Not fully stocked. The cashier forgot to give me my 7-11 points that would be earned through the app on my purchase after I had just had a conversation with him that it was my sole reason for making my purchase. Because I use them for gas and ect. When I Brought this to his attention he said well sorry theres nothing they do now. UGH!! 😠

The employees have been fast and courteous. However, Im convinced they are all aliens. Theyll know Im talking about them, reveling their identities, oh no! Yes, the aliens are upon us and they work at this store. Lol. Nah but A-. Thank you

I wish I remembered to get the ladys name who was working this morning around 3:00 AM (12/16/20) because the store looked great ans she was so kind. She let me vent about my 16 hour days and sure enough she has 2 jobs too but didnt vent about anything. She just kept things in order and told me to be safe. It meant a lot!

Dont try to order a pickup or delivery the 7-Eleven doesnt answer their phones

I will never go to this 7-Eleven agian, they dont offer bathrooms and they were rude about it. I get they are trying to keep the homeless from damaging things, but by doing this they are attracting more homelessness, because they are losing decent customers

This 7-11 is my favorite. I work within walking distance of another 7-11 and choose to drive down the street because I like this location so much better. Not only is the store cleaner and better later out, they are better stocked on their hot foods and most importantly they are friendly. They are all great at customer service but Greta is my favorite. She is positive, happy, and acts like she like her job and interacting with people. Thanks Greta for making me smile today!!

Great staff

The manager Jarrod was extremely professional and hospitable. I have never had that type of experience ever in a gas station. Every customer that walked in was greeted, often by name, and Jarrod just made it a great enviorment. I was extremely surprised to have that experience at a gas station. Im sold, Ill be going to this gas station. Also, they hooked me up really well with Gatorade.

Head manager is a great, nice, friendly guy. Excellent customer service. Motherload of goods. Cold beer. Wide selection of food. Great taquitos. Love when Rose makes those miniature tacos. Love when law enforcement is there. Just an all around great place to pick up some shopping items. DUDE, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? GET TO THE 7!

I was buying some taquitos and was trying to get the 5 for 4 deal, every 7-11 has the same deal but when I tried to get it here. They were very rude to me and blandly lied to me saying they dont offer that here anymore, I was busy going to work so I have time to argue with her but when I checked in other 7-11s they said they still have that same deal. So I dont know why she lied to me and talked to me in a rude manner. Very bad costumer service. Wouldnt recommending coming here.

One of the cashers rang up the 3 for 3 dollar deal on their hot foods case and forgot to add the full deal off on ny items and when i went back she hassled me and said i was wrong untill i pressed her on the issue and then she took the recipt back to her manager and the came back out of the office very sour and gave me a dirty look didnt apologize for the mess up and then gave me some change back with was not even the right amount back but i just dropped it because i was going back to work and did t have time to argue it further.

Too small and staff are pretty weird. I once walked in with a bag of chips and they wouldnt let me leave until they could prove that I hadnt stolen it. Pretty jaded employees, it seems like to me.

Fast friendly and clean unlike most of the franchised stores love the Southland corporation

Terrible service....tried asking for a pizza and the lady that works the night shift said they dont cook after hours. Second time received terrible service at this 7/11...lost my business for good.

This is a Great and Friendly 7-Eleven I can bring the Bicycle in for Items to purchase. Where Burger King across the Street wont allow the Bicycle in the store and there wasnt any customers in the Burger King their was no Purchase at Burger King for the way they loved it.

I was just in this store buying a coffee and watched a young man enter the store and go straight to the counter and buy smokes, he was having a conversation with the cashier and I when a male employee came around the corner and began to berate him and accuse him of stealing. Ive worked customer service for 30 years and this is not how you treat customers! There is no way this young man could have stolen anything as he went straight to the checkout and I would suggest if you are going to accuse someone you have some type of proof. I will think twice before going to this store again.
