Terrible Terrible! Everytime I Visit!! they never have the Items to make smoothies! Always something . I truly believe they are just using the great Baskin-Robbins name ! PLEASE leave Southfield and find a new location!!Or remove it off your menu

Don’t waste your money. I just wasted mine. The service was horrible and the bacon egg and cheese croissants taste like they drop them on the floor. The butter pecan ice cream doesn’t taste like butter pecan and the mangonada has too much chamoy.

Lady through drive thru was extremely rude. I asked for a brownie sundae, they stated they did not sell it anymore even though it’s still listed online. Due to the limited ice cream menu, I asked to come in, and they stated they could not accept people inside the store right now, which I understood due to Covid protocols. I then proceeded to pull the menu up from my phone because the items I am used to ordering were no longer available. About 20 seconds passed, and the woman through the drive thru yelled through the speaker and proceeded to say “IS YOU READY TO ORDER” with a major attitude even though I asked for another minute to complete my order. I drove off because I did not appreciate her attitude and it was extremely rude. I go to this DD/BR because I try to support black women who are in the food industry and this is the closest one to me with people of color working. I will not be coming back to this location and was highly disappointed in her lack of patience. And no one was even behind me when I was waiting so I was again confused on why she was rushing me. I also called the store to complain to the “manager” and when she answered, she was laughing on the phone, and when I told her what occurred, she did not seem to care. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointed

Went there because we like the flavors and passed 4 ice cream parlors on the way. It was drive thru. Service was mediocre, got charged for an extra scoop of ice cream, and got the wrong flavor. And thats the scoop

Very disappointed in my experience today. Employee (unmasked) behind the counter who later identified herself as a manager was quite rude exhibiting poor customer service and poor sanitary practices. Observed helping a customer at register while texting on her phone in her left hand and sneezing then rubbing her nose with her gloved right hand while capping the customer coffee drink.  No MASK on either! Continued to text on her phone while cashing out the customer.  I asked her to wash her hands, get new gloves and  put down her phone before helping me and she agreed but walked away from counter to give me time to order. Her co worker (also unmasked) came to register and I suggested that there should be a mindfulness for customer service and no one should be texting on their phone while helping a customer. That employee said that the other employee was a manager. The manager overheard me and says that she will wash her hands so is there any other problem because I am the manager. I expressed my concern with her poor hygiene and poor customer service due to texting on her phone while helping a customer. She was dismissive of my concern and stated that she was texting the owner anyways. I tried to reiterate my point but her tone turned more negative and I decided to leave and go patronize the 10 mile & Telegraph location of DD/BR instead. There, the staff was masked, observed washing their hands before helping me and no cell phones to be seen.  I wont come to this location again and strongly recommend the owner reevaluate the operations at this location.

Every time I come here, they are always out of something. Most of the time, they are out of waffle cones. I’m not sure why since it’s always empty every time I drive past. They’ve been out of mint chocolate chip ice cream, chocolate ice cream, waffle cones and bananas for banana splits! I’ve ordered a triple scoop of mint chocolate chip and only received a scoop and a half which was disappointing due to already paying high prices for the scoops and not getting what I paid for. Today, I ordered double scoops and again, received one scoop with a small, not even a half a scoop extra. I said something today and they put the scoop in to fully make it a double scoop. I was already disappointed that I couldn’t get what I really wanted (a banana split) because they were out of bananas. I will most likely find a new Baskin Robbins to go to since I gave this one numerous of chances and it always seem to be bad outcome.

Absolutely dreadful service. Asked for and paid for hand packed quart they gave me prepacked which costs and has been sitting. Following week. Same Oder. This time she put a pint worth of ice cream in a quart container. This dump is a terrible representation of b and r!!!!

Lazy workers constantly say they can’t make certain items on the menu every single time we go there. What’s the reason?

Can there be a No STARS option?This place is horrible. Im wondering when will they close. Multiple occasions this place is always out of something. My last straw that prompted this review was last night. Their hours say they close at 11pm on Sunday. I got there around 8:00 pm. There wasnt an open sign but I saw employees standing around in the inside. I signaled asking if they were open, they pointed towards the drive thru. I asked for a milk shake (were not serving those right now)...??? HUH ok. so what are you servings? Scoops, donuts, and coffee OK. Can I have one scoop of mint chocolate and chocolate? I dont have mint chocolate, its in the back and I would have to go open it WTFFFF ok I just drove off. Please close this location. NOW

I usually dont write reviews, but just had the most unprofessional experience with the two ignorant employees working the evening shift! I was asked to pull around the front door because I ordered 2 banana splits. Was asked several times my ordered. After waiting 15 mins, I thought they forgot about me and walked in the store to remind them that I was still waiting. One girl had a stank attitude and said you havent been waiting that long? Very nasty response and then the uglier pregnant one had the nerve to say Im on my break? The store was completely empty and there was no reason for it to take that long for my order. When I got my order, it was wrong, so the pregnant one saw that my older was incorrect so her lazy @#$ got up and said she is entitled to a break cuz she pregnant?? Really, you lucky you got a job and if you dont feel well then take your butt home or dont come to serve the public. Bad attitudes and rude behavior will get you exactly where you at....no where!! Such a shame, a paying customer and homeowner in the area has to encounter such poor treatment. They both need to be fired!! Baskin Robbins rep is being smeared by two ghetto chicks with very low mentality!! Very disappointed customer, will only go visit during the morning shift now, they seem to have some decency about themselves!

Still a great place but theyve moved to a bldg next door. Beautiful bldging however more conjusted to me getting into parking lot & out.

The service is very slow and parking is limited. The owner of the building uses the donut shop for his office and sits in the corner and screams into his phone all day. Not really a nice atmosphere at all

Advertised as open until midnight on Friday and Saturday... Go there at 11pm and despite all lights and “open” sign being on, the store is locked. Saw several other customers after me attempt to go into the store too. Either need to adjust online hours or should not be closing early. Unprofessional either way
