I had the best shopping experience at this location. The associate who helped me was wonderful. I was suggested a good makeup primer specifically for my skin type and because I was made comfortable and treated well, I purchased more than I planned. Keep up the amazing work!

I Enjoyed getting out and going to J.C Penny this past Sunday. My grandson and I arrived at the store around 1:30 pm and at that time it wasnt crowded with customers. The store was well stocked, clean and neat. I have two (2) reasons for the 4 out if 5 stars. There werent any visible floor staff available in any department except jewelry and cosmetics. I had questions about items and had to figure things out for myself. Secondly, the store had become quite crowded by check out time and the lines were VERY long with only three (3) cashiers. Otherwise the experience of getting out of the house felt Great! By the way, EVERYONE I encountered was wearing their facial coverings and adhering to the social distancing guidelines!

Truly one of my favourite places to be, great staff and wonderful fragrances, even when catching sales,oh bbn I do love this shop !!

Rude employee. I asked can she match me she says “yes but I can’t touch you” then walks off. Gave no recommendations or nothing. Very rude

Names are unfortunately escaping me now, but wonderful staff. Very helpful and attentive...to everyone, not just me. And when you wanted it, not overbearing. Best experience Ive had in that type of environment hands down.

Got what I needed.

This is the worst Sephora Ive ever been to. They never have anything on hand, bad customer service, and they are conveniently out of sample cups every time you ask for one. Dont waste your time here.

The employees are nice, but they need more women of color. its ridiculous i asked for help find a foundation, they gave me the code and walked off. i needed help and didnt get it. Mac is better at least they help you

I love Sephora but this location is terrible. A friend and I went in today so she could try some makeup. The two ladies working there were rude. I think they thought we were there to steal so they kept asking us questions and bothering us. We didnt need their help. I was going to buy some lipstick but decided not to because this location doesnt deserve my hard earned dollar. I will gladly go to the wolfchase location.

This store has made me hate Sephora. Rude employees, one in particular always talks very inappropriately around customers. I always feel judged and IF, heaven forbid, I need to make a return, its an act of Congress to make it happen, with snarky attitudes the whole time!..LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!
