Great customer experience, charged battery for free. Then we upgraded to a more powerful battery and they took trade in and gave us a discount. And a guarentee on the new battery.

The phone representative was very rude. I called to simply ask about battery warranties and the representative was really unkind. I was considering asking about pricing on a new one to come in and replace my current one but I will take my services elsewhere.

I was kind of disappointed for a Napa it had none of the parts I needed with most other Napas have very understaffed and under inventoried

Have had zero problems so far.. The staff have been helpful, and seem to know their stuff.. People can complain about $$$, but the quality of their parts are far better than the other guys..(especially brake parts)..

Will never do business at this location ( Southaven MS ) I called and ask the associate did they sell a particular item in their store and He told me I would have to come and see I stated that I live at least 30 minutes away and he said ok ....... silence like it’s not his problem .....I don’t want to drive 30 minutes just to find out if they have the item or not sir !!!! I’ll just take my business and money Elsewhere.

I purchased rotors and pads for all 4 corners of my car. The front rotors were the wrong part. I took them back and was told they didnt have the correct part but NAPA on 51 did. I went there and exchanged the rotors. I measured 1 of the rotors and told Danny (assistant manager) that is was a 1/4 too big. He insisted it was correct. Of course it was too big, but the 2nd rotor was the correct one. I took the wrong part back to NAPA on 51. Danny said he gave me the wrong part...just like i said. And he didnt have another, but NAPA in Olive Branch has 2. I told him they sent me here. He called and NAPA in Olive Branch said yes they have 2. I asked Danny if he could maybe discount the parts for all my trouble, he said no. I go BACK to Olive Branch and low and behold Danny gave them the wrong part number. I asked at Olive Branch NAPA if they could discount the parts. I was told they would take care of me next time. I proceeded to get a refund on the last rotor and told him there wouldnt be a next time. I went to Advance Auto and got the correct rotor the 1st try.

They do not have the least expensive parts but i have had very good results with their parts versus all others... If u want to do the job once, do yourself a favor, go to napa....
