I like Henderson glass they did a great job on my 2000 jeep.as old as it is they got the windshield to fit perfect. June 28 actually it will be 20 years ive had my vehicle. Ive been luck in a way its not in the best of shape. But it could be in worse shape as old of vehicle as it is.but I would recommend Henderson glass to pepole. I like my jeep although Im thinking of getting a newer small economy car & keep the jeep in the garage for pleasure use.

Henderson Glass has done great workon my cars, but my last experience the was good, but the clean up suckedthe tech. left Glass, tape and dirt in the car. but I will still come back.

I had a great experience here. I thought I had to buy a completely new door handle and the really friendly staff was able to save me nearly $100 to just order the component that was broken. They also quoted me a job that we got a few quotes on and they came in the cheapest. I will update to mention the quality of the work once they are done.

After having a bad experience with the shop in Brighton I turned to the one in Southfield, near my office. They were professional, arrived early but even called first to see if that was ok! Very nice gentleman did the work and answered all my questions about the procedure.

I used Henderson to fix a broken window based on my experiance on the phone while shopping around different glass places in the area. They also offered me the quickest turn around on repairing my window. Great, honest people in that building who really seem to put customer service first. They will be my go-to for glass work from now on.

I searched for a window repair/replacement company and had a few different ones show up for estimates. I came upon Henderson Glass, thinking of the commercials when I was a kid. I called, they let me know to bring the window in and they could look at it and measure it for replacement, so I did. They told me it may take a few weeks for the window to come in. A few weeks came, I received a call this morning and scheduled an afternoon appointment to get my window replaced in under an hour. The new window is better than the one that was actually in the frame. Awesome work, efficient and the price was the best. Thank you.

I had the best experience! Shattered the rear window on my vehicle the morning we were leaving for a family vacation. Spoke to crystal, who advised they could repair it same day, and they did! Vacuumed my car out to, removing all the glass pieces too. Customer service was kind, professional and prompt. Very pleased on all accounts.

They werent help to our situation guy who came out seemed in a rush we needed a screen window installed stated he couldnt do it, didnt offer any solutions and just left

Work was at quality expected and my vehicle was returned within time stated. A call to their number goes to their call center so you can be assured a little to no wait time. Only blemish is when I arrived, the agent behind the counter. She initiated a call after I walked through the door. Waited about ten minutes until she was through.

I needed to replace to mirrors that required Henderson techs to come to the house to get the large door and measure another broken mirror for replacement.They communicated well with me throughout the process and worked with me to find a good time for the install. They called me when they were on the way. The two techs, Roy and Chase did an excellent job. They were very courteous and cleaned up well.

Showed up without an appointment to get my windshield repaired. Fast, friendly service. The rock hit my windshield on the drivers side, just below my line of vision - the repair job is beautiful!! Can barely see a blemish!!!Two thumbs up!!!

The service was fast, the appointment was same day, the staff was friend, the charges were totally covered by my insurance, and the chip in my windshield is nearly invisible from the outside. My only complaint is that they have you sign a waiver were YOU accept the risk for their installation. If it breaks three days later, then its on them, if they break your windshield during the repair, the costs are your responsibility. If they are such experts at these repairs, cant they absorbe some of the risk in iffy installations and just requested the waive for work they wouldnt attempt otherwise?

Repair time was aprox 2 hours to have my windshield replaced, which was the estimated time.I had returned the next day for a question and spoke with the technician and he was helpful.I would recommend good job and the price was fair!:)

This place so awful, stay away. Brought my vehicle here April 2016. I didn’t know it at the time, but they did not replace my windshield correctly. I subsequently had a water leak and thought there is no way it was coming from the windshield. I took it to a body shop that had to find the leak, turns out that they didn’t seal the window. Cost me an additional 200 dollars on top of what I paid this sorry excuse for a service provider. I called them and informed them, on top of being completely rude, they said there is nothing they could do. I would have settled for an apology rather than a loud mouth woman blaming me for their incompetence. STAY AWAY!!!!
