Absolutely love them! They fixed the chipped paint on my Acura and it looks amazing! They are also less expensive than other paint shops in Southaven! Front desk was so helpful, and I got my car back fast! Absolutely will go again for any auto paint needs!

Service King is absolutely amazing from the customer service to the repairs. This place is highly recommended. They call and text to give you updates before you could even call them which makes the process so smooth. They are very knowledgeable about what they do. They are very fast paced. My repairs was done before the scheduled date. I have a 21 Kia Telluride and they made it look like the day I got it off the showroom floor or should I say better because of the shine it had. Allow them to be your one call thats all and you will not be disappointed!

Service King did an excellent job repairing my car. They made sure to keep me informed the entire process. I didn’t have to guess about what was being repaired because they sent a detailed report of what was being done. They gave me a date and my car was ready on that date. The customer service from the moment I dropped my car off until I picked it up was exceptional. I will definitely use Service King again for any of my collision repair needs.

In February 2021, I had been rear ended, insurance had me take my Ford Explorer to this place,, they did good work,, however for some reason, they removed The Limited and Flex Fuel off the back, guess to paint or whatever, they replaced the Flex Fuel back, but did not put The Limited, said it was on backorder, ok fine, So it had been now, 5 months, no word, I called to check status, Girl put me on hold for awhile, then said Oh they are looking for the updated information on that, and someone will give you call once they find out status of it..and hung up,, Ok, fine,, Well here it is 3 weeks later and no Word!! I AM FIXING TO GIVE THEM A CALL AGAIN TODAY!!! 8/5/21...VERY NON PROFESSIONAL!!! I know a LIMITED on back a not a Big Deal,, But to Me They DID NOT FINISH THE JOB!!!!The New Manager contacted us The location is now under New Management, He got this taken care for me,, He had The Limited Decal overnighted and told me to bring in as soon as I could, he would get it put on. He kept apologizing, he did not understand why they never followed up on this. Anyway, went yesterday morning and he personally put it on. I am pleased.. I can now reccomend this place!!

I went to them for their auto dent repair and removal service. Overall their okay for repair quality but they were incredibly slow for some reason. I went to a different branch before and it definitely wasnt this slow.

My front bumper was damaged in an incident. I took it to Service King and it was repaired/replaced in a week. I was extremely pleased with the work. The lady that checked me in and out was wonderful and professional. The GM Mr Lawrence was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car!!

This was my 1st time using them but it will NOT be the last. The staff was extremely friendly and they kept we updated throughout the entire process. My vehicle was completed before the scheduled time they advised.

Passable repair for minor dent repairs but I wouldnt trust them with more complicated dents. Not worth the price.

Service King Collision were extremely incredible with their handle and servicing of my vehicle repair from a hit and run accident that I endured. They were extremely polite, professional, within great timing and gave me an overall wonderful repair service experience. This is the worst bodyshop!!!! I took my car there at 8am for an estimate. They said they would email it to me. After 5 phone calls off and on all day a Woman named Kelly finally emailed it to me at 4pm. The estimate turned out to be an absolute joke!!!! Half of the damaged parts werent even mentioned. The previous body shop estimate was much more thorough. And about $2000.00 more. This was a total waste of my time. Never go to Service king.

Fantastic work, professional environment and excellent customer service! The GM Chris called me with updates regarding revisions to my estimate to explain everything before just proceeding. I also received daily personal phone calls from Kellie with updates on what stage of the repair process my vehicle was in and what the next stage would be. Scheduling was unorganized and my appointment got canceled without my knowledge.

The repair work looks better than new. The staff was informative and courteous. The manager went the extra mile helping me to swap out my insurance rental when the rental car agency wasn’t helpful at all.

Never go here. Thwir quote is a joke. They are here to rip off. I took a 2007 model vehicle. The bumper costs 80$ and the good is pretty cheap too. But they quotes me 1500$ to replace those .

“ZERO STARS”. Extremely unprofessional. This place has really changed. Service was once the best I’ve ever seen and now these people can care less about you or your damaged vehicle. It amazes me how they want the top rating in their surveys yet do absolutely “Nothing” if you are not completely satisfied with there services. Please, take your vehicle elsewhere!

The manger DeWayne is amazing! If it werent for him and his hard work my car would still be torn up (I had originally taken it somewhere that didnt do a good job at all) He was very upfront, honest, personable and gets the job done!. I got regular updates on my car and when I got my car back...it was finally right again! I would recommend him and his branch any day and am of the opinion he should get a raise and/or promotion for his efforts. Very personable and gets the job done!

I got mine done there to, it took almost 4 weeks to fix,,,, then going to say that the front wasn’t bolted down and was being held together by zip line but no one took pictures and wanted to charge me extra money for their mistakes. now causing one side to pop out. I had some else look at it and it is bolted down they just f it up and the light isn’t even screwed in ...

Friendly and fast service! They repaired my son’s car when it was damaged so I used them when someone rear ended me. My car was repaired in one day and looked great. Staff was very friendly and updated me on everything. Highly recommend them!

Staff here is decent workmanship not so much, dropped my truck off about 3 months ago picked it up last week, from the day I dropped it off it was issue after issue with parts, and poor communication with insurance company. Everytime I went to check on the progress someone that had worked on the truck messed something else up, not to mention Im still having issues out of the truck that neither the shop, nor allstate insurance are going to fix, because and I quote ( there not putting more money into my truck) if i could start over I would avoid this company and allstate insurance altogether.

Took my truck here after a severe burglary,needed some paint work,alot of stereo and dash work,and a punched out door lock...body work was acceptable, at first look,excellent work on the dash and all...3 days later, my door rattles like its full of change, the radio work was COMPLETELY unacceptable....turn the volume up,it sounds like 5 radio stations collided...smfh.. after contacting them and telling them about the problems,they actually wanted me to deal with whatever business they sent my truck to for stereo work...after refusing to take charge of a problem they have already been paid to do,they brushed me off....letting my insurance company deal with them from here....

This place is horrible, car was repaired January 2018 and still having problems. Parts are popping and falling apart. No thank you, I only gave it 1 star cause thats the lowest score I could give.

I really wish I could rate them higher but they took way too long fixing my truck. Ordering the wrong parts, gave me the run around when I asked simple questions and went way over the time frame for repair my truck! They really inconvenienced me and my wife and Ill never do business with them ever again........

These guys are a joke. They didn’t even know how to replace door hinge pins on a sagging door Chevy. (Brass bushings kept snapping on me.) Do not go here they quoted me $500+ to install door hinge pins on just the drivers side door.
