Great customer service the mechanics are very knowledgeable and very well seen it when doing their job just as good as any repair place but half the price check it out its worth shopping there

Ive driven to both Walmarts near me and crew doesnt seem to come to work to change tires on Saturday, only 1 tech at southaven location and this one, its ridiculous, Im not satisfied at all u need better employees in this dept,lady said only doing oil changes due to 1 tech :(

I wanted to get an alignment. The clerk told me they do not do alignments. So i grabbed 1 item at fishing/sporting goods. 2 isles from register. I stood by register for over 15 minutes. 17 to be exact. Tons of employees watched me, walked past me. Finally I was rung up only to realize there was no price on it. Very disrespecffully I was told to go grab another one. I informed the clerk that was the last one. She explained it was not her department. And picked up a random item and scanned it for 1.00 more. 🤔 I just left. If its worth being mean and rude, then charging me a dollar over price, ill take it as a sign. Wont shop there anymore. Ill goto Sportsmans next time I need anything.

Good customer service but wait time is a little bit too long.

They put the wrong oil in my car. Had to wait to re do the oil change.

Got to Walmart at 7am tire wasnt open came ba k at 8am still want open thats southaven Walmart, then left ther went to whitehaven Walmart it wasnt open cause dey only had one tech it was 8:30am dey said it will be about in hour ghen that would make it 9:30am so I didnt wait cause if no one show I would be done waisted more time so after that I came back to southaven in found another tire shop in dey on my car with then 10mins

The main manager Matt was not very professional... We need told me that I drove on a flat tire he said that you cant fix that but I was driving when my tire went flat so how are you not supposed to drive on it.... Hey did not like that I had anything to say so we told me to go back inside because he would not deal with me... So I would not recommend for you to visit them for any kind of tire needs, After I purchased my tire through them they still would not help me find a replacement tire they told me that I need to do the research instead of them helping a customer out..

I got to Walmart auto center this morning at 8:15 am and i was told that they can not take anymore customers today this has happened to me 3 months ago but the first time 3 months ago that they were waiting on an employee to get to work because they were short so both times i had to travel to the southaven Mississippi location.NEVER ONCE have i had anything RIDICULOUS HAPPENED to me at this location.

They were in good spirits when they sold me the tires, but the service after that was terrible. I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to get a flat fixed. I bought a full set of tires and cant get a balance and rotation.

Done with my oil change in the time it took to get my shopping done. Reasonable prices.

They either need new employees or better management.I tried calling for over 30minutes!!!!I had one simple question about a tire and couldn’t get that answered.

Good prices for good service. I usually get my oil changed while Im shopping. They even put a little sticker on your windshield to remind you when to get your next oil change! It certainly helps me keep my car maintenance up. I will definitely use them again!

We went in for an oil change and was out within an hour.

Shop opened at 8am no one showed up until 9:06. Manager said opening person called in which was only one person at register and one in shop. Company rules is shop associates can not work on tires by themselves. No customers work was started until 9:23. Problem is even if 8 am associate had not called in they still would not have been able to start with one at register and one in shop until 9 am associates arrived.

This is the 2nd time that I used this Walmart for a oil change and they didnt disappoint. I got in and out within 30 min. Excellent location and the staff was very professional. Will definitely be using them again.

Home of the three and a half hour oil change. There were times when cars were pulled into the garage and werent touched for 30 minutes or more. At one point, there were three technicians in the garage and no cars at all. If you have nothing but time, you can save a few bucks here. Otherwise, go somewhere else and pay the extra. Your time is worth the extra expense.

They littler charged us and didn’t change our oil and said it was ready

I had to get a tire for my truck. After stopping by the day before, I showed up early this morning to get it done. It still took a couple hours but I was told of the wait when I arrived. This Walmart Auto Center is very busy so I would get there when they open for the least wait. I would also suggest looking for your tire online to check availability. Walmarts website said they had one and it was $78. When I got there this morning, they did have one in stock but it was on sale for $40. Could not be happier with my experience today.

The technicians could use a course in customer service and multi tasking . This location definitely doesn’t live up to the service I’m used to at Walmart auto care centers

Supposedly theyre to open at 7am. I guess not I arrived at 7:15 the ONLY customer after standing at the counter waiting for 6 minutes I call the store to have someone paged backed there😡😡. What a waste of time. The guy walked past me with a bag of Cheetos in his hands and walked right out to the bay area where he and another associate stood and talked for the other 10 minutes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL even if it is Walmart. My MONEY and TIME is to VALUABLE to play around in Walmart. NEVER AGAIN STORE #0848

5:00pm and I was turned away for a oil change. Not one person in line and they don’t close till 7:00

Service of the counter was great. But I was told when I called they had spots available it wouldnt be a long wait. When I arrived they said I had 7 cats ahead of me so Ill be waiting for hours and to come back first thing in the morning. So I did, maybe 30 mins after they opened I came back and they didnt tell me how long of a wait it would be. I assumed maybe an hour or two because i seen a few cars being worked on and none outside. I waited 2 hours and asked how long will it be for my car. They said there were still 2 cars ahead of mine!! So I had to wait 2 more hours for a tire to be put on. CAR SERVICE IS EXTREMLY SLOW. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO COME BACK HOURS AND HOURS LATER POSSIBLY EVEN THE NEXT DAY!!!

I called at 1:05p.m to ask of they had a certain tire in stock. I was put on hold four times totaling 19 minutes. The lady told me that they had the tire in stock, but there are four cars ahead of them and only two techs are working and one is about to go to lunch so each car is about 30 mins. I pull in at 2:43 and I get told that they are only doing flats. I asked for a customer service line to report to and she said you spoke with me and i told you we had the tire in stock and that we only had two techs in which needed to go to lunch.

Never take your car there, lazy, techs,argumentative,and dont care.

Even though I bought my tire from Wal-Mart I was charge for every single thing they did from taking the tire off to putting it back on. A $58 tire ended up costing me $95.

I got good prices on tires, good attention. They are not very fast.

Terrible work and customer service at this location. I thought Walmart had a brand to uphold. Apparently not!!! Stick to groceries and school supplies and get rid of Tire/Auto Service!! Will never go back for this again.

I went there for a simple oil change. It was very busy, so I waited an hour and a half before they got my car completed, which wasnt a problem for me. The problem was when I was driving not 20 minutes later, I was literally on my way home from getting the oil change, and my car started telling me it had low oil pressure and it even started to smoke! After being put on hold for 15 minutes and transferred back and forth between departments and managers, I was told to bring my SMOKING car back up there. I finally resigned to driving to the nearby Horn Lake Wal-Mart. They checked my car for me and it turns out that Southaven Wal-Mart didnt put my oil filter on correctly, causing my car to spew oil at the bottom uncontrollably. My car had literally NO oil in it by the time I got it to the Horn Lake Wal-Mart. Luckily, Horn Lake fixed the problem for me and got me on my way as soon as possible. Moral of the story, just go to the Horn Lake Auto Center.

I wish I could give -1 star. This place is a joke. Only 3 cars in the shop and the waiting time for a oil change was 2:43 minutes on my watch. From the shop window I could see the employees not working while we waiting on the waiting room. Plus, inside of my car smells like oil, because the mechanic clothes were r dirty of oil.

Waited 2.5 hours to get a oil change! Will never come back...

Its a week day at lunch time and of course there 10,000 people waiting to check out and there are only 4 women checking folks out. Typical Wal-Mart shopping.

Waited over 4 hours for 2 tires. Workers spent more time talking and playing than working. Will not be back.

Went to buy tires at Walmart 205)65/16.They were out of tires,and would not sell the tires on display.I thought you guys were in business to make money.

Stay away from here. Took 3 hours to get a new tire. Got 2 workers and 8 bays. Becky the manager should be fired.
