I am so disappointed with this location. I ordered a grande white mocha frappe with one pump of hazel nut syrup and one pump of vanilla, and this is what I received. I’m super frustrated after having this made twice.

Ive always had a pleasant experience at this location. Today, Corey (sorry if spelling is incorrect) went above and beyond. Super friendly and helpful. I appreciated it!

Showed up at 8pm and was told they were closed when it clearly says 9pm.

No dark roast. No raw sugar. Wont allow redeeming just 50 points for a single cup of coffee.

My daughter goes there often. We loved out star bucks coffee. The donuts are great too 👍Services is quickly and friendly

What can I say I absolutely luv luv luv my Starbucks Chai Latte (hot or cold) w/soy milk 2 squirts of caramel n 1 peppermint. N I’m addicted to the Lemon loaf, pumpkin bread, n banana nut bread when I go I buy 1 of each. When I’m bad I get 2 each n hide them for later. I was also very impressed with their level of customer service. The Mgr/owner is so cool he bought all my stuff 1 day out of the kindness of his heart. That really touched me, it was so cool n I felt truly valued as a customer. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is due to the lengthy lines inside n out.

Tried the new mocha cookie crumble frappe. The Barista told me it was the sweetest of the new drinks they were featuring for the summer. Unfortunately, I didnt taste anything sweet about it when I tasted it. The Barista was nice enough to remake it so it tasted good instead of like ice and coffee with no flavor. Thank you for your great customer service!

The only Starbucks that knows my order by heart. They literally make my day better each time I go there.

It used to be good. Now you wait forever and sometimes they close the lobby or drive thru...

Service was great the people who work there are really nice a friendly definitely a go to.

Girl behind the counter was very rude I asked her for a fresh cup of coffee and she said did she didnt have time to make another pot

Customer service at this location is…non-existent. Expect to wait a long time and don’t expect a smile with your drink, or for the staff to speak to you in full sentences.
