I normally have a hard time trusting some mechanics because I dont know a ton about cars and I worry that they will take advantage of that factor. Luckily I did not have that issue with Patriot Automotive and I thoroughly enjoyed using them.All I needed was an oil change and Patriot Automotive definitely delivered. They changed my oil and took care of my tires without me even having to ask.They were friendly, professional, and very well priced. I was perfectly happy to leave my car in their hands and was able to trust that they would take care of it without charging me an arm and a leg.I went back to work and told everyone that they should use them for their next car service.Ill definitely be back.

Phils great. They can get busy sometimes and as expected you have to wait but theyre good auto mechanics. And always have charged fair prices. Our family drives a Nissan Altima, Toyota Tundra and Ford F-150. All serviced by them with no complaints.

It was a trying afternoon for Phillip and his crew, but they did a great job on all of the work I gave them. Replaced the Catalytic Converter, Muffler, and changed the spark plugs for me and my 95 Pathfinder. No pressures to replace or repair something that didn’t need to be done. I even anticipated having to have the front brakes done, but I was assured that they were still good, and didn’t need replacing. That one check saved me over 150.00, which is a good thing, because while fixing the exhaust, his technician found a serious problem, one of my control arm’s was broken. In less than two hours, Phillip had the parts, and the additional problem was taken care of.Very friendly and professional, and very competitively priced. His great reviews are hard earned, and well deserved. I can say it was one of the best places to go for repairs. I went for an issue with my sons muffler and they did a great job on the repair and the price was much lower than anywhere else. They took the time to go over the issue with me and didnt try to up sell me on anything. Then when I was there I realized they do other repairs as well and even sell tires. Phil is a top notch guy that will explain everything to you and not try to sell you on something you dont need. When I was in the waiting room there was a guy from Wyoming in there getting his truck fixed and said he will make the trip anytime for a repair because it was the best experience he has ever had with a repair shop. On two separate occasions, I have come to them for a second opinion and they have told me I dont need all the work that was originally quoted and do it for more than 40% cheaper. I will never go anywhere else to get my car fixed. Ever.

I needed my muffler fixed. But rather than actually to fix the problem, they put a bandaid on it, so I would have to keep bringing it back. I git charged 3 different times, the last time I bought a muffler from them and it is broke again. Now I dont trust them, be careful, all they want is your money. If they can scam you they will.

I was so happy with my service from Main Street Muffler. Water was leaking into my car from...somewhere. We showed up with no appt. Phil hoisted us right up and found a clogged hose on our A/C. Which he fixed for no charge. Seriously? What mechanic shop does that? Because they were so honest and fast we asked them to fix a problem with our gas tank that was keeping us from passing inspection. They ran and picked up the part that was needed from Toyota and had us going quicker than we could shop for shoes. Im happy to have a mechanic that I feel is honest and fair. They are a rare find!

I had a great experience 3 years ago when I had a new muffler put on my truck. Just bought a new truck and so of course I was going to use them again. I called to ask a few questions, and whoever answered the phone was very condescending and seemed put out that he was talking to me. Every question I had his answer seemed like he was trying to talk me out of putting any sort of exhaust system on my truck. Then he made it sound like they were so busy that they wouldnt be able to work on my truck. Completely opposite of my experience last time. I will not be using them again.

Probably the only place in the valley that deserves the highest rank of mechanics. They know what is best and dont play around. You will not be disappointed.

I went in knowing i needed a muffler but wasnt sure if i had an exhaust leak else where aswell...i asked if they could check it but was concerned they may take advantage of my uncertainty like MANY shops would. They were honest and reported all i needed was the muffler. They replaced it with THE CORRECT muffler and took the time needed to mount it THE CORRECT way using THE CORRECT parts! I am sorry to report that the behaviour of the owner is extremely bad and very much unfriendly. They put me in a trap and made money out me. The car part was over charged compare to the regular market price. I would not suggest anyone to go there.
