I enjoy harbor freight a great deal you can find real quality at a fraction of the price, now most there tools are great for every day use but not commercial use as much. On the other side of that coin they offer a great replacement program on all their tools which is also inexpensive, and when something breaks they make it so easy to replace it often at no charge. The place is clean and the staff is polite this is my harbor freight location of choice

Ridiculously great prices. Super organized and clean facility. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They take great precautions during this Covid pandemic. I love that I moved nearby I will be visiting again. I found everything I needed in one trip!!

I came in last minute tonight looking for an impact driver for my job and Chris the cashier helped me get the things I needed and the set I needed! I know it’s their job but he went beyond to make sure I got the things I needed and I’m sure it’s aggravating to walk in 10 min before close! I appreciate him, that’s what amazing customer service looks like!

4 - 5 employees working with 3 of them up by the register just walking around doing nothing with. Line of customers. Waiting to check out. Wasnt impressed with the customer service this afternoon. But on the other hand the gentleman that helped me was quick and respectful.

Nothing particularly wrong with this location; it isnt as big as some other locations Ive been to, but its conveniently located.It could just be the time of year, but this particular store did not have the various clearance carts filled with hand tools, testers (multimeters, etcetera), Im accustomed to seeing; but they do have a large clearance shelf in the back right corner, near the bathroom, that had some decent deals on larger items (socket sets, tool kits, small table saws, etcetera).Aside from the clearance carts I love wasting my time looking through (really cant explain that one lol) being MIA, I was surprised to find that they didnt carry any single wrenches, only entire sets. Havent been to Harbor Freight in awhile, so maybe its not location specific, but theyve always been my go to for random size wrenches and socketsI dont have, but need to finish up a task.Still, its definitely worth a visit if youre short on change and tools and you need to maximize both. They may not be the best quality, but theyre by far the best quality/value for your money. And theyre good enough to actually get the job done, versus spending the same amount of money on cheaper quality tools that are meant to hang around as a way to convince others you might possibly fix a thing or two every now and again; but unlike Harbor Freights tools, those will fail in a spectacularly public display of ineptitude (Im referring to the lesser quality cheap tools... mostly), that may or may not haunt you forever (but only if your family and friends wear bed sheets with eye holes cut in them), making you the ice breaker of every family function and friendly get together henceforth. *Dont be that person, its just not worth it*

I went in to get some tools as I usually do, I was looking for a punch set this time. I looked right past by the hammers but when I went up front they were more than happy to direct me to where they were. Also when I checked out my phone number didnt match and Amelia the supervisor was amazing she fixed my account to make sure that I was getting my emails and got me out of there with a smile 5 out of 5 would recommend

Some of the stuff they sell here is decent. But most of it is really cheap low quality. Buyer beware. You might not be buying what youre expecting to get.

Not every project needs high end tools to get the job done. Value here for home based projects. We all know that most items are not for daily pro use and saves $$$ for us DIYers. Staff always helpful.

Dirt cheap tools even at full price, but they always have like a 25% off coupon. I honestly have no idea how they stay in business with such low prices. But I love it! Obviously tools are not high quality or anything, but they get the job done on a dime!

I was able to find what I needed to give a new home to my millions of sockets, but this is a small location, and I dont think they have the full variety of everything.

Ive always liked shopping at Harbor Freight. Now I have another reason to like the company. I thought I had left my phone at the store in South Salt Lake and went back to the store to see if the cashier had saved it for me. Then I went to store management. They went way out of their way to help me. Great products. Great people. Great store management. Great experience.

New layout of the floorplan makes little sense while shopping. And lines are always long no matter what time of day. Typically due to everyone shuffling for coupons. Overall, good experience, good customer service. And best place to get decent tools for the average backyard warrior.

Value for your money on short term projects. If its a professional feel you want go to home depot or lowes. If its a pro u already know where to go! 😎

I’d give 6 stars if I could. These guys were absolutely amazing today. I wanted to upgrade my generator due to my mistake of buying one that was too small. Naomi was super helpful over the phone, and after the new generator was purchased, Braxton helped me fit a predator 9000 model into the back seat of my little 4 door sedan which saved me a trip back to the store (my wife had my big vehicle tied up). It was a tight fit and Braxton really went the extra mile. GREAT customer service.

Has become another new toy store for me. The selection is impressive.

I actually do love this place. I cant go very often because I spend way too much money. Sometimes I can get away with it, but only if the wife wants something. Lol This store is awesome for any type of tool you want or need. Lug keys would be a plus, like for VW and Audi, BMW ETC.

Rude employees. When asking what happened to the 20% off coupons they got irritated with the question, I guess they get asked a lot. I had to buy a last month day gift a sonic cleaner and ended up paying 90 plus dollars when I couldve got the exact same size on amazon for 60 dollars. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! Could take it or leave it. Everytime in go I to this store things are shuffled around never making it an in and out experience. Understaffed one register with a miracle two registers open. When looking for help I can never distinguish shoppers from employees. Maybe uniform other than a 2inch name badge would help.

Prices and selection better than the bigger chain stores. They have what we need not a zillion other things.

This was my 1st time at Harbor Freight. I know NOTHING about tools....i only went to get a Dremel type drill to use for jewelry that i sell.Anyhow... I was totally lost in the store. I tried to ask a few employees for help to which I eas sort of. politely ignored. The manager of the store gave me general directions and an aisle number for what i was looking for but i was pretty much on my own. I had questions I wanted to ask someone... because I had NO IDEA about anything in this field.Well, in aisle 12, I found a cheerful employee named Cedric, according to the nametag on his shirt. He helped me find what I was looking for...he helped me locate some drill bits...all while continuing to cheerfully conversate with me and not making me feel like a pest or a bother. Other employees were too busy to help me. Cedric was also busy but he was able to stop his tasks for a few minutes to help me out. HE is the only reason Im giving this store 5 stars...otherwise I probably would have gave it 3 stars.AND i have yet to try out the mini 80 piece Dremel I bought from here for $9.99.....I am hoping that it works out great for my purposes...however that is an entirely different review which I will do on HarborFreight.com at a later time.All in all-- a good experience, pretty entirely due to one employee at this store.Yup--- one person CAN make a difference in someones day😊

Harbor Freight has a lot of cool items. We got quite a few small gifts for Christmas presents from here that were reasonably priced and useful. Am excited were getting a Harbor Freight near us!

Only the finest chineesium. Mediocre tools but they are getting better and it gets the job done. Customer service is usually quite good, stock is usually kept up, but i wish they would be quicker to open more registers to process people out faster.

There is nothing like Harbor Freight if you are a tool lover. Even for a professional tool user they have solutions and products that can help. I own a lot of tools from a lot of places but I always check HFT first when looking for something new.Great values, great tools.

Always a good value for just around the house. I have used harbor freight tools at work also. I have found the hand tools fine but the powered & pneumatic ones lacking for work.

Searching for a roof rack, told me to get the ticket on the display area. Waited in line for a while, just to be told they are out of it. Why keep it in display if you guys been out since few days.

This place is like a second hand store. Clutter everywhere, unwilling and unhelpful staff. I had to wait in the check out line and talk to the cashier in order to get any help. Seems like they put the only competent people in charge of the money. Only gets 2 stars for the great cashier, everything else about my visit and purchase here was a disaster! I probably wont be going back anytime soon.

Harbor Freight is Harbor Freight. You either love it or you hate it. Personally I liked it better before they started thinking they could charge Snapon prices for Icon tools.

Over all i thing is more cheaper than home depot ....so maybe not as big still much better prices 💪👌🎉🎈

Went in looking for a new air compressor which is very popular. But of course sold out. I asked manager to locate one in a store nearby. He came out of his office and said their delivery truck just pulled in with one on it. Wow. It made my day.

Harbor freight is a great! You can always find a good deal on something even if its not of the highest quality. Most of their mechanic tools are lifetime warranty so I usually always go there if I need a something. It alot better than paying 10x the price for a high end tool that your really only paying more for the name anyways. Alot of the new power tools they have started carrying are as the DYI power tools you would find at home depot or Lowes. Definitely not on the same level as dealt or millwaukee. I Would tell anyone to check them out.

Only 1 checker but otherwise a good experience. Ive learned to go to the Redwood store. Its better managed with friendlier staff.

The reviews are very difficult but reason three stars which in no part blame employees over whomever is managing business because 6 people had to wait over about ten minutes to get checked out bring only one cashier, poor managing but employees were polite and curiosity.

During quarantine. Ive had to do a lot of projects to do. they seem to have most of what I need to finish my projects .great customer service.

It just depends on who you get its a hit and miss with customer service I had a manager who didnt even know what I was working with and I just needed somebody to help me so another manager came over and helped me right out. So in the end everything worked out.

It’s not very clean and the neighborhood is rough, but it’s a great source for consumables like towels, gloves, zip ties, safety glasses and ear protection, and tools I keep breaking.
