drop-off. I didnt write down the miles at drop off (didnt want to take more of their time) so I dont know how many miles they drove the car. I would still do business with them but next time, I will document everything at drop off. Thank you, Valley.

Valley Collision did an outstanding job on my bumper, and they went above and beyond by helping me get to my rental car, and facilitating the return of my rental. Hopefully I dont need another body shop, but I would go back to Valley in a millisecond.

This has been the best car repair experience I have had. First off we took it to the Draper location to be repaired but they called me the next day and asked if they could take it to the SLC shop which would take less time. I agreed and within a week they had my car done. When we went to check it out there were a few things awry that we did not notice until we got home. Gave them a call and they even came and picked up the car and got all the issues fixed! I especially wan to shout out Daniel Valdez! This guy is absolutely amazing! Kept me updated the whole process and is super friendly! I highly recommend valley for your needs!

We had several bids from other collision repair places and their prices were outrageous. We stopped into Valley Collision and spoke to the Manager. We were thrilled with the bid. We picked up our car today and it looked perfect. The car was also clean inside and out. The service was prompt and the outcome was just as we expected. I brought my car here to have some body work done after my car was hit and loved my experience with Valley. I checked out the reviews and was shocked that they had 5 stars so I decided to go with them hoping that they weren’t just paying their customers to give them 5-star reviews. From when I dropped it off to when I picked it up the service was incredible. Andy was so on top of it and gave me updates about my vehicle throughout the whole process so I didn’t feel in the dark. The paint job is very well matched to the rest of the vehicle and the bumper looks great! I’ve seen a lot of body work due to my Dad being an auto broker in WA and they truly do quality work here at Valley. One of the best perks was they washed an detailed my car before I picked it up! I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for my future auto needs.

Andy was really professional and helpful. He gave great advice and was actively trying to save me money. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know.

Their pricing was competitive with others, but it was the contact and conversation with people in the office and in the shop that won me over. I was rear ended a few weeks ago and needed to have my bumper replaced. I took my car over on my lunch break and Jake Russell quickly started the estimate process by taking pictures and explaining the process to me on what steps would happen next. I did not have to wait for him to write up the estimate he kindly emailed everything to me later that day. I was able to get my car fixed and in the next few days they had me on the schedule.
