He did an excellent job on my Honda CRV and even got out some very deep scratches that I thought would never come out! My CRV looks like new again! Thank you, Dwayne! I had a very positive experience with Desoto Collision. They did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. It only took one day to repair and when I got my truck back, they had washed my truck and even cleaned the inside.

Called to make an appointment for auto repairs. Very nicely I was told did not need one to just come in. That was great due to my work schedule. When I arrive, thats when they decided to prescreen me. He said due to me insurance that could do one but it would do no good. I asked why I was not asked these questions on the phone.His answer, we have people all the time just wanting estimates. No, sorry for your inconvenience, yes we should do that, good idea. Just we have people all the time just wanting estimates.They may do good work. Its not on the front end. Thats what brings my business in.Customer Service.

My wifes 2010 Honda CRV needed an entirely new rear bumper after she was rear-ended. Of course the new bumpers paint was going to be difficult to match with a 10 year old vehicle, but Sammy and his team pulled it of wonderfully. My wife is very picky and she was thrilled with how well they made the new bumper match her CRV. They even worked with me on other, non insurance related, repairs with almost no wait time and a more than reasonable labor cost. Their team is very professional and curteous. I will definitely use them again in the future and be recommending them to my friends and family. Awesome work and people at their Southaven store! Diane there is the best!! She and the rest of the gang always make you feel like your priority number one. Had numerous vehicles there for work and painting of aftermarket parts.They made the aftermarket parts for both my Shelby GT500 and my 2014 Mustang GT look like they came from ford that way. They also stand behind their work and craftsmanship, above and beyond. They make you remember what customer service was once like, hard to find good people and service like this anymore.

The guys at this shop do amazing work. The body man bent over backwards to ensure the car wasnt totaled out. The paint looks amazing. A friend and I repainted my car about 10 years ago with a custom mixed color that was close but not exactly original to the car. These guys mixed and blended the new paint on the back of the car so well that I cant even see the transition. The metallic grain matches exactly.There were some issues getting the other persons insurance to pay up, so the car was In the shop for about 2 weeks. But I didnt care because I had a rental, a nice rental even. The lady at the front desk was always helpful explaining things, and they had no problem with me checking in on the car a few times while it was there. Im very particular about who gets to touch or work on my car.I went to this shop based on the work I had seen from them on other cars, and I was definitely not disappointed. Ive dealt with a number of body shops over the years and this one is by far the best. If youre paying, they are definitely pricy. But if its insurance work and youre not paying I highly recommend them.

Was really nervous because of all the poor reviews, however they took care of my truck, & took time into doing a great job. They replaced the whole right side of the bed of the truck & the paint looks great. The lady at the desk was also nice to me and I didnt have a problem with anything they did.

The repairs to my z71 are solid and clean. Tey used some of the best parts and materials on my back bumper, tow bar area. They have my truck looking better than it was before. Would definitly refer business their way. When u go there tell em Moe sent ya.

We took a car there for a hit and run repair. It is an authorized repair shop for my insurance company.First, let me say the repair job looks good. As for communications, they could greatly improve. I took the car in with a 5-6 working day repair estimate. The repair took 13 working days and my only updates were when I called and asked the status. When I called about it, I was told my insurance held it up, but it was pre-approved. When I told my adjuster and he called, he was told parts availability.

This shop is trash. Their work was not bad, granted, but they took way too long to repair my vehicle. Every time they said theyd give me a call, I had to call them instead to get any progress updates on my car. Repairs that should have taken 2 to 3 weeks tops, took almost 5 (painting alone took 1 week). Also, they lost/stole the ram head that belongs in my chargers steering wheel, along with stealing my phone charging cable that was in the car (realized a few days ago they damaged part of my passenger seat as well). Steer clear of this shop at all costs.

Accidents are not just that, Accidents - and when they happen you need a reliable collision center that will get you back on the road and back to where you need to be. They SHOULD be professional, timely, organized, and respectful. This place has not proven to hold any of these qualities. My family has had jobs threatened for lack of transportation due to poor projections given. Our completion date has been pushed back 10 times today. We have to call for an update b/c no call backs are completed - no updates are given freely - and they close at 5:30PM -- not convenient for the customer at all. At this time I could not, in good conscience, give a positive recommendation for Desoto Collision Center. This collision center needs a complete overhaul of attitudes and management. They have lost me as a future customer. Good customer service isnt difficult but to be this bad is a total lack of effort and focus on why they are there and the purpose they serve.

Ive taken three cars here. Each time, the experience was worse. The first time was great. The second time, they didnt fix the quarter panel that I paid them extra to fix. That issue was never resolved. The third time, I showed up at 8 am to drop my car off like the insurance company told me to. The front desk lady was rude (like normal) and told me hey didnt do estimates until 9:30 and I couldnt leave my undriveable car parked in the lot until then. I would have to come back for an estimate later. Ill never be back because of that woman. Every time Ive dealt with her, she has been rude. The owner is nice and does good work but the lady at the front desk had ruined this place for me. If you work in customer service, the least you can do is treat someone like a human being who is there because something bad happened to them and they need your help to fix it, not treat them as an inconvenience to your Facebook browsing at work.

DONT! JUST DONT! They work for the insurance company NOT FOR YOU! Luckily I realized it before I let them begin repairs so I went and got my vehicle and took it to Millennium Paint and Body in Horn Lake where they did what I asked them to do and got it done!

Picked my car up a week ago, My wife shut the back door only to have the fender flare to fall off, when you look at the repaired door it was dented during the installation and the window trim that was removed for painting is now loose and rattling because the clips that hold it on were broken and never replaced, The paint doesnt match very well either, but I expected that as I have had them work on another of my vehicles. and I guess I just dont learn from past experience. If you need auto body work done please take my advice and let anyone besides desoto collision fix it . It cant be any worse
