The young guy at the front is so rude! No hello, no thank you, no nothing!!! This place used to be nice and friendly. The young guy needs to get another job. He needs to tell daddy this is not for him!! Today was my last day at that store!

Didnt find exactly the brand of Desugn Essentials shampoo I wanted. They said theyre waiting on delivery from the warehouse. Some things are delayed due to Covid19.But I did buy what they had by Design Essentials and other items. Not crowded at all. Comply with safety and sanitary protocols.

Wow, what happened to Terry? The young guy working at the front is so rude! Fussing with the older gentlemen in the Wig section regarding the cost. I used to Love coming here, but this experience has me wanting to stay natural. Too bad, I used to love this spot.

The hair has changed a little bit but it has a lot to do with the manufacture! I had a bad experience with last two bundles; lots of shedding and tangling! The hair was just horrible, but the owner Teddy is very good with making sure his customers are satisfied!!!!
