Bought a 2017 Ford F-150 lariat. They told us it was just a transfer case fix and we would have it by the end of the week. We called every week and They kept the truck for over a month and every time we called they told us something else was wrong with it. When we went to pick up the truck 34 DAYS later and the antenna is broken off and the battery died in the parking lot. They claimed they came out and tested the battery in the rain and jumped it off and that it would be fine came home in it (which is an hour and 30 minutes away from me) and now the battery is completely shot they claimed that we should of told them to test the battery and they claim it’s an inconvenience for them to pay for my battery after waiting over a month and hanging up on us every time we call. Okay ✅ Told us we would have to drive all the way up there instead of just replacing it like I was told when I called without coming up there. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had from a dealer. I DO NOT recommend them to anybody who needs a vehicle. The guy who sold us the truck is Scott Banton

I called their service department about a technical service bulletin that addressed a problem I was having with my 2019 F150. The rep. I spoke with informed me that the Ford recommended fix had been causing other issues so Ford had put a hold on that tsb until they could figure out how to make the repairs without causing other problems. His recommendation was for me to call back in 2 to 3 months. What he did not tell me was that Ford had already issued a second tsb that fixed the issues caused by the first one. The very next day I called a different dealership and the service rep I spoke to there was very nice and thoroughly explained both tsbs and scheduled an appointment for me to bring my truck in to have it fixed. The service person at Landers was rude and either did not know what he was talking about or chose not to tell me the truth. Either way it is unacceptable.

Arrived at dealership due to a road hazard issue. They explained that the warranty on my truck is not valid because I put aftermarket wheels on it. According to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the Federal Trade Commission, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty of your vehicle due to installation of an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part was the cause of or contributed to the malfunction of the vehicle (15 U.S.C. 2302 (C)). This was not the case. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I’d called Landers Ford South today December 03rd at 4:48pm. The operator transferred me 6 times to Part Department. There was one answered putting me on hold for 10 minutes but the other 5 calls, someone just clicked and hung up. This world nowadays pretty sad, people just got lazy and lazier. Most just wanted easy job, sitting around and waiting for time to go home.

This is my second vehicle that I purchased from Landers. My first purchase would have been a 5 star. My recent purchase was at the new Landers south ford. The sale man Mike McKinney was a nice guy and I really appreciated his service, but I am going to rate him a 3.5. My reasons for this are:1. The internet price is totally different from the price if youre wanting to take advantage of the incentives such as 0% interest. This information is not noted on the website. Additionally, that price wasnt honored after I pointed it out to the manager.2. During negotiations, information was not clearly explained about upgrade options and during the extended warranty process. I didnt realize when signed up for it, that I would have to use Landers service department. I prefer to use another service department as Landers service department employees have no people skills and previously during an oil change and tire rotation, 3 of my lug nuts left loose.Landers did have what I was looking for and the price was pretty much comfortable to prices in the area, so that was the reason for my purchase. I pray that the service department has gotten better since my last visit 2 years ago.

I picked my vehicle out, completed financing application, was APPROVED and I received an email 2 days later. I replied to email and never got anyone to call me, email me back.....NOTHING!2 weeks later I went to Landers GMC Southaven website and did they same thing and Edward Bland called me 10 minutes later!We went the next day to test drive the vehicle and 3 hours later we drove away with our 2021 GMC Acadia SLT.Do yourself a favor and just contact Landers GMC. Landers Ford missed out on a $47,000 deal!

I have always used Landers Ford to service my vehicle, but this week I was not treated as a loyal customer. I have a F250 2015 model that we bought brand new and paid a lot of money for; all i asked was for them to help me replace their jack that left me standed. The MANAGER and DEVIN CHILES were of no help; told me to go back to the dealerI boughti it from. They called me a NON CUSTOMER. Its the principle of the matter now- i will reach out to Ford and Facebook, all media to let people know how Landers really feels about their customers! Wow, such disrespect I felt.

Adrian, our salesman, was WONDERFUL! He made us feel very comfortable from the very first moment. He also fought for us when it looked like the deal wasn’t going to happen. The sales manager was great, as well as Heather.We drove over 3 hours to make this purchase and ALMOST everyone worked to make it a pleasant experience with the finance officer being the exception to that. He finally came around but it took some convincing from the other folks.All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Best FORD service department in the Mid-South!We have sadly been through all the other FORD service departments in the city for routine new truck service and have had the truck DAMAGED, and has even sat at one service department for over a MONTH!Once we heard that one of the best service managers and advisors in the area moved to Country Ford we immediately took our truck there. Bill our service advisor and David our technician have been taking care of our truck for the past few months now and have been providing EXCELLENT customer service and workmanship!We now look forward to a great new truck ownership thanks to the service department at Country Ford!Who knows... The Parts Department has really gone downhill fast. Landers bought out Country Ford. Some employees are jumping ship. Wonder when the rest of their parts department will follow suit? Everyone was very nice and helpful. They didnt make you feel like they were only concerned with selling a vehicle. They listened to wants as well as needs and found the perfect car for me. There was no high-pressure sales pitch or hidden fees. Everything was out in the open and I was very well informed. Found a Ford Expedition EL I was interested in. Exchanged several emails with Cassie Hood. Verified vehicle was there, told her I would be coming Saturday to take a look. Told her I lived over an hour and a half away. Sent her a message Saturday morning verifying I was on my way. She replied to be sure and ask for her when I arrived. Walked in and asked for her, and she introduced me to a sales man. He told me right off that the Expedition had been sold already. Turned to Cassie and she said let me look. She did and said yes its gone. Sorry. Really. Thats it, sorry. Poor customer service. I asked for the owner. They told me he was not there. But they offered up the Sales Manager. I explained the situation and everything that had happened. He looked at me and said she would learn her lesson. Sorry. Wow. Very very poor customer service. I work for a bank and understand customer service very well. Please take my advice and stay away. I hope this reaches as many as possible. I drove a good way away and did my part to verify everything.

The financial person was very patient .He went over things that we didnt understand even if he had to repeat himself. I was back at the dealers a couple of days later. I spoke with the financial person again about my coverage. Without an attitude he explained it again. Doesnt care about the safety of their customers or their customers family. Bought a vehicle from them and before we drove it off the lot noticed a bulb was out. Pointed it out to them and they told me to bring back and they would take care of that it must have been missed during the safety inspection. I took it back and they replaced it and within 2 days it was out again. Took it back and was told they put a used bulb in it and this time they would put a new one. This one lasted about 2 months and the same bulb went out again. I called and expressed my concerns that it was more than just bad bulbs and was told that nothing would be done about it that since it wasnt a Ford that maybe their mechanics couldnt detect what was wrong during the safety inspection. I took it to a mechanic and it was a short in the wiring that could have caught on fire. So just be aware that they didnt care about the safety of my family. I tried several ways of contacting them before I started posting reviews. No results.

Just like most car dealerships there employees will lie threw their teeth to get their paycheck. They refuse to answer any questions regarding credit or financial issues. They will tell you one thing & go behind your back & do the complete opposite. Please be wary when coming to this location! They all seem super nice until theres a issue.

Been a customer going on 3 years w/my 2013 F150. Purchased at Country and have used Country for all service as well as the few warranty repairs. Recently purchased a set of 4 tires. Taking the truck in for service/repair has always been a pleasant experience for me, from the initial greeting when I drive in the drop-off bay, to the prompt (as seemingly possible) resolution of the work. I also believe their pricing is on par with anyone else in the area. Definitely a plus compared to experiences with other service providers in the area.

I was on my way back from a hunt in Arkansas when my truck started having issues. Limped into Landers Ford parking lot on Saturday morning at 7 am still 400 miles from home. To my surprise the service department was already open. The service manager, a tall man in necktie, listened to my story and called the diesel mechanic and asked him to come in and see if he could get me back on the road. The mechanic came in and took my truck straight in to the shop. 3 hours later I was back on the road headed home. The folks at Landers, from the service manager to the sales personnel were friendly and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Landers. Too long a story to go into, however after two tows, four visits into the shop after a simple oil change that was not done correctly, engine replacement etc, I think I may be able to drive my car now without the fear off it breaking down.

I have declined doing business with these people on the sales side because of their tasteless tactics. One of their salesmen lied to my wife and I about the prices saying this isnt even the lowest I can go but when she came in the next day to purchase a truck, he told her that he would not go any lower and that she had to pay his price or never get a truck. This was the same classy guy who before going over any prices handed us a picture of his daughter telling us if we dont buy, she doesnt get to eat. After refusing to lower his price, he continued to call both of us for two weeks asking if we were ready to give up and do business with him. I had to threaten to come up there with phone records to have him fired before he finally quit.However, I had always heard their service department was good. Knowing this, I brought my F150 in to have the Sirius antenna and third brake light fixed, since they were leaking every time it rained. It took them about a day to get it fixed, which was shocking because they had quoted me a good week before they would have time to take out the head liner and do the water tests, and then actually do the work. I probably should have been a little weary of it, because it didnt even last a year.I called them today and asked how long they covered their work, because it wasnt even a year before I started having problems again. I got bounced from the service desk back to the service manager who explained that since it was done under warranty, they dont actually cover their work. The speed of their work actually made sense now, because they knew how long it would be before my warranty expired and could do shoddy work. However, the manager did tell me that they would be happy to look at it now, and let me know whats wrong with it. I guess it should be reassuring that they would like to charge me for work they cant even cover to last for a year.A word of caution for anyone going there, dont trust them with a vehicle that doesnt have long left on the warranty, or they will just slap some Elmers on there and wait for you to call back when they can charge.

Set an appointment over a week in advance with the service department, and when I get there, they didnt even have my name on the schedule. It wasnt a personal vehicle either, it was my company vehicle, so their error cost me a lot of time and money. I tried to book the service for a weekend as well, but apparently theyre too overbooked. Not to mention the man got rude when all I did was ask him to check and see if my name was on the schedule or not. Disappointed to say the least!Edit: Over 48 hours, still no call from anyone at Landers. I realize Im only one person, but my company has over 40, all with the same vehicle. This is exactly why my entire company is switching to Jeep. Thanks for your unprofessionalism and costing me so much extra money.

Have spent $7000 in repairs on a truck that I have had less than a year. Each time a repair is done another issue arises. I was told that this was the owners truck when I bought it and was informed it had been taken care of. So after 2 new batteries, new alternator, power steering pump all 4 ball joints ABS system repair and a new FICM Fuel Injection Control Module Im back again within a 10 minutes of leaving the lot. Oh and a new set of tires due to the ball joints failing not included in the repair costs. Now my truck has no power, and suspension still has the same clunking noise as when I brought it here. Buyer beware of buying a used vehicle from here, even if you know the salesman.

I am so sorry that Country Ford sold out to Landers Ford in Southaven, Ms. Me and my husband bought a new 2017 F150 Lariat from County Ford. Then Landers bought them out. And I rate Landers Ford the worst customer service I have ever seen and I have worked in customer service for over 30 + years even worked sales and finance for dealerships. I have been calling them for over 2 months to schedule an appointment to get oil changed and the sunroof fixed. I have 1st talked to Mr. Barker in service with NO call back!!!Talked to Manager Ed Stock with NO call back!!! Then left message for Manager Jeff Field with NO call back!!! Being said out of 3 people you figure someone would call you back!!!!I would never ever buy or reccomend Landers Ford to anybody. So I will take my business to Homer Skelton in Olive Branch. I first went to country ford about a year and a half ago where i met Bill in service. Since then i have recommend them to everyone that i know, my children, and even my granddaughter! Now my whole family and my company fleet vehicles are serviced at country ford. I have asked for Bill on every occasion and he has ALWAYS done everything he said he was going to do, the way he said he was going to do it, when he said he was going to do it, and on the time when he said it would be done!!! The whole team, everyone that i have talked to, has been great! I cannot remember everyones names but thanks to you all!!

I get my 07 Mustang GT serviced here. The Works oil change is a great deal. The only drawback is that it takes them a while, but the value is worth the wait.

I dealt with Ricky’s the service department when I had my car towed there on Monday. He was very rude and dismissive. Everytime I called to check on my car nothing had been done to it. Three days later I go up there to take it elsewhere and all of a sudden they were quickly trying working on it. Will never do business here again, horrible customer service.
