Had my wifes truck in to reprogram/ flash the new radio that was installed. Found another issue with the trucks media system after programming. They ordered part, had it next day and installed. Everything seems good now. Wife and I have purchased several vehicles from Landers, have not used service department much for other than recalls before this time. I would use them again if needed.

I am a retired veteran and have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. They had a decent crew then and Rod in Sales and Roy in Finance were absolutely flawless in their jobs this time. There was no pressure and loads of knowledge that made me come out in the pouring rain to buy from them. I had been shopping all over Memphis and Desoto county. On 9/7 I took my Jeep Wrangler to Landers. I spoke with Steve Somers about a ticking sound that was driving me insane. I needed to get it fixed but I assumed they wouldn’t have time for me being that every place I went to was behind (which I understood). After speaking with Steve not only did listen to my issues I was having but was very attentive to my situation. I told him I’m a single father and I need this Jeep fixed so if I drop it off would you be able to have it done before the weekend. I needed it because I had to rent a car and get my car fix was adding up financially. Not only did they fix my Jeep but Steve got it back to me in time for me to get my rental back so I didn’t have to use it for an additional day. Steve told me from the jump that he would do his best to get it back to me in time and he did. I have a special needs son and he loves his Jeep so it bothered him not having it around a few days. Steve I just want you to know I appreciate your efforts. I’m a Landers Fan For Life!!

Absolutely terrible service from parts and service. Will not pick up the phone, will not return a voicemail. Orders the wrong parts, twice. Will not call to tell you it’s even there. Unapologetic with their terrible service. Managers do not care, will let employees screw up at whim. SAVE YOUR TIME. I’ve wasted a month.

Dropped my car off last Saturday morning and they didnt service everything that they knew was wrong with my vehicle, and they made me another appointment for today Wednesday, July 21, and Im there at 6:50am to find out that theyre bagged up over a week behind on servicing vehicles. No heads up before the appointment was made or nothing, so Ive wasted my time and money traveling to find out what could have been told to me the day they made me another appointment. Now Im looking for a decent shop to service my vehicle 🤔

Terrible experience. We found several used cars in our price range on their website and called to confirm that they were still available. We drove over an hour with a toddler and infant to look at those cars. Once we arrived all 3 cars that we called about were “unavailable.” We called before we left the house just to double check! First the excuse was “I can’t find that car.” Then it was “We can’t find the key, it’s in the shop, we can’t even get it to start, the transmission is going out. I wouldn’t feel comfortable selling you this car.” The salesman wouldn’t even talk to me, he’d just look at my husband and act like I was child and when he did he would just say “He knows (my husband).” He just kept offering us things out of our price range. We went next door to Landers Nissan and although they tried to help us, also told us that everything in our price range was unavailable for similar reasons, and that basically anything under $10k isn’t for sale to the public but is wholesale. When I asked “Then why is it listed on your website and why were we told it was available when we called?” He said “I don’t know. That’s above my pay grade.” So don’t your waste your time. I wish we hadn’t. Landers Ford Collierville however was fantastic. Use them.

Service department is horrible! I had my car towed because it was running hot. They had my car for over two weeks to only say it needed a battery. I reminded him that it runs hot. He said ok we will check. I called back he said it doesn’t run hot and it’s ready. I didn’t get no further than about a mile before it runs hot. They had to go get it. The next day he called and told me the “problem” and cost. And it wasn’t covered by my warranty. I paid $1200 to only now have the exact same issue I had before. So a new battery $238 + $1200 and I still can’t drive my car!

Excellent service department, sales guys are a hoot and professional when it comes down to business. I had specifics on what I wanted in my new vehicle, the sales guy combed the tri-state area but was unable to locate what I wanted and offered to assist me with ordering a new one with my requests. I didnt really want to wait 3 months to take delivery, so he searched harder, the following day he called me with the best vehicle news I could have gotten at the time. He located the vehicle I wanted and it had more on it than I could have possibly asked for! I really appreciated his diligence and and time. Financing was a breeze after I talked the sales manager down an additional $1,000.00 plus the incentives.

Never again! Make an oil change appointment in hopes that you can be in and out in an hour. 3 hours later and I’m still here. I’ll take my complaint to Chrysler. This is by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had at a Chrysler dealer. Normally the dealerships handle all my services from oil changes to heavy service. This dealer will never see any of my Chrysler vehicles again. If you value your time don’t come here it’s obvious they don’t value your time. Then to be charged $627.09 for an oil change is complete B.S. avoid this dealer at all costs

Purchased 2020 mitsubishi mirage vehicle for my granddaughter. I had a concern about the wheel alignment & was told they would call me Monday or Tuesday to bring it back in. I never received the call after calling several times on Tuesday & Wednesday. I took it back that Thursday to have them check it. I also asked about a 2nd key. Was told that I to go purchase one at the dealership. Spending that much money & I have to spend additional money to purchase a 2nd key. I was also told that they didnt give 2nd 7 day tags which turned out to be untrue. I wont be spending any money at Landers. I will try to find the cost for the 2nd key but keep my money in my pocket. I cant in good conscience send someone here because my daughter had purchased a new car from here last year so I thought I would be treated fairly.

We dropped my wifes jeep renegade off Friday 9-17-21 for a tire rotation and a broken seatbelt buckle and visor clip. its now wed 9-22-21 cant get anyone in service on the phone cant get the managers on the phone cant get the owner on the phone, they wont return calls or check their voice messages. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I would sooner drive from Hernando to Collierville than to ever come here again.

Charged me for a wheel rotation and never performed it. I ask for a refund and was granted a refund for the tire rotation. A multi point inspection was never performed. Asked for a front light restoration which was nice but they took off some of my paint on the bumper. I do not recommend.

I was able to do most of the paperwork online and then complete within 30 minutes upon arriving at the dealership. They were very helpful in ensuring I had the best deal possible. Service advisor Lauren Brokington is useless, lies and never returns phone calls. Stated she would get with service manager with my vehicle issue and one of them would call me back the next day. It has been almost 2 weeks and not one phone call. I have called up to the dealership at a dozen times and have left voice message with several different people that the switch lady pass me over to but not one of them returned my call. Not even the service manager. Piss poor management and customer service. Im done with this dealership and Chrysler. I took my Jeep Cherokee to a local for dealer who is correcting the issue I had and not only did Chrysler lose money for the repair to another dealer they also lost the sale of a new truck and lost a customer of 15 years. I was so please with their customer service that I bought a new truck as well.

We took our vehicle in on a Friday. Two weeks later we got it back. We bought our vehicle at Landers so we expected service after the sale. We called numerous times to find out the status of our repair but no one answered the phone and no one returned our messages. We are senior adults and handicapped so it is hard for us to get out and physically go check. In landers defense, we did not have an appointment when we took our car in.

My appointment was at 8am. While I was sitting waiting on my vehicle. I noticed that out in the bay there was a young man cleanig windows,vacuuming out vehicles and such. This is the first time I have seen this done. I was so excited. I couldnt wait to see what my truck would look like when I got it back. Well I was really SHOCKED when I got my truck back. It looked just like it did when they left with it. I didnt get any of that special treatment. Now I special ordered my truck in 2019. I was promised all kinds of things. IF I bought my truck from Landers. The main thing that intrested me was discounted oil change coupons. I didnt get any!!! Not even one. When I bought my truck there and financed through yall my total was $56,000.00. It was more than that but I dont remember the exact number. And I have brought it back here for its maintenance and recall work. This isnt the first truck that I have bought from Landers. I bought a brand new 2002 Dakota Quad cab and I still have it. But the treatment this past week has really made me think about......Will I buy another vehicle at Landers Dodge????

I’m only rating the service a three star because they kept my vehicle over a week without a rental. I have an aftermarket warranty and they only provide rentals for vehicles under the factory warranty. The technician Robert did everything he could to help me. He even went over and beyond to get a deal worked out with the mechanic because I really needed my transportation. I give Robert 5 stars as an individual! The access to rentals while your vehicle is in the shop was a huge selling point for me!!!!

From the start the service agent Joseph had terrible customer service. Never returned my pnone calls or texts. Even though he told me to text him. Kept sending me texts about his customer service. The weather strip was put on incorrectly but the Service manager said the rubber needs to settle..never heard of this. They scratched my door and I just had it buffed out and detailed. Toatl I spent $600 plus and still not satisfied. I couldve went to a neighborhood mechanic and got better service.

Worst service department ever. Took my 2019 Ram truck in for service on Monday August 24,2020. The service advisor didn’t use his tablet to gather my information about my vehicle. Wrote my name and number on a yellow steno pad and said he will get with me by the end of the day or at the latest by Tuesday August 25,2020 by 12. I received no call or update at this point. I went to the dealership about 12:45 pm and spoke with same service advisor and stated I will know something by 2 pm. No update at 2pm, called back to speak to Service Department Manager and was told, we don’t have one, when clearly the website has a name and number for one, which went straight to the customer service operator that took my name and number and stated someone will give me a call back. No call back, decide to go back to the dealership to speak with someone and was directed to the Sales Manager. Sales Manager was helpful but stated they was 2 weeks behind in work loaded. Decided to take my truck back to Homer Skeleton Dodge in Millington on Tuesday evening. Diagnosis was completed Wednesday morning and truck was fixed by 11am. Would not refer Landers Dodge in Southaven Service Department to work on anyone vehicle. This was the first and l and last time I will go on the lot of Landers Dodge fir anything. I will make the drive from OliveBranch to Millington for my Ram needs. They always do excellent work every time.

Sitting in the service department listening to yet another unsatisfied customer. His complaint is that he’s back with the same problem they fixed in June, not to mention his diagnostic charge. This place has to do better, but they won’t. They will however sell you a car, give false promise and not answer the phones. The sales reps are decent people, but that service department and management staff are hell. We bought our car NEW and the moment we signed and walked away was the moment all the promises (4 free oil changes, free car washes and tire rotations) went right out the door behind us. If you leave a message you WILL not get a call back, NEVER. The online promotions, they will not give you a straight honest answer concerning them. DO NOT BUY at LANDERS the service department is the absolute worst. Trust me, you may get a smile up front, but on the back end and upper management.. they are the absolute worst. He was so helpful on the phones so I went out that afternoon to look at cars. I found a 2021 Dodge Charger. My dream car since I was in my teens. The third told me the car was available, and I was credit approved. While applying for insurance, the sakes rep calls and says the car has been sold (?). First I could not get anyone to answer the phone in the service department for days and then my father who works at landers Ford went up there just to get an answer. Then I tow my vehicle up there and was told it would be done Saturday so they called me late Saturday and told me they were short staff do to employees not showing up. Then Monday comes and I called again waited on the phone for an hour before I got with someone said they will look at it and it only took 30 minutes to fix cause that was between the call of telling me they brought in and saying it was done but charged me $310 just to fill my car with air overall worst experience I have ever had and I used to work for dealerships and could not believe this happened.

Scam place. Truck we got is supposed to be certified but the oil was as black as night meaning the original owners didn’t change the oil once and the oil filter was so caked it peeled right off. Took them nearly two weeks to pay off original loan for trade in and that was after we had to email them to remind them. They also have very poor customer service. If you want a dodge go to Homer Skelton on Millington. Much better service and you won’t get jerked around.

They are the worst kind of liars. They make promises with no intention of honoring them. They will sell you anything and then wash their hands of you. $12K cash for a car and they couldnt even clean it...after lying and saying they did. They told me the check engine light was on due to tire pressure! I could type out my whole experience but Id rather just tell you all to run as fast and as far as you can from this place.

My husband ordered and paid in full for a set of tires on a Monday. He had to call them on the same week Wednesday to see if they came in, they did! I heard the Guy say go ahead and come in, that was at 10:30 am it’s 1:00pm. My husband is usually very patient we had plans to spend the day together! My point is it had taken so long for them to finish apparently they went to lunch left him there without informing him until I called to check on him as to why it was taking them so long! How unprofessional in not making the customer first, by communicating it would take that long to mount, balance tires! What has happened to customer service! Especially when they got paid before the job was even done! That is horrible service and we will never go back! And I can’t wait til they send the survey! Ridiculous!
