Good cheap parts

Went by this establishment to see about getting my truck fixed I tried to explain to the dummies what was wrong but their feeble inexperienced little Minds could not deal with my explanation. Was I asked to go home and take pictures of the damage I needed repaired sent five or six pictures and they kept asking for different angles of the damaged? Said he would call me the gentlemans name was Pedro the next day to set up a time to get the car towed up there and have it repaired. Needless to say this never happened. I drove back up to the establishment and Pedro acted shocked that I would even show up. I confronted him and he seemed a little astonished that I would be there. I told him if theyre mechanics were not experienced enough or did not want to do the work to let me know so I can take my business somewhere else he assured me that they would have the tow truck come over on Saturday and pick my truck up. This never happened I stayed at home and waited for phone calls that I never got. I would not let these idiots replace a lug nut on my vehicle. If you cant do the work because you arent experienced enough to do the wire to just let me know up front but dont jerk me around I never made such a torrid review before but these people really irritated me if you dont want to do it say so if you are an experienced say so and I can move on. If they call me right now and said they do the whole thing for free I would not I have plenty of money to pay for all this garbage I am livid angry and a few other words that I cannot put on a review.

This was the worst experience. I was in a car wreck while in Mississippi. I got my rental drove all the way back home to West Virginia. They told me my car would be ready Thursday. Two weeks after my wreck. Drove all the way to Mississippi only for them to tell me my car wasnt ready. They also reused the bolts that were damaged from the wreck instead of new ones. With all that being said... it has been several months since the wreck and you cant tell my car has been wrecked. Besides the bolts.

Weve been using Gossetts ever since I flipped my mothers brand new Suburban on our gravel driveway when I was 12 years old and they have repaired every vehicle Ive owned and even my boat trailer. They have also towed our vehicles more times than I would like to count and have always been there to when I got off in a ditch!!! Thanks Eddie and Eddie Jr for always taking great care of me and my family.

Friendly environment, quality workmanship with mechanical and auto,and body Departments, work form within reasonable amount of time, it was kept up-to-date about the process.

Gossett Body Shop has taken great care of our family time and time again. I always recommend them.

Yes I must agree. They do have selective care. They towed my car in August 22nd and the only thing that needed to be done was the radiator. Eddie told me that it definitly needed one and there would be no problem taking care of it. Well 2 days later, he told me the guy thats working on it was on lunch and would be back in 30 min. I got this excuse every time I call. So I went up there that Friday and my car hadnt been moved from the back. When I spoke to Eddie, he claimed that he was waiting on the insurance folks to call him back and he hadnt heard from them. So the following week, I got the same thing. I went up there that Friday and my car had been moved but they hadnt started working on it yet. Plus Labor Day was around the corner so thats 3 more days. The day after Labor Day, they claimed to be too busy so I let it go. I went to pick my car up that Friday and they stated that they had ordered the part was just waiting on the insurance folks to approve the work. I told them to go ahead and I would pay whatever needed. So Monday I called and Eddie told me again that they ordered the part and they should start working on it Tues. Now its Thursday and when I called, Eddie Jr. answers and pretends hes someone else and tells me hes out of the office. Really? Ok Im done. I go to the shop to pick up my car and Im guessing Eddie Sr. called Eddie Jr. and asked about my vehicle. He didnt really give him anything but that my keys were in the car and its $160 towing....from Church Rd right off I-55 to their shop...5 miles. Wow. No problem. When I go the back for my car, the key is on the windshield under the driver side wiper smh. Tried to crank it and the battery was dead. Got my car to Mathis on Stateline and within the hour, they called and told me about my radiator and that they were calling my insurance co. The insurance co approved the work and they are currently working on my car. Gossett will not ever get my service again no matter what the problem is.

If there was an option for zero stars they would get it!!!. Must be selective in the way they service customers.You want my money but I cant get a high level of service. I will tell everyone I know, and then some, how unprofessional you are! Insurance millers! Didnt even have the correct documents at the delivery of my vehicle, was late bringing it, and brought it back dirty! This is a case of selective service. They select who will receive optimal service. My car was with them since August 5Th. I didnt get a call or voice-mail until Last Friday! Confirmed Concierge service at the rental location for review and pickup on LAST FRIDAY 8/26, for a 12noon review and pickup,and EDDIE arrives at1240pm! No apologies just excuses! Go at your own risk! Less than zero stars! Pathetic!
