This place is amazing! I took my Honda Accord into this auto shop, and Soukanh along with his mechanics was able to make my car run perfectly again a good price. The staffs are very honest and polite. The two ladies at the front are super helpful, the very young lady was very patient and kind to me. Same goes for the other lady with cute parrots who was humorous yet cooperative. This the only auto shop I trust without getting scammed!!!

10/10 recommend. They did a good job on my bmw M3. Rims were slightly scratch though but its okay

My car needed a new cam cover, an intake and a seal replacement. I was quoted $1200.00 by the Chevy dealership, and 1000 by a different mechanic. A coworker recommended that I call Vientiane, and I was blown away by the quote. Half of what the Dealship asked for. Also, the work was done in a day, and it was hassle free! I will be using them again. You love to see local shops like this doing great work. Id give six stars if I could!

Ive had multiple cars over the years fixed and rebuilt with very good results. I have also recommended many family members and friends who have also been happy with the service. If you dont understand mechanics dont ask for an estimate over the phone. Have sukahn look at it in person so you know for sure. Nothing but good vibes from this shop. Even when parts were faulty they were very good about making it right.

Best mechanic hands down, never tried to up sell any work just plain good suggestions.I have been to other places and end up coming here. i love the place a little different on outside looks kind of no fuss but the work is great i will definitely keep coming here.

Made an appointment to bring my car in at 9 am, took 3 full days to do a tune up and had to call several times to find out if they had even started and get an estimate on when it would be finished. The work was fine in the end but customer service on the front end could use some work.

This is one of the most efficient and cost effective shops in the valley. Ive worked in the car business for four years (when I was young and impressionable and stupid) and worked with dozens of car repair shops. Sukahn (the owner) is consistently 30-40% less expensive than anywhere else in the valley. Hes honest and extremely helpful.

Our family has been going to Vientiane Auto for over 17 years. I live an hour away from their shop & any time I call around for prices this shop is by far the lowest & it is well worth the drive to get my car to this shop. I have NEVER encountered dishonesty with this shop & have never felt over charge either. I cant tell you how many times others quoted me a high repair price & Vientiane says, oh its just a loose engine bolt or it was just the solenoid. Sou Khan is a great mechanic, honest, and incredibly nice too!

My original review for this is gone. I have referred many with good results. Not just basic maintenance either. I had an engine rebuilt here and never had a problem in the 5 years i drove the vehicle. Even the new owner sais its tip top still with 265,000 miles. Also had an alternator under warranty go bad and had it fixed quickly with no problems. Many repairs on many different types of vehicles. All fixed correctly in a timely manner. A true mechanic shop.

I cant believe they have no reviews. (I dont think they actually care) I have used these guys on multiple occasions always to great satisfaction! They do good work at a fair price. No funny business, straight shooters. This is what your car needs and this is what it will cost. Highly recommended.

Over the years I have had them fix every mechanical problem Ive had that I couldnt fix myself. Not once have I ever had a problem with any of my vehicles after having them do repairs. This shop doesnt look like much, but I guarantee you wont find better mechanics or a better price anywhere.
