My first visit,happy to find the QueenB hair that I needed.

I was in and out the staff was pleasant and warm. If you ask a question they can tell you exactly where to look and they dont treat you like your a criminal. Great place

Great place shop for your hair care needs. I was looking for DNA shampoo and conditioner. I unable to find it on my own. I had gone up to the counter. The lady was able to direct me to the exact isle and shelf that the product was on. I would recommend. Lees was well lite, clean and had great customer service.

This is my first time trying this beauty supply and as Ofocurse I bought my bohyme hair because I was going to have it installed the following week.When I first had it installed and they were curling my hair the extensions seem to be getting very dry and brittle real quick I followed with a shower later that day my hair was completely matter and unbrushable The hair was not manageable It took me about 45 minutes to brush out my hair. I let my hair air dry I use very good high class shampoo and conditioner and the next day it was matted again not brushable or manageable so dry brittle like straw and everyone who saw my hair asked what was going on with my hair. I have been putting bohyme hair extensions in my hair for the last six years I have put purple shampoo I have put serum‘s hair treatments and never in my life that I see it go this dry and brittle. It is so dry every time I stylet it goes back to being matted in about 10 minutes later I have to brush it out again. I have never in my whole life dealt with this problem this is the first time I try these people and I am a hairdresser of 10 years and have been putting hair extensions in my head for 5 to 6 years and all I deal with is bohyme hair.They are crooks and liars in my opinion I do believe that they swapped out the real bohemian here for this cheap and low quality hair.If there was a ZERO STARS I would give it that. I reached out to the owner and she claimed that I had touched it with color or a toner and I swear to God I never did if I used anything it was a mild purple shampoo and it was only once. And not to mention I have use the purple shampoo with the other bohyme hair that I got from other stores and it never did this.In conclusion the owner did not want to do anything and just wanted to fight with me and she would not give me back my money or do anything about what happened to me I still believe it was not real hair I even went to another beauty supply for them to see my hair and I asked the other beauty supply owner and they told me that this is not good hair and it sure isnt Bohyme hair . I’m disgusted and disappointed and I lost out on $260 that I can’t get back in now I’m going to have to throw down the toilet because now I have to take them out and throw them in the trash because they are no good and I actually trusted the store and never will I ever trust them again not to mention I also paid $300 to have them installed and that is also down the toilet do yourself a favor and don’t ever go to this place they are crooks and liars.Do not trust them because I never will again

I took my mom and my aunt to this location (Telegraph and 10 Mile) on Saturday (Feb. 15th) to shop for a wig for my aunt. Working with Wendy was so much fun, we left with 5 wigs. She offered GREAT service, handled all of her customers with a smile, offered solutions, and was absolutely the reason I will be driving to THIS location when I need to buy beauty supplies again!

Do not waste your money here. I have been to many beauty supply stores, almost all would rather die than give your money back but will allow an exchange - trade your purchase for something else in the store. As long as its new, still tags, not worn, etc.. This store wouldnt so I dont support giving business to a store that only takes and pretends its a one way street. We all know these foreign owned Beauty Supply stores set up shop to take money from AA women. Dont be prey ladies!! Go anywhere else.

If seeing a lot of items on the shelves is a bother to you, then stay out of ALL Lee Beauty Supply stores.I have never been asked to purchase something for my wife and not been able to find it there. The prices are reasonable. Ex: Nairobi Wrap-It Styling Lotion was $11.99 there & $12.99 at Wal-Mart.

Big store with lots of choices. They even get you right with the wigs by fitting and styling to your taste.I was able to find what I needed and more. Great selection, ok prices.

Its ok here some stuff are a little pricey from other beauty supplys and always sold out of nyx eyebrow pencil but there is a ulta that just opened up a mile away so I will shopping with them

Very disappointed seems like the price of hair products and hair is really skyrocketing they dont even offer free samples like they used to. Now they have a hurry up and buy attitude and everyone is treated like a thief. Very uncomfortable. yeah I know you have to watch over your products but dont make others who have to shop or comfortable please.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on human hair lacefront wigs there in the last 3 months. When I was looking for a cheaper synthetic wig for work, i found one I liked, but they only had the display left. Yes, the one everyone had tried on! I was only offered 20% off and when I tried to negotiate for a lower price bc it was the display, I was told absolutely not. Well I will absolutely be finding my wigs elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.Update: actually thanks for giving me a reason to search online and save some money. Booyaa

Customer service is very poor. The prices are to high for the customer service to suck.They act like theyre Very annoyed with anyone. Then of course they start speaking in there language. They act like theyre doing the customers a favor. Smh! It doesnt make since. Thats why I go to the next one in the area.

Your return in 14 day policy with a receipt is bogus,I bought some curling irons,plugged them in and turned them on,and the off and on button broke,returned the curling irons in 5 days,with the receipt,and they refused to let me exchange the curlers for a new pair, and would not give me a refund,now Im stuck with broken curlers,and a loss of $58.00!!! You guys suck!!! DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!
