Exceptional service and they keep you informed about everything. The best part is all tire repairs are free if its in a fixable state... They are all super courteous .. Please go visit them if you have issues with your tires.oh not to forget you can get free air for your tires as well.

Recently had an amazing experience with the assistant manager, Rob. I brought my vehicle in for a new set of tires and an oil change with very short notice.I explained my timetable to Rob ahead of time (planning to schedule a ways out). He told me he would make it happen and had 2 technicians standing by to tag team my job in order to accommodate me that day! He had 4 tires mounted and balanced, an oil change, and an alignment done in just over an hour at the most competitive price I received.Was very impressed and will definitely be referring everyone I know!

Great experience all the way around. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff, especially that guy Rob! He made me feel comfortable and communicated with me throughout the time it took to fix my vehicle. I was looking for a reliable shop to take my car and I believe I have found it!

Easily the worst belle tire ive been to, wasted 5 hours just to tell me they couldnt do the job because they were too weak. 0/10. save yourselves the trouble and time and go to a different location.

Service was wonderful I order tires a week ahead the wrong tire size but they head the perfect tires there they help me with no problems and was so nice over all.

I had a bad experience at another Belle Tire and immediately spike to Chris K at the corporate office. He immediately resolved the situation and I went to the Southfield/13 mile location expecting to be there for a few hours. I was there for 45 minutes total for my wheel alignment. Brian was kind and helpful and I left the place vey satisfied.

Great job and most definitely would recommend and go back! Very professional! I made my appointment online and and came in and didn’t have to wait. They evaluated my vehicle and went over recommended plan with me and cost. With my approval they serviced my car and I waited in the customer waiting area (it was very clean and comfortable with vending and plenty of room).

6 days later I have a flat tire. Horrible customer service I knew they would find a way to say it’s not their product’s fault although it’s flat! I bought a full set of tires! Never trust them!

Don’t buy tires from there. When it come to having them rotated they don’t take appointments. It is always too busy or you have to leave your car for hours. Never again!! I think it is a ploy to discourage rotation and cause quicker wear on tires. Well it worked, haven gotten my tires rotated in a year but you best believe when the time comes for new ones they won’t come from Belle Tire!

Had a fantastic experience at this location. Went in for an oil change and ended up getting an alignment and had a tie rod replaced and got some new windshield wiper blades . Drew was extremely helpful and advised me to get the 1 year garrentee on the alignment. I drive a lot and was greatful for them cheaking out my vehicle. Drew was extremely professional and the whole team was kind . I waited a little bit, however it was worth it . I will continue to go to this Belle Tire location because of their knowledge, experience, and professionalism. They have always made good recommendations regarding my vehicle.

I frequent belle tires all over and this one is not my favorite at all. Staff is somewhat rude and short, not really a place for customer service or general convenience. I guess the best part of the car wash next door.

I have been going to this Belle Tire for several years. They are always clean, courteous, and timely. The staff is friendly and always willing to answer a question or help solve a problem.

Trusted them to change the power steering line due to a small leak. It was fine for a week then all of a sudden no power steering at all. The line was cut by the belt due to a clip not being properly secured. Had to have it towed back to them to be corrected. It was corrected but didn’t like how I had to scramble foe a ride because it wasn’t secure when I took it the first time. Had to do the alignment twice.

The Belle Tire store in Southfield MI (on Southfield Road near 13 Mile Road) is great. Manager Rick and Service Advisor Austin are very helpful. Their service is very good, efficient, and fairly priced. I highly recommend this place for car service.

Great staff, informed me of my wait time then continued to give me updates. The reason for the 4 star is because they always try to upscale you on items( I paid extra for an items extended warranty and they charged to charge me . If your knowledgeable you will be good.

I needed to get my tire patched. They were all very helpful and very nice. Also, had no idea but right now patches are free of charge! Great service!

Ive been having my truck serviced at this Belle Tire for some years now; the repair work is great, but I have one issue. There are some people, such as myself, who love to sit at the shop and wait for a completed service; however employees tend to take the keys and tell you they will be in contact. More techs, same day service, and more repair room walks would be great. The removal of the US and them feel would make Belle Tire even better!

Horrible. Please never ever go to this store. Belle tire At 13 and Woodward is around the corner. Go there instead. The manager was clueless. I don’t even know how he got the job as manager. Staff uneducated. Car was the first in the lot at 8am never did the work on the car. Picked it up 12 hours later work never completed. Called through out the day kept reassuring me that the car would be next. Calling the better business bureau as well as my company calling to file a formal complaint. Horrible place horrible people.

I asked Brian how much for a tire patch, he told me that the price would be $1,000 or FREE! (I just had to make sure) LOL. I of course chose the Free price. I was in & out in less than an hour. Thank you Belle Tire!

Nice job diagnosing and replacing the alternator on my old Toyota Tacoma. The prompt accurate work and progress status text messages were much appreciated. After going to bootleg mechanics a lot, it was nice to know whether, or when, or how well, the work would be done.

I had a nail in my tire and it was going flat Scott the manager was great he got me in and out knowing that I had a doctors appointment in less than a hour I really appreciate the hard work

I brought my Toyota Rav4 here to get the tires replaced. Scott was very helpful and kept me updated with any additional services they provided.

Did a good job of informing me of what I needed to have replace and changed out and stored my tires for the winter. I only had one problem with my lock lug was missing but they did fix the problem

Watch out! The sales person I dealt with (Scott) repeatedly told me about things they were doing to my car and services they offered. He forgot to mention that he was charging me for everything he mentioned. Never once mentioning a price but making it sound as if it was included in the cost of the new tires I was purchasing. Then when I got my car back the tire pressure was at 28 in one of the new tires. He gave me an attitude and took the car back. I will never be back.

They helped my son with 2 flat tires. They were relatively fast replacing the tires, esp considering they didnt have a full staff. The bonus is that both tires were covered by the warranty we purchased. Pleasant surprise! Im very glad were by all our tires from Belle Tire. Great experience.

I have went to SEVERAL Belle Tire locations and 75%of the time the staff has not been friendly towards me. Today my experience annoyed me. The employee that assisted me did not have any eye contact with me he was very dry and not nice. I heard the other employee next to him helping a customer and he was so nice I wish I had gotten him. I’m tired of these guys making me feel like I’m annoying them because I’m there!! It’s really sad and they need to work on that because it’s happened to me more then a few times.

I truly have to say the guys were professional and pleasant . They accepted the humor when conversing in our conversations from my family. I made a mistake by going to another tire shop until they couldnt fulfilled the needs of the service of my vehicle. My sister recommend Belle Tire and Im glad i came because service was fast and efficient, especially on black Friday.

Worst customer service ever spoke to Rob and the assistant manager. I have brake rotors for days out of warranty that have had 10,000 miles. From day one, I heard scraping from the rotors at a different Belle tire and went to the store to get them inspected. I was told that there was no problems. Now they wont even do anything about the rotors except for make me pay full price. the assistant manager also told me hes not even going to talk with me because Im angry.

I was able to make an appointment online through the website which was a great time saver. When I got to the store my information was already in the system and ready to go. I gave them my keys and in about 50 minutes my car was done. The whole process was painless and quick.Belle Tire has always been my go to for tires and will continue to be after todays service.Great tires at a reasonable price with efficient quality service keeps me coming back.

Kept my service open and honest. The team of SCOTT and his technicians are awesome. Plus, their dress and presentation is tops in PROFESSIONALISM !!!! This place is the worst I sent my 18yr old son for a simple oil change after leaving his car stopped only to see that his new battery was replaced with an old one called to inform manager but Rick refused to allow me to speak with him. First and Last time if I could give a zero I would.

One of the workers chipped the paint on my passenger side fender. I wish i could actually go somewhere for service where people cared for your property as there own. Not to mention i took it in @ 8:00 in the morning. And at 3:30 they just got the tires in. I had started to leave when i got there, i wish i had.

They take care of me whenever I stop by. They always check out suspension issues and sit down to let me know before moving forward with any extra work. Call and make an appointment. They tend to get busy for good reason.

I will always take my car to see Shant here no matter what! I trust him because I have a lot riding on my tires all the time. I do everything for my car here and I worked for GM for 18 years and was a mechanic in college, so I know what is going on

These guys charged way less than the dealership I was going to. Also the guys there were very informative and made the process go very smooth. Definitely I will be a repeat customer!

Needed a patch. I was able to drop my tire off and come back later for it. It was quick and easy and a pleasure to deal with. They charge $15 for a patch, which is more then other places, but well worth it. Talk to Rick Baily. Hell take care of you.

Excellent service. The tire I recently purchased failed, due to something I had hit while getting off the freeway. The Freedom Plan Advantage I had purchased with the tire was instantly honored (no questions asked), and a new tire was installed on my vehicle. The service advisor who waited on me, Tyler Steen, was very courteous and professional. I will go back to Belle Tire for all my future tire needs.

Ive always had a great experience at thd Southfield Road shop. Great work, reasonable prices, and no nonsense. Everyone is courteous and very helpful. Theyve taken care of 4 or 5 of my cars, plus my wifes and daughters cars.

Brought my car in because of loud noise while braking. Was informed that my car needed rear brakes, rotors, and calipers. The cost for this service was not the best so I asked if there where any coupons to assist with cutting the price a bit. Glad I asked because I was able to save $30 (Thank You), but unfortunately I still spent close to $800. I guess this was a good price for what I got, right?Note: I gave this review 3 stars based on pricing.

Shant is the finest mechanic I’ve ever worked with, he services my companies entire fleet! I have offices in Ferndale, Grand Rapids & Chicago and all of those vehicles are brought all the way to this Bell Tire due to the service being so excellent.

Since when is it $20 to fix a flat tire? Ive gone to belle tire many times before because theyve always done it for free for me. In fact, I just had one fixed a few months ago at a different belle tire with the same exact vehicle, took two nails out and gave me my keys back for $0. Annoyed but they fixed my tire so thats cool.

Went to have a leak repaired and was told I needed all new tires. After I declined then the leak was fixed.

They were fast and friendly. I stopped my car off for a 4 wheel alignment and Rick had me taken car of in just under an hour.

Liked this place, always helpful . but bought 4, actually 8 tires for both our cars and they put too much air, all different pressures on every tire. On a road trip my sensors went off ..raining, windy, cold ..not good . went to a belle tire along my route ..helped me out. I would just think they would put the correct amount of air in each tire ??

This place was great 4 years ago but now they mess up and don’t listen. I asked for them to check everything and the guy gave me an oil change with the wrong oil. 2 days ago my grandma used them to get new tires now her tire is flat do to the rim, who didn’t bother to check why it didn’t hold air. Go to a different location!!!

Belle Tire came to my rescue after my 2015 Impala was driving funny after rolling over a terrible pothole. I got two inner tire rods replaced and a wheel alignment. The staff was professional and efficient in taking care of my car. I was grateful for the written estimate for additional repairs. Their recommendations will save me money. I definitely recommend giving Belle Tire an opportunity to earn your business.

Ive always have had a positive experience at this Belle Tire locations. Ive purchased a few sets of tires here and do a ton a research online beforehand and their recommendations always align with what I think I should purchase. Their holiday deals are pretty good and usually beat online prices. Also last time I was there they did not charge me for an alignment since I frequent my purchases their. My wait has never been longer than 2 hours.

Variety of tires are poor for my vehicle but the service and prices are definitely affordable. I recommend them if youre in need.

I have purchased to sets of tires with no complaints good price and service. Recently got a quote to have sensor replace told it would take 2 hrs with labor and material around $350. I purchased sensor at auto zone I installed it in 20 min. what liars Belle tire I was, was your #1 fan....was.

Tom the Manager was super helpful! I had just went to the Royal Oak location on Woodward and was told to come back Monday because they were too busy. I had my tire light on and wanted my tires checked. I left disappointed, but then thought to call the Southfield location on Southfield and 13 mile. I pulled right up, they were just as busy as the Royal Oak location, they took my car in the back, equalized the tires, and told me to come back if the light came back on. I was there a total of 10 minutes. I’m a single girl who knows nothing about putting air in tires so this was very helpful! I appreciate that they were able to take a quick 5 min to help a girl out! Definitely recommend this location over the Woodward one!

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had. The manager, who I should mention by name but wont, was rude, dismissive, condescending and misogynistic. The last visit was incredibly frustrating since multiple visits were necessary. The only thing that made it tolerable was that HR stepped in and made it right. My wife and I have been Belle Tire customers for years but will never return to that location.

Descent tire price. horribly over priced for their services. they are not accredited by the better business bureau either.They do not know how to communicate with customers. they often leave valuable information out.They dont know how to analyze a vehicle eitherI purchase 2 new tires and had them installed. During the installation they rolled the windows down. My passenger side window, jammed. They left my car in the parking lot in the middle of winter(thankfully it did not snow.) And did not tell me this.I discovered that they had done this and complained- they advised that they lowered the window for safety reasons so that they could communicate with each other. They never told me they were going to open the windows before they took my vehicle- nor did they warn me of the jam.Not even 6 months later the metal belts were showing. I went back to them due to the warranty and they said they would not replace them due to they were worn due to the usual vehicular wear.I got angry, and complained to the front clerks. Turns out the guy whom told me the warranty was void was the manager. He then explains to me that they can inspect the vehicle for free (he stated they could do an inspection outside, but never stated it was free)I let them inspect the vehicle to see what they would say.I was told it would cost close to a thousand dollars to repair my vehicle. They quoted that I needed new tires shocks and an axle.The guy was telling me this while I was actually looking at my car while it was on the hoist.I took my car and repaired it myself. all I needed was a new ball joint($20), and an alignment. and new tires- which i got from discount tire.I will never go back to them ever again.

Not a bad experience, that had very good customer service. They didnt communicate the proper amount of time my car would take but overall it was not a horrible experience it was pretty good actually.
