ATTENTION: Get a quote from Mexico Tires before going anywhere else. They will always work with you. Theyll tell you what really needs to be fixed and the best way to go about it. You can always ask them to show you where new parts went or the reasoning behind anything on the bill. Super honest and everyone working here are legitimate mechanics. I met Gerardo January of 2016 and Ive never had to go anywhere else. Ill even call surrounding shops and ask for a quote on the work Ive had done just to see how much Ive saved. What started as used snow tires has turned into a great relationship. Gerardo, Armando and Jose are all amazing. Ask for any of those guys and youll be treated fairly.Make sure to mention you saw them on google maps/reviews and theyll be in an even better mood!If it makes you feel any better theyve 100% always beaten competitions prices. The used tire selection is unreal and the prices are the best. Drop Big-O and the rest of the terrible nationals.

They showed me a good tire and put a bad tire instead. When I brought this to their attention he said “you’re the worst people”. Then he handed me the money and told me to keep the tires. I felt really annoyed and disrespected by those people. I will never recommend this place to anyone at all.

They are not responsible for their mistakes. The simple directional tire mount and balance was made in a wrong direction and it took along time to undrestand the situation and try to regret it. Lots of times wasted, ahhh

Scammers, I went to replace my new brakes and they qtold me to leave my car while I looked for the parts in a nearest car care, I could never find the parts because they were not available, I went back to the mechanic shop and explained what happened. The owner of the place wanted to charge me $ 50 just to go down and mount a tire and as I told myself that he was charging me excessively expensive for something that got out of my hands! in the end I ended up paying $ 40 and I was insulted! but I let you know that they are robbing people ! I could easily went to the auto care in my car without any charge that’s what I meanToyota Corolla 2020

I know this shop for a long time. They are honest they won’t rip you off. He let me do payments when things were rough and I needed my car to work. Mechanical work is expensive and I feel confident taking all my family’s vehicles to him. I got a oil change a jiffy lub thinking it was cheap but they didn’t change my oil filter at all and charge me 200 bucks. So you choose where to take your trust. A corporation or small business???!!!

Terrible! These guys do not know what they are doing. Dont waste your time and money here. I took my car in and they charged me over $300 for a couple of sensors and labor. The car still didnt run right and no receipt was given. They were VERY unprofessional and lacking in experience. I took it somewhere else and it turns out it was just a faulty wire that was half the price to fix. Any real knowledgeable mechanic would have caught that.

I got new all weather tires from this place and the next day, the tire air pressure sign came on. I went to the Costco tire center and they informed me that my new tires had SO much air inside of them. Significantly more than the maximum limit. If I had hit a single pot hole, my tires would have burst. Although the tires are great, this place did not take the time to consider the safety of their customers.

I really like they treat me and they dont try to mess with me or get more money out of me they are fair and hard working and good people.

I just bought a used car from sharp auto dont recommended sharp auto, but I took it to mexico tires for a check up and was told i needed 2 control arms and 4 tie rods. Well lets just say i didnt believe them because if i had 4 broken tie rods I wouldnt be able to drive the car. I took it to my mechanic and was told I needed 1 tie rod and 2 control arms. Lets say I dont trust liers. And thats whats at mexico tires and auto repair.

Greatest place in SLC to get tires. Just got a new tire for $35 yesterday. Will never go any place else. The also do alignments, oil change, and other repairs. The place might rough but they care about your car not the looks of the shop, which, looks just like my granddads shop did.

These guys do quality work for very good cost. They are honest and will do exactly whats needed not whatever can be done to get more money from you. I even accidentally locked my baby in my car in the parking lot after just getting my car back... They acted so quickly for me and had my car door open in 2 minutes! That was amazing! I will not be going anywhere else but Mexico tires for my car mechanic needs.

Ive been going to this shop for used tires for the past few years. Their prices are great! Im a very frugal person when it comes to necessities. I recently used their auto repair services. I havent ever before. My serpentine best snapped on my Audi the other day. I had it towed to their shop probably around 1 or 2pm. They finished it by 5:30 that day. Now, nobody ever talks about pricing. Thats the most important thing for most people (I think), so I will. They are extremely affordable and do great work! For my serpentine belt, every other shop wanted between $150-$280 for the repair. They charged me under $100. They are a hidden gem. The shop isnt so nice looking, but Im not picky about aesthetics if price is good. They have comfortable couches and a tv to watch. Its called Mexico and you literally feel like youre there when youre waiting in the shop. I actually love it, to be honest. I have an obsession with the novelty of these kind of back street stores and shops. I will continue to go to them as long as they are the best price around for both tires and repairs.

Went in and asked them to install some suspension parts. they spent all day installing door handles that i didnt ask them to do and tried to charge almost a $1,000 for that work that i did not request. sold me undersized tires for my vehicle and torqued them wrong so that eventually the wheel studs sheared off while i was driving down the highway and i lost a wheel. also one of the wheels they sold me (out of four) stopped holding air within 6 months. after complaining about the door handle work they told me they wouldnt charge me for it, though im pretty sure they overcharged for the rest to balance it out. on a side note: the door handles they spent around 6 hours installing without my permission fell out within 6 months. not recommended.
