We live in the neighborhood, and I WAS shopping there fairly often. We have no car, so I used a backpack to carry drinking water home, with no trouble, for A COUPLE YEARS I WAS A CUSTOMER. Until Ken one day yelled at me & threw me out of the store for using a backpack. I am black my boyfriend is white. So I quit shopping there for months. However, out of necessity, I have sent my boyfriend with my backpack a couple times. No one has had ANY issue with him bringing a backpack into the store. I guess my question is, WHY CAN MY WHITE BOYFRIEND BRING A BACKPACK IN YOUR STORE TO CARRY OUR GROCERIES HOME AND I CAN NOT, KEN?

I WILL NEVER SPEND A PENNY ANYWHERE THAT LOCKS THE RESTROOM. NEVER. Every single time I go in here the bathroom is locked.. this is hardly a mavrick anyway... Garbage

Shame on Maverick... any place that sales a 44 oz beverage and closes the restrooms to customers is begging for a bad review. You better go before you go to adventures first stop... dont make it your pit stop because you will pee your pants. Thats just mean Maverick. Trust your customers and serve them... dont be jerks.

I love coming here at night. Cameron is so helpful. My eyesight is failing me and when i need help finding something he is always there to help. He is amazing.

Id say 5 stars if they followed the best way of handling things, usually come in and come out and have no problems! But I just watched 2 employees handle customers rudely! 1 wouldnt even take someones money, flat out refused saying they just dropped money and wouldnt accept a $100.... maverik if you see this feel free to find a way to contact me, Ill tell you exact time and day this happened

Best Mavrick Ever. I Love Coming Here At Night. Ive Never Seen A Night Employee Work So Hard As I Have Seen Cameron Work. Hes Always Informative And Helpful. I Was Going Through The Reviews And Someone Mentioned How He Smells Bad. Ive Never Noticed As He Always Smells Of Ax Body Spray. The Thing I Have Noticed Is He Is Constantly Doing An Amazing Job. This Mavrick Is Always Spotless At Night. Cameron Has Such An infectious Personality. If I Cannot Find Something He Is Always Helpful. Mavrick Definitely Benefitted From Hiring Him To Their Team. Give Him A Raise Store Manager!!!

Just putting this out there so people dont get screwed out of 20.00 bucks or possibly more.I recently went in and purchased a couple things and paid with a 100.00 bill...I didnt realize until later when I went to spend a twenty dollar bill, that I was given a counterfeit 20.00 back. I tried contacting the management staff, but nobody ever available, so left my contact info...Still waiting??

Ghetto. I live down the street and regular here for 4 plus years. Since the homeless shelter debate, many homeless settled around here. This location had to remove the picknick tables outside as the homeless took them over to sell drugs and the area was no longer safe. Now no backpacks allowed inside. No other gas station has ever done this to me. Associates are aggressive and rude enforcing policy. They make you leave your bag by the door, liable to be stolen, instead of storing safely behind the counter at least. I feel unsafe here if they cannot even trust a regular.

This Maverick gas station was great, I came in to get a cuppa coffee, it was lukewarm, without even saying anything the cashier Tom asked if the coffee was still hot. I said its lukewarm, he stopped what he was doing to make a fresh batch of coffee. This place is really great and I hope his manager reads this!

Maverick is good for fountain drinks because they have the best best best crushed ice that I love, ciggerettes, and those frreal shake machines but please do not waste your money on their food. Save yourself a lot of money and go to seven eleven for the best priced convenient store food. Sorry Maverick.

This is a usually very busy Maverick location but with a big parking lot, plenty of fuel pumps and a large store with many hot food choices. It is well staffed to minimize wait time. The only draw back is they run out of coffee frequently but are happy to brew a fresh pot when informed.

Walked up to the cashier and then she walked off and just ignored me it is a very poor way to show customer service which I dont think anyone in the store has any clue of what customer service is 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I will never come to this store again in my life

The people who work here are always very friendly and recognize me when I come to the store. They ask me how my dog is doing, because they know Ive always got him in the truck with me. I also love the Maverik points card where you get free sodas, etc.

Hot dog buns are never stocked and found black hair in the onions today (it was buried so I know it came from food prep). Condiment bottles arent cleaned so if you use them be careful of them exploding on your pants and shoes. Customer service was horrible complained about this and the girl just said oh thats the bakery I will tell them. She didnt seem to care at all.Oh also today when I was trying to get a hotdog bun the girl in the back was too busy screaming for her friend who walked in and started chit chatting with him while I waited. This place could use some work on their employees, a lot of improvement could be made.I will say this is not a reflection on other Maverik stores as I usually have exceptional experiences at any Maverik.

Seams like every single time I go to this location with the exception of one guy who is really nice and friendly the adventure guides are always rude, always have an attitude with you and just generally Seam like they dont enjoy having a job. I get it you can have rude customers but that doesnt mean you get to be rude to the next person in line .

Good store over all but the fountain station goes out frequently an one female employee is very rude every time I go in an shes there but all other employees are awesome an have grate customer service skills I will be returning but wont deal with the Mexican female employee

The employees here do not even say thank you or greet you, they keep talking to each other while ringing you out and do not even look at you, they just say the total and go back to their conversation. Weird service.

Went there and the lady is telling my son not to scream he wasnt screaming he was talking loud cuz he was excited she did it with a whole lot people in the store I told her u dont do that u talk to the parent and u dont do it front of everyone my son has pdd and its been hard on my family and to find people treating my son like this and when I talk to the manager on duty she said its OK to do that u dont talk to kids that why she could of asked me but no so after leaving there I pulled off to the side of the road and got out of the car and cried I hope u are happy I would put their names but Im an adult and I wouldnt embarrassed them like they did to me and my family he is only 5 years old

Average as gas station convince stores go. Hot dog station is small and runs out quickly, fountain station is hit or miss. Prefer the one on 3300 s near Main Street.

I would give a negative stars if I could! This is one of the WORST maverik Ive ever been to! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION! I spend money daily if not every other day at maverik and unless corporate does something about the incident i will take my business and all my friends and family business elsewhere. These people are beyond incompetent. The Mexican bi*** gave me the wrong item and when I asked her to simply ecxhaged she turned her back to me and refused to help. Them after a screaming match because not one of the 3 employees were willing to help. Both the Mexican and the meth looking women manager with glasses got up in my face, put their hands on me and accused me of theft for something i paid for. Then they refused to issue my money back or give me my product until the Mexican chick threw the item at me. I had been there 20 min already and instead of the Mexican ignoring me and turning her back to me in the manager office screaming at me she will be with me when she gets with me while on her phone she could of told me she needed to consult with her supervisor about it and I would of waited. Ive NEVER had such bad service and I will not stand for this! Its more expensive to get new customers then it is to keep existing one and i can promise this if corporate doesnt reach out to me by wed I will be blasting this all over social media, my friends and family and you will lose a LOYAL customer. All 3 of those inconsiderate piss poor employees need to be fired. Its never ok for an employee to call me a liar especially when they are the ones who did the transaction. Nor is it ok for your employees to get up in your customers face put their hands on me and threaten me.

The screen to input your credit card info and your phone number is so sun damaged its not legible, and the diesel pump takes 5 minutes to get 10 gallons because the fill sensor is bad. Steer clear!

Im so tired of the Big red haired guy giving my sons grief whenever they go there.. We have valid IDs.. From Kentucky.. So when he sees this.. He will know who he has been singling out.. When my sister an i have been there.. Noticing he treats ppl different.. We have no problems with any other employees there.. My youngest even got a temp. Utah ID.. Then he looked his id in the lights.. My sister said.. Hey.. Its valid.. Then he got his new Utah laminated id.. An he still looks at it like hes not gonna take it.. Think i will get a lawyer and we will file discrimination charges against him.. I have witnesses to this.. Time an time again.. I shouldnt have to be the one.. As a customer or my sons as customers to feel uncomfortable and being made embarassed or thst we are beneath him.. We pay taxes and feel we need to be treated with respect.. Ive tried over an over to be nice.. He needs to be fired or reprimanded for his actions!! Smh

Worst maverik in town. Put some receipt paper in your pumps and clean the place up a little. I have to go in the store about 75% of the time for a receipt. Not at other stores.

My bag was just stolen from there I took my bag off n set it by the door I forgot to grab it and when I got home I called they said it wasnt there
